Horse Chiropractor!?

Dig pretty deep in there, but you'll feel a really tight band of scar tissue that you can kind of move your finger over. Put your fingers on that tight band of tissue. And just do little circles from one end to the other, 30 seconds to a minute. Just try to loosen up that tissue. I'm just doing a little tail tension release. Oh, be careful.
