Victor Justin Rhodes takes his kids Jonah, Lily, and Josiah to the county fair. Jonah's Lego set wins first place, Josiah's pumpkin takes first, and they all ride an upside-down ride for the first time, with Josiah conquering his nerves.

I've been upside down.
I don't think they were allowed to, uh, and fair was closed last year, so the kids are 2 years taller. Yes, so I think they're going to be tall enough this year. Oh yeah, we're there and nobody else is here. That's good.
