My Lyme disease is GONE! Now, I Have This Instead

This content was created by Victor Justin Rhodes. This content was uploaded by Victor Justin Rhodes. This is a YouTube family vlog titled "My Lyme disease is GONE! Now, I Have This Instead" (created 2021-12-29). The clip is an informal, on‑farm conversation featuring a primary narrator labeled SPEAKER A (likely the father), Rebecca (his partner), and children (Jonah, Gideon, Josiah) with casual mentions of pets. Content covers everyday farm tasks (finding shoes, rounding up chickens, starting equipment, greenhouse water/drainage, gravel for a hole) and family interactions, plus a health update: SPEAKER A reports improvement in reactive arthritis and no longer testing positive for Lyme (though a Babesia co-infection remains), and the couple reviews a doctor‑prescribed supplement regimen (names and purposes of several supplements are discussed). Tone is conversational and instructional/personal rather than medical advice. Contenttype: YOUTUBE; createdtime: 2021-12-29T23:00:10Z.

Come on, Gideon, let's go. Come on, let's get the door shut. Uh-oh, this hadn't happened in a while. You lost your shoes? I bought them over from the barn. Why do I always start here where they're supposed to be? Super hopeful. What about these boots? I can't go because those are Lily's. You gotta come with me, bro. I'm not gonna find your shoes by myself. Come on, look inside. I doubt they're inside. The problem is it's been warm lately, so he takes off his shoes outside and then doesn't remember where he put them. Hey, you got some all on your own! Good job. You scoot over, bro. Let's go put all this stuff away. Yeah. Oh good, you dried it off for me. You know what's crazy interesting? After raking, seeding, hauling hay bales, spreading hay, I feel great this morning. It's one of those days that my feet feel surprisingly tolerable. Jonah's got lucky on a charger. Hey, for nostalgia, let's start this thing. Let's see if it'll start.
Don't go backwards, Papa!
Not even close. That doesn't look right. It shouldn't be blinking. There you go. We're starting to have a problem here, guys. 4 chickens out. I think they're jumping up on this and then jumping down through here. There's a little gap here. Catch them! Bring them this way. Can we corner them against the pan? There we go, there we go, there we go! There we go. There's 3. There's 3. Catch them. Catch them. Okay, they will clip their wings. Nice. There's another one. Come on, come on. Okay, Jonah's got the net. Here comes Gideon this way. Good job, Gideon. Oh, oh, Jonah got it. Good job. I'm thinking this job is gonna need to be done this week, guys, before we go on vacation. I think that needs to be the project this week. What do y'all think? This is our project to get water out of the greenhouse. It's been flooding just because it's downhill and the water off the greenhouse sheds and then goes in it. Last one. Gideon is running around the greenhouse and Jonah's gonna hide. Too smart. Why don't we pin it against this? That seems to always work. Here, here. There we go. Good. All right, milka time. Teddy got a haircut. How do you like it, Teddy? You standing up there, buddy? Basically what you do the week before vacation is figure out— get things set up for your farm setup. I've got to find out how much gravel I'm gonna need in that hole and get that ordered because that might take a while. We should probably just get A lot, so we can put gravel right there. That's actually a good point, Josiah. If we get too much gravel and we get a big load, let's just have them dump it in the gravel. Oh, Rebecca and I just got back from the doctor. We'll give you a little bit of update there, but, uh, Jonah has gone— come through, knocked one out of the park. This is it. What do you— what'd you make, buddy? Nachos on your own. Nobody even asked you. Thanks, buddy. You're welcome. And he cleaned up the house.
Yes, look at this house.
Look at this house though, super clean. Update on my reactive arthritis and Lyme. Really, the reactive arthritis, only some in my, my foot there towards the toes. The thing is, we've been doing the training with Jacob and I've been getting stronger and stronger every week. Yeah, well, it's, it's a little tight, but I bet I could even do that.
What, man?
Maybe not, but it's getting better. Thank you for your prayers and well wishes. I actually don't have Lyme anymore.
No, you don't have Lyme.
I passed. It shows that it was once Lyme, a co-infection, and Bartonella, and I don't have any anymore.
And Lyme is—
what's the one I have now?
So the current one that you have is Babesia.
Yeah, but we just call it Lyme for ease. Because it came from the tick.
It's a co-infection, yes.
Babesia. Okay, so for that— and we— this is, this is not medical advice. This is actually what we're doing.
Well, this is what we got from our doctor. This is what our doctor wanted us to do.
But even then, that doesn't mean it's right for everybody. Correct.
This is, uh, iron white. These three.
Abarth, A1, and AL complex. And she put three of those— well, we're at, we're at three, but we'll probably go up to four. No, we're 4 drops a piece. We're gonna end up with 20. You love pushing things around. She just taught me something new. I'm actually supposed to hold it in my mouth for a minute. I have not been doing that. So I'll have good days and bad days, and the doctor said, what does a bad day look like? That's a good question. A bad day is just really hurting feet and low energy. But today was a good day, surprisingly. Surprising given that we basically worked from 7 to 5 straight physical labor. In a second we'll go over the supplements, but we gotta eat it while it's hot. Come on guys, let's eat what's hot. That was a good supper. We're gonna go back at this. We got an AM, a lunch, and a PM. Turmeric, tell us what it's for.
Inflammation.
Yay! This one, people are real excited about your explanation.
Okay, this one is for Cardiovascular health.
I had her get it all ready. Yeah, it'd be like those nice fancy cooking shows.
So this is for gut gastrointestinal health.
You gotta say the name of it.
Phytopre, which I believe it's like a prebiotic.
My gut, as far as I could tell, is doing good.
This one is SBI Protect, also— well, it's for immune health, and she put you on that for um, the reactive arthritis.
And this is a— this is a probiotic, functional medicine doctor probiotic.
Uh, this is magnesium in the evening. I really do like this brand. Unfortunately, they're frequently sold out, which stinks.
What's the name of the brand?
Get Smidge, or Smidge. It's getsmidge.com.
All right, this can't hurt anybody because bone marrow, liver, food, beef organs.
This is Bone Matrix. I'm doing that for healthy joints for you.
Okay.
And then Fire Starter.
I like the animal-based medicine right there. I take these too.
I don't take a lot.
And I think you've been feeling about as good as you ever have.
I have been. I have to say, since starting these supplements, I feel really good.
What are you doing? 3 or 4?
6.
Elderberry.
It is. Okay, I don't know how I feel about it because I've been researching an ascorbic acid. This has ascorbic acid in it. So I don't know how I feel about it, but we're gonna use up what we have, and then I might change to something different. Smidge has a good vitamin C that I might try. This—
and last but not least, this is something new that we're trying.
They're—
it's, um, I don't know how to say it, so we can't vouch for it.
Anyways, they're like little, um, Panacea.
None of this is sponsored, by the way.
And I take one.
What does that do?
It's like a— it's a mineral— it's remineralized.
Say yes, ma'am.
It's good for you.
Stop! Her ears are clogged up.
What did— what did—
you can talk all about it right now.
What did you say?
She can't hear me. Exactly. I said you're the beautiful one. Thanks.
It's got fulvic acid, humic acid, minerals.
Do it!
Yeah, we're gonna try it.
I said, Mommy wants to try it.
I saw this. What'd you say? He's really enjoying this.
I said, mama provides. I said, give me a kiss.
