This is my first time. This is part one of my series where I try new things for the first time. I'll do it first so you don't have to. I heard there is a new fine dining in Orlando called Corazon by Barries and I had to try it. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. Flowers, hearts, and la biblioteca y corazones. It was absolutely stunning. Now let's get to the good stuff. We started with bread, and I'm not usually a big bread fan, but oh, my goodness, this bread was on point. Our server Dailene, was so sweet. She ordered me a special lychee mocktail with boba since I don't drink alcohol and it was the best drink of my life. Also, I was convinced that lychee was mamon, but I just realized it's not. For the apps, we had the burrata and the meatballs, and then for dinner, we had a flaming pasta cooked tableside. Look at her server go. She was so incredible. And it was delicious. For the cheese lovers, this is it. This is the dish you need to get. Corazon is stunning, elegant, and romantic.
