Excuse me, ma'.
Am.
Excuse me.
Hi.
I wanted to ask you, are you the owner of this business?
No, but I do own a business.
Oh, okay, great. I actually help entrepreneurs and business owners grow on social media and I would love to do every video for you.
Really?
Yes. Okay, let's do it. Yes. And I would like to interview you. So what do you do?
I am a business owner and entrepreneur. I own a consulting agency and we work in operations, productivity, business efficiency.
And how much money did you have when you started this business?
Negative $200.
Wow. Okay. What would you tell other entrepreneurs and other business owners?
Focus on your operations and your structure. You cannot build anything on solid foundation. You need to make sure that you have your sops, your opera. Everything just needs to be in order because if you try to scale and grow, you're gonna fall and just start all over.
What is the biggest motivation or the reason why you started this?
I was a single mom for 11 years. So now you know, I'm married, I'm thriving, I have businesses, I have a two parent household. I don't think we understand how important that is.
And what is something that you would tell your kids in 10 years?
Do whatever it is that you wann so capable, you are so able and
you better be a business owner because
we didn't do all this for nothing.
So your husband is an entrepreneur as well? Yes, he's a chef. Oh, amazing. What does he do exactly?
So he cooks for NBA players. He gets flew out to all different states.
Yeah, we'd love to try his food.
Really?
Yeah, I think I love it. I think that happened. Okay, amazing. And what is your office located? I would love to visit it. Yeah, definitely.
So right down the street I have my home office. Let's go ahead and go take a look.
Yes, I would love to do the founders video there for you. Yes. Do you have time to do that today? Of course. Okay. All right, we're going on a trip, guys. Okay, let's go. Okay, guys, so we are getting ready to go to this business owner office. There we're going to record the founder's office. The founder story, not the founder's office, know what I'm saying? But you guys get it. This is real, this is raw. So enjoy it. So we're going to be on our way to record her founder story and her office. So I'll see you there. Okay, guys, so we have arrived at the office and we are prepping everything. Something that I forgot is that I was supposed to carry my roses and my videographer Kept them from me because he thought that it was better for him to have him. He's blonde, so it looks better on him. No, I'm just kidding. But let's enjoy the behind the scenes of the founder's story.
I was able to push through. I was able to open up a business. I literally had to use my oldest son, Stinky bank, to buy my youngest son diapers. And that is what triggered the journey of me, you know, starting my business and getting out there.
What do happy customers usually say to you that makes you feel this was worth it?
For me, it's like it's a lot more than business. You meet people and you want to meet them where they are. My name is Michelle Welch. I am the founder of Prima Business Agency, and this is my founder's story. I started Prima Business Agency because there was not a lot of options in help building the business as a new entrepreneur. So I wanted to create that knowledge base and have that structure for other entrepreneurs that look like me. My kids were the reason I started business in the first place. I was a single mom for 11 years. Having to be the head of household is so exhausting. I had to use my oldest son's piggy bank to buy my youngest son diapers. And that was the moment for me where I was like, absolutely not. Entrepreneurship, it takes a different type of grit. Couple that with being a single mom. It's hard. You have to decide if you're going to miss your kids first step or if you're going to go take care of that job that you have to do. As a mom, I always come last. The process slows you down, but it makes you want it so much more. If you want to show your children that there is a better side to all of this, bet on yourself. We're here, we're healed, and we're ready to serve you.
Okay, Michelle, so what do you think about this experience?
This was amazing. I've done a lot of commercials and things before, and this was the easiest, smoothest, and nicest experience that I've had. I'm so grateful.
I love it. If you would like to be part of this founder's story, Remember, you can DM me or you can apply@kviolit.com and is there anything that you would like to say?
Thank you.
You're very welcome, of course.
Honestly, I just.
I can't wait to work with you. I'm ready. Yes. It's gonna be amazing.
I'm so grateful you are so professional.
Thank you so much.
Everything has just been like, you know, I like things to be prompt and going. So I'm really grateful that you're respectful of my time and that you did this for me.
So than my husband. Right over there is your husband. Oh, hi. Is he a business owner too?
Yes, he is.
Do you think he'll be okay with me interviewing him? Of course. Let's do it. Okay. Excuse me. So I just interviewed your wife, and I would love to interview you. Sure. Are you a business owner?
Yes, I am.
Great. And I help entrepreneurs and business owners generate more clients with social media. Would you like to do a free video with me?
Sure, I guess. Okay.
So I guess we're doing the whole family.
Great.
So what do you do?
I'm a private chef.
Amazing. So where do you work from?
Five years ago, I had a restaurant, but now I work for myself. I cook for a few NBA players. I travel across the country just cooking.
Wow. Amazing. And what did inspire you to do this?
My mom. I've been cooking since I was about six years old. She taught me, but I got my hustle and hard work from my dad.
Amazing. And is there anything that you would like to tell other business owners, entrepreneurs, or private chefs? Because that's what you are, right?
