Did you know you can pay to be stranded on a deserted island to see if you can survive? We attempted this survival challenge for 72 hours on a remote island in Panama. Sounds fun, right? But spoiler alert, it's way harder than it sounds. After jumping out of a helicopter and swimming to shore, we were left to survive on our own with no food, no water or shelter. Just watch what we had to go through and then let us know if you could survive in the comments. First, we built a shelter, and in the process, found this poisonous spider living in our bed. We thought we were going to be able to drink water from coconuts, but they were almost impossible to get out of the tall trees. Instead, we ended up collecting rainwater from disgusting trash we found on the beach. But we were so weak and desperate that we didn't even care. Oh, and at night, we were woken up by hundreds of crabs crawling over our bodies. On a positive note, the island was beautiful. We were able to get fire with our handmade bow drill, and we even caught a few fish, so that was pretty cool. In total, we probably consumed 300 calories over the course of three days. By the end, we were starving and dehydrated, but we did it, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences of our lives. You think you could have survived? What would you have done differently? Let us know below.
