Two people navigate a snowy day on their farm, checking on animals like their new milking cow Violet and Mr. Brown, installing a solar energizer, and planning to go sledding. They cook chicken sausage and collard greens while staying warm and encouraging each other through the day's tasks.

What happened?
It snowed!
What happened to you, Lily?
My feet got cold.
Oh boy, it doesn't look like it's gonna let off, and it definitely looks like more than a half an inch. Have you found the strawberries, Mr. Brown? Did him rip these off the, uh, yeah, good, that's good. Rip it even smaller, okay? Rip them off the bones, as you say. Yeah, you can, you can. You could do anything you put your mind to. Here. How was it outside?
Cold.
Well, there's some hot tea, buddy. Warm yourself up with some hot tea. A little too hot?
It's hot.
That is chicken sausage. I can't say the Birdman has ever had chicken sausage. Ever had chicken sausage? We're trying it. I'll say this, it's not pork sausage. It's tasty. We got the Italian blend, but it's not— doesn't have that texture, firmness, and fatness.
I ate it. It's really good.
What did you think?
The spinach one is good.
Oh yeah, you got the spinach combo. Is it pretty good? What do you think, Beauty?
I haven't tasted it yet, but come on, there's a reason we've never had chicken sausage. Well, why would you have chicken sausage if you could have Pork sausage. Even when we didn't eat pork, we didn't eat chicken sausage.
It was your idea this time. It was my idea.
Well, I'm eating my collards. Leave me alone. Christie's allergic to pork. Christie's allergic to pork.
Okay.
Mm-hmm.
Let's get the update on our cow. I'm gonna guess not tomorrow because of all the snow. If it's snowing like this in North Carolina—
It's not snowing like this where they're at.
It's not? It's not snowing like this in Ohio? No, I—
although I think they might have gotten some.
Tomorrow's gonna be 40, Friday's gonna be 51. I'm gonna bet Violet, our brand spanking new milking cow, is gonna come on Friday.
All right, let's go.
Oh, let me get my—
okay, all right.
I bet they're out there. That half inch, that half inch turned into about 3 inches. First things first, grab a hold of Mr. Brown. Going down the stairs. We go over and check out the solar energizer to see if it charged, and sure enough, full-scale power. Now what we got to do is measure to hang it up, so we need to see how far the holes are away from each other. I went out and looked at where it should go, and it looks like where we had our electric energizer is not going to work because we have a tree there. Oh, but Mr. Brown got cold already. He didn't last long, bless his heart. Let's get him back inside, warm him by the fire. Now we'll go back out and hammer our holes in and then hang up the energizer. Then I always like to reward the boys with a little bit of fun. Now it's time to go sledding.
Oh, I think— did it get you?
Yeah, it all flew up in our faces.
Oh no, are the boys okay?
Oh, they're still off.
Oh, they're having fun.
Oh yeah, he got the brunt of it cuz he was in front of—
oh no, let me help you. Come here. That's gotta be—