Yes.
To start their business, Consistency.
You gotta work hard every single day. Every day you wake up, you gotta be ready to go.
What is your favorite food to make?
Ooh, that's a tough one. Surprisingly Italian.
Where are you from?
I am from Miami, but I have a wide range of. My background is very broad.
Where can I try your food?
If you want to come, I could cook you something.
Really?
Yeah.
Like now?
Yeah, let's do it.
But where?
At my house.
Let's do it.
If it's okay with my wife.
Of course.
This is my girl. Okay. Yeah, I was hungry. David, are you down? He says yes. Okay. Amazing. All right, let's do it.
Let's do it.
Okay, guys, so we are driving to Cameron's and Michelle's apartment or house. I'm not really sure. He offered to cook for us. I've never had a private chef cook for me, so I'm kind of excited. He said that he travels a lot to cook for a celebrity, so we're feeling like a celebrity today. He has around 80,000 followers on Instagram. They told me off camera. So he makes a lot of food from scratch, and he makes it on social media, so I am so happy I met them here. And we're gonna be showing you behind the scenes. So we're gonna be e very delicious. So apparently I'm cooking too. I'm not a chef.
I gotta put you to work. And these are aprons that my wife and I designed. She made the logo has a little pocket. Okay. So today we are making spicy rigatoni alla vodka. So what we're gonna start with is the chicken. The chicken is the longest prep work, and I like to let that sit before I cook it. I have a thing with touching food. I love using gloves. I don't care what people say. I switch them out. I use a whole box in one time, like one cooking session.
To be honest with you guys, I had no idea that it was going to be cooking with a chef. So this is pretty cool.
So I like to do a little bit of the trimming. Just get rid of that fat. Pretty thick piece. So we're gonna slice it right down the middle in half. Make sure you have it nice and firm. Butterfly that thing. Nice and smooth. All right, you ready?
No. Okay, so do I just cut the whole thing? Yes, yes. Okay. I know how to cook, I promise. It's just. I'm nervous. All right.
So look at you. Natural.
How often do you travel?
Once or twice a month. I like to make sure that my schedule is pretty open because I do full time content creating as well. I usually have a sous chef.
Okay.
She's called my wife, but she usually washes the dishes behind me and stuff like that. So I'm gonna put this in the sink and hopefully she washes. So I usually do a lemon or lime, sometimes vinegar, and I let this sit in water not too long, but just to get all the film and all that stuff off of it. We don't know what these factories are doing nowadays, so.
That's true.
Sorry, I gotta put you to work. Right.
I can open the bag of the pasta?
Yes.
I've never made vodka pasta. I wonder if I'll be able to taste the alcohol. Cause I'm pretty good at tasting it. So I don't know. Oh, my God, that looks so good.
It's Asiago. I call it a musty taste. So what we're gonna do now is prep work.
Okay.
It's usually what people do first, but I like to do it after the chicken. Cause I wanted to get the chicken out the way. So we're gonna chop up some garlic, some shallots, and some basil.
Okay.
We're gonna season the chicken. You don't have to put too much. The flavor is gonna come from the pasta. There we go. All right. Now we're gonna be adding the pasta and the water. The whole thing.
The whole thing. Okay.
I already salted the water. There we go. So we got the all purpose flour with cornstarch, our egg wash and our panko bread crumb, Italian breadcrumbs, and a little bit of parmesan cheese. Perfect.
Just like.
That's perfect. And then you'll put it in here.
So we just finished prepping our chicken and it's going to go into the fryer. We're gonna put it in the oil. If it looks like this, it's because it's good.
A key thing, clean as you go. That's a sign of a pro, so you don't have to clean up at the end. Usually my wife cleans up for me anyway, but I gotta do my stuff right now. So now you're gonna add the butter in first. Now we're gonna add some garlic. So I like to add a little Cajun slap your mama.
Oh, yummy.
Not too much though, because we don't want too much of a kick from this.
Wow, that smells so delicious.
Some crushed red peppers. These are actually toasted.
They're spicy.
Yeah. Oh, my God.
Smells so good.
I know you smell it?
I would literally eat this just with bread, you know, just like.
Oh, that would be really good. All right, now we're gonna add some tomato paste in here, guys. Time to add the vodka for the Alabaca. Nothing crazy.
I was not expecting it to lie.
That's my favorite part. All right, now time you wanna add the heavy cream.
Yes.
There we go. We're gonna let this come to a simmer. All right, now it's time. You gotta taste test it.
Oh, my gosh. This is the best sauce I've ever tried in my life. Oh, my God. Okay, guys, I'm taking this home.
You want to try, mama?
You want to try, mommy? Mmm.
Is it good?
It's yummy.
Yeah.
Wow. She eats well.
One of the most important ingredients, fresh basil. Just stir this for me while I pour this in. Just so we make sure all those noodles get coated.
All right, let's cook the chicken.
