The video is a casual family vlog documenting a day trip to the San Diego Zoo. Parents and children (Speakers A‑D) wander through various exhibits, pointing out and reacting to animals such as elephants, a camel, a statue, a jaguar, a lion, a capybara, and pandas. The kids ask spontaneous questions about animal names, diets, and behaviors, prompting brief educational explanations (e.g., elephants eat grass, pandas eat 35‑40 lb of bamboo). A zoo staff member (Speaker D) presents an ivory tusk fragment, using it to discuss the illegal ivory trade and how zoo admission supports wildlife conservation. The vlog also includes meta‑moments where the family asks “Mr. Brown” (presumably a camera operator) to record and narrate parts of the tour. The overall tone is playful, enthusiastic, and child‑focused, with occasional moments of awe, mild discomfort (vomit comment), and a clear conservation message that visiting the zoo helps protect animals.

Yeah!
Time to say goodbye. Have fun at the zoo, bud.
Lily getting in there. Aww.
You don't want to say bye to me?
You don't want to say bye?

Bye-bye. That was us the other night. That might be Christy's plane.
Coming to pick her up. Okay, while we're in San Diego— whoa, look at this beautiful bay here!
Woo!
While we're in San Diego, it's kids get in free this month at the San Diego Zoo! Can you wave to the koala? Can you say koala?
Koala.
Say koala.
That's okay. Big boy swimming.
That's an elephant collar there, folks.
Oh my.
Hey, what's that, Mr. Brown?
A donkey. Close.
It's a camel. Gannon, what is that?
Owl.
Alright, that might be a statue.
What?
Oh, that's a statue. That is a statue.
It's so still. Why would they put a statue in here and not a real turtle?
April Fool's joke? Some employee planted it there on April Fool's? Wow.
Here's your pet for the bus, Mom.
Y'all, this is so gross.
Like, look, I seriously want to vomit right now. Like, it makes me want to vomit.
Mommy, these are the stinging things.
Where? Right here.
Ding! Now that is— oh yeah. Why do you want to vomit? Look at that one. That one. They're all fangin'.
Oh wow, they blend in. They're camo. Nice ride, Lily.
This is just where like the elephants stay in here while the zookeepers clean the pen and stuff.
Hear it?
It sucks it up in its trunk and then it puts it in its mouth.
Oh wow.
I want to ride that.
You want to ride that? Yeah.
What are you eating?
That one is eating hay out of a hung plastic culvert. What's he doing?
Eating.
What's he eating? What's an elephant eat?
Grass. Grass.
What would you eat if you were an elephant?
Berries.
Can you say How do you say capybara?
Capybara. Capybara. Get in. We found Gideon's lion.
Oh, you did? They found the lion. Gideon.
That was good.
Look, look.
See in that little hole?
Oh, he's way up there.
See that? See it right there?
Right there. You see it up there?
Yeah.
What is that?
A lion.
Are lions good or bad? Good. He's about to say bad. Oh, look!
This jaguar has 21 teeth.
25?
All right!
African lion, American lion, short-faced bear.
That's right.
You guys want a stamp?
Now this, this is only one quarter of the tusk.
Is this a real one?
Yes, it was donated to the zoo. Now feel how heavy that is.
That's heavy.
Heavy? It's heavy, huh?
Wow, that's only one quarter.
Yeah, so the full tusk would weigh 100 pounds. So you know what's sad though? Elephants are dying because people want their So it's very important not to buy ivory. Actually, it's illegal in the US. So when you visit the zoo, you're helping save the elephant and all— yeah, this is really heavy. They're also helping save other animals. Is that cool? You're enjoying your day at the zoo and you're helping because the money you spend here at the zoo helps with conservation.
Is that real live?
Well, they say he's 11 feet tall.
Dang, he's terrifying.
That looks like about 11 feet there, honey.
Like 5 and a half-ish? Yeah.
Get on top of her! Why do I get myself into this?
They had to.
They had to.
The boys had to go. He had to be with me. Right? You had to be with me?
Yeah, I don't want to ride by myself.
We just got off of one flight and we started another here. San Diego Zoo.
Oh, they're ahead of us.
Wow, they're way ahead of us.
Hey, it beats walking.
Come in and say feed it, please. Oh, Justin, I'm scared.
You said you'll hide me around.
You've not always been scared of this, have you?
Mm-mm.
Here, hold my hand.
I'm gonna watch you.
I got you.
Well, if I wasn't nauseous, I am now.
How was it, you brave boys? Uh, okay.
Did you Anybody get scared? Nah. I did when we came in.
Yeah, that was a rough landing. Your mom was a little nervous.
I could not have done that without you in the car. Him right there, you can just see his body, but this is his old skin and he shed it.
That must have ate an orange.
That one ate a lot of oranges.
It's been 8! It's been 8, yeah! There it is.
Mr. Brown, you want to vlog?
Yeah.
Okay, here you go. Okay, tell them about where we are.
We are—
and what are you doing right now?
I'll be walking.
Turn it around now. Show them where you're at. Here, like this. There you go. Tell them you're looking for the pandas. Okay, we'll get you.
It's a pretty simple life for a panda.
Eat, sleep, poop.
That's the 3 main priorities throughout the course of the day. They can eat anywhere between 35 to 40 pounds of bamboo.
We're now on our way back to Primal Pastures. We're going to be here and feature them a couple more days. Hopefully gonna share their story. They have an amazing story how they were once normal guys with that to become farmers, knew nothing about farming. Really good story and have been really successful. I'm also hoping to go to their other farm where there's 20,000 pastured chickens. You think we're gonna make it happen?
