Victor Justin Rhodes and his kids work to get an unhandled cow named Aunt Flossie into a stanchion for the first time. They use treats, apple cider vinegar, and a tarp to coax her along while coaching Josiah, Lily, and Jonah through the process. He also mentions an upcoming beef-butchering workshop with Mike and Cindy.
It's been a couple of weeks, or a few weeks, since we got our new cows. There you go, trooper. One of them in particular, Aunt Flossie, came with crazy eyes. Aunt Flossie is a bit unhandled. She came from a legit beyond organic dairy farm, but she wasn't like handled and handled like a family milk cow. So we've got to get her used to us before this baby comes, or it's going to be crazy. Dilly, you give them some apples. That's good. We, we switched up our system a little bit, having the calves stay in the stall. Hey there, Bear. Aunt Nellie's in there. Let's bring the cows in. One cow goes in the stall. Aunt Phyllis tends to go into the stanchion. If Stud Muffin comes, but he hasn't been coming, can go in one of these stalls as well. You gonna go with us to get them?