Four minutes per side. Might be a little less because they're pretty thin. So we'll see. Just gotta keep an eye on it. All right, guys, to do some plating now.
That's all for me.
We. I'm big on presentation. It's the most important thing, cuz people eat with their eyes first. Now be coming through with the chicken.
Three pounds of it, please.
Gotcha. Some fresh basil. I like to put that right in the middle. And here you go. Going after.
I'm so excited. Well, I just want to pray for the food, and I want to pray for you guys because it's such a blessing for you cooking for me. And I feel that even though I'm doing a video for you, I feel more blessed of being able to receive this. So I want to pray for you. Okay, Definitely. So, Father, in the name of Jesus, I just want to thank you for this day, Lord. I want to pray for this household, Lord. I want to pray for Cameron's health. In the name of Jesus, I pray that your hand comes over him, my Lord, and that you use me today, Lord, to. To heal everything that is inside of him. In the name of Jesus, I pray for prosperity. I pray for health. I pray for love. I pray that nothing is missing in this household, that the light of you, Lord, comes over them, Lord, and then your angels come around them to protect them in the name of Jesus. And your light comes over a single heart in this household, Lord, so they can feel happy and fulfilled. And thank you so much because you have blessed me with this food. And I pray that you multiply 10 times over what they have done for me today. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
Amen.
Oh, my. That's so beautiful. Give me a hug. Come here. Of course. I'm so happy. So come here. I want to try with you. We should try together.
All right.
Come here. You too. One, two, three. Oh, this is so good. It's so good. Oh, my God. This is heavenly.
I mean, I knew it's going to be good, but this is. This is great.
This is amazing.
This is great.
I have no words. This is the best food I've ever tried in my life. Genuinely so, so good. Cameron, you rock. You're the best.
Thank you so much.
You guys are such a beautiful family. Private chef will come to you. He does celebrities MBAs. He did two days. To me, he's the best.
Now you gotta finish that.
You're like, oh, I'm gonna finish it in three minutes. Don't worry about that. Okay, so after we cook that amazing meal. We just finished it now we are going to be doing Cameron's fandom story, and it's going to be really good. So stay down for the bts. We set up the studio in his kitchen, so, yeah, we can set up a studio pretty much anywhere.
It means a lot to be here today because five years ago, I didn't know if I was going to be here having a heart attack. Jesus. I said I wasn't going to Cry. I feel like a lot of my life was taken from me. So being able to do the things that I love with the people that I love and have my dream job is the most important thing to me.
Okay, Cameron, so we just finished our amazing founder story and your amazing food. I want so much more. I'm gonna take that plate to my house. Even if he doesn't say that I can. I'm joking. But how do you feel about the whole experience and everything that we did today?
First shocked. It was unexpected, but very, very good because I was able to get my story out because of you guys, and that means a lot to me.
Absolutely. No, I just want to say thank you to, like, genuinely, from the bottom of my heart. It was super random. I wouldn't have expected to just go to somebody's random house and have food and a chef cook for me. It was such an amazing experience. And you have a beautiful story. Keep inspiring others. When I was hearing your founder story, really, it got to me because sometimes as an entrepreneur and business owners, we can have everything, but sometimes we feel that we're alone. And knowing that everything that you have overcome, it pushes everybody. So thank you. Thank you, truly. Thank you. No, thank you. It's a fight of thank you. So is there anything that you want to say for the YouTube channel for people to hear it?
Push every day, fight every day, and you'll be great. Trust me.
Amen. Amen. So, well, thank you guys for watching this YouTube video again. If you're an entrepreneur and you would like me to visit your business or your story, go to kvalley.com if you want to apply to be on this video, to be on this series, and obviously go follow what is your Instagram and your social media platforms everywhere.
Chef Cam. C A M M. Yeah.
Go support him. If you need a private chef, he flies everywhere. Generally, I'm not even lying. I don't have a resource into life. This was one of the best food that I've ever tried in my life. Thank you guys for joining us on this YouTube video, and I will see you guys. Bye.
Hi, I'm Cameron Diodani and I'm the owner of Chef Cam. And this is my founding story. What inspired me to start cooking was my mom. She taught me at a very young age. I was six years old scrambling eggs. Initially, I wanted to go to the NBA, but I'm only 5 10, so that didn't work out. I took a different route. Now I cook for NBA athletes. It means a lot to be here today. Because five years ago, I didn't know if I was going to be here having a heart attack due to lupus, and it took a lot. Oh, my gosh. Jesus. I said I wasn't going to cry. A doctor said to another doctor. Only had two weeks to live, but I didn't allow that to stop me. Push through and fight. And now, five years later, I'm here, healthy at heart. What it feels like to be alive today is indescribable. Honestly, anytime I cook, I feel like it heals me a little bit. I don't cook just to cook. I don't cook to say I made a meal. I cook because I want people to feel the love that I feel within me. Food is my passion, and this is my story. I cannot wait for y' all to be a part of it.
