A conversation about three research peptides for energy and brain health: dihexa for neural connections, MOTS-c for mitochondrial function, and methylene blue for oxygen use in cells.
There are different types of therapeutic research peptides out there. What are some of the things that you have found that work great for enhancing mitochondrial energy? You know, brain function, overall health and longevity and stuff?
The tree that I have really enjoyed personally is dihexa, which is a peptide shown to improve neural branching, so improves how all your neurons branch out to one another. And MOT C, which is a mitochondrial C small peptide. So that improves how our mitochondria function, so improving how they're really turning over energy for us. And then the third one is methylene blue, and methylene blue works on our mitochondria to improve how they utilize oxygen, and it helps with oxygenation of our tissues. So, again, we're helping with energy turnover. So those three would be my sort of personal take on how can I improve my mitochondrial efficiency while improving my cognitive health.
