The team gathers product feedback through three channels: a weekly newsletter sent to 200,000+ subscribers who can reply directly, on-page pop-ups asking about user experience, and personal outreach from the head of product. Email feedback works best because users reply easily, while website feedback requires more active prompting.

How are you getting feedback on these topics pages to know if you actually do have like product market fit?
Yeah, it's one of the things I worry, do we have enough feedback on? Because of what you just said. So yeah, to your point, you can sign up for the emails as well. So every Thursday, like for our business and finance topic deep dives, which are like, you know, every week it's like venture capital, Ethereum, IPOs, Warren Buffett, like different themes. So you can sign up and get an email. So we have like over 200,000 subscribers now that are receiving those emails. So we still receive it that way. But then to your point, On our page, we're adding the same like equivalent things like little pop-ups that'll ask like how is your experience going? And then our our our head of product is constantly like reaching out to people and talking to them as well. But it's definitely like one of the huge advantages of a newsletter is to your point you can like hit reply and it comes to you. It's definitely harder on the on the website. You have to like go go like ask for it a little bit more and like do more to get that get that feedback.
