Is it a lot of meetings still, a lot of calls? Obviously you're the founder, you're still vetting, finding more deals clearly, but you also have this team. Where's your time spent now?
It's a lot of meetings. It's a lot of mentoring. I am trying to get away from— our team's good. So I'm trying to get away from like, hey, like this is what we have to do. And I'm spending more time like on special projects or special initiatives. Like when I was driving here today, I was like, we have like no presence on Reddit. Like let me like think about this. So I was on a call with like a bunch of people like, Yeah. Figuring that out. Then I'll like, we'll strategize together. I'll hand it off and then like people will run with it. Um, I think these days it's like a lot of reporting. It's a lot of strategy. Um, we have started an incubator arm too at Adly now. So now we're like starting companies again. Um, so that's been fun because I like that part of it. Like it's actually, you know, interesting.
