LOST Today's Vlog :(

The creator lost his main footage from a homestead shoot but salvaged drone clips and secondary camera footage. He reviews Full Circle Farms cheese and raw milk at a truck stop, then films his kids Kaden, Josiah, Katelyn, and Jonah playing in the pool with their dog Mr. Brown. Coming up: a meetup, farm visits in Tampa and the Florida Keys, and a series about living in their converted bus.

It is 5 o'clock in the afternoon. I'm incredibly disappointed right now. I filmed a wonderful movie of their little backyard homestead, and I thought it was going to turn out great. But guess what? I guess this was bound to happen at some point. We're at like over 400 videos. I'm surprised it hasn't happened till now, but oh, I just feel so sick. Long story short is we lost that footage. The footage was accidentally deleted from the card. It was a mistake. I do have some secondary footage from the drone and from the little camera. I'll play that now to music. I also used the little camera to say goodbye to them and film some of the trip over here, so thank God that's still— that survived. I'll play that now. Bye-bye, guys. Thanks for having us. Thank y'all for coming. Yep. Say bye, Kenzie. Bye! We have taken a break about halfway there. Look at what we're making in the bus! Grilled cheese! The truck stop! We're at the truck stop, y'all! Y'all! And we got tomato soup going, and oh my gosh, this cheese! Full Circle Farms cheese! If you are in the North Florida area, like Tampa, Jacksonville, they deliver to those places. Oh my gosh, if we lived— this is the most amazing cheese ever. Like, I'm so sad we only got one block. I think if we lived an hour or 2 hours away even, we would go stock up once a month. So good. And the milk, the milk, the raw aged milk. This cheddar cheese is out of this world. The meat— well, we haven't had the meat yet. Hopefully tomorrow we have the meat when we were there, and it was so good. Oh, oh man, dreamy. Oh, I think I see a sign out. Somebody's excited to see you guys. Okay, so for a little more content, we're going to shoot some of the evening here in the swimming pool. 1, 2, 3! Okay, we got to see your biggest trick. Okay, go for it. Whoa! You're going to do a trick, Kaden? Yeah, I'm going to. Go for it, buddy. Whoa! You gonna try it, Josiah? Whoa! Okay, let's see your trick, Katelyn. 2, 3! Boom! Cannonball! Go ahead, Josiah. Boom! Alright, Jonah, let's see your best trick, buddy. It looks like a belly flop. Me too! Yeah! Proud of my guys just starting to learn how to dive. No tricks for you, Mr. Brown? You hanging out by the shore here? Throw the ball, buddy! Yeah, throw it into him and he'll go fetch it. Oh, he swam all the way down. Good job, Jonah. You guys want me to play with you, Mr. Brown? Yeah, you throwing the ball in and Kenzie's getting it. Boom! You getting in now, Mr. Brown? Is it cold? Get in, buddy. Come on, Brown, get your third step. Come on, Kaden will help you. This is going to be a great stay for us at least. We're going to get a little bit of a rest. I'm going to plan out a lot of the next part of the journey. We're having a meetup with you guys tomorrow. That should be a lot of fun. Maybe there's some places there we can feature. I don't know. We'll see. Got some really cool stuff planned. We got some amazing farms in Tampa, some permaculture farms, some training farms, all kinds of really cool stuff there. We're going to go far south. We're going to go all the way down to the Keys, to the southernmost part of the United States. Also this week, many of you have been asking us how is it living in the bus. Well, we're going to talk about that. We're going to do a video just for that. And we're also going to do a special video of the tour of the bus. So stay tuned for that. It's going to be good. Check out this playground. Hey, buddy. Hey. What are you doing way up here? Mr. Brown, look at me and say hey. Hey, way up there. Hey, hey, hey, hey. What? Okay, are you going down the slide? Yeah. Okay, let me catch you. Okay. Mm-hmm.
