Thank you. Hey, new listener, thanks so much for checking us out and there's a good chance you have adhd, so I quickly wanted to ask you to please, please follow this podcast in Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or whichever app you're listening to this on, don't leave it until later because you will forget. Thank you. Squirrel. In this episode, I'm going to Share with you 3 things to do when you've lost your mojo in your business. Squirrel. Squirrel. Squirrel. Hi, I'm Katie McManus, and this is business strategy for Weenie ADHDpreneurs. Squirrel. Running a business, you can feel like you are wearing something. So many hats. You're doing the behind the scenes operational stuff. You're selling your services or your programs or your products. You're also designing new things constantly. And then on top of it all, you have to go out and market it. Yay. I have a product you can buy and it's awesome. Not only talk about the things that you're doing, but sound excited about it all the time. Which, when you have adhd, can get real boring real fast. Fast, because we have this drive that requires us to have variety in our life. And so what can happen with all these things going on in the background, with all these responsibilities, needing to be taken care of day over day, week over week, month after month and year over year, is we can get a little burned out. We can actually lose our mojo around our own businesses. And that is not a good thing. That is not something that we want to happen regularly. Because when we lose our mojo, we stop being excited for what we can do for people. And when we lose that excitement, our potential clients lose that excitement. They can read the energy from us. And this is why it is so important to hold onto that mojo, to keep your vibe high about what it is that you're doing in the world, even when it gets tough. So in this episode, I want to talk about how you can get your mojo back when it's deserted you, seemingly forever. Now, a couple things that can deflate your mojo. God, this sounds like the Austin Power. Like, I'm going to tell everyone to get a penis pump. I'm not going to tell you to get a penis pump in case Neil uses this in an outro.
Now, this stuff's way too good for.
The outro, but if you want to, I mean, it's a personal choice. I've never used one. Obviously you do. You boo. So a couple reasons why. God, I just laugh. Okay. Okay. So a couple reasons why people lose their mojos in their own business is one, they haven't made a sale in a while. Okay. It can be very discouraging to continue being excited about your business when you don't have a lot of monetary income coming in. There can also be an immense amount of stress that goes along with this, especially if you have bills to pay. Especially if you're not just independently wealthy and doing this business for fun, which I think most of us were in that category. You are independently wealthy and you are single. Please reach out to me. No, just kidding. Going to start using this to, like, source for boyfriends. So when you have all these stressors to make this business work and to be able to pay the bills, it can be really hard to stay inspired to come up with stuff, to seem excited about what it is that you're doing. So just want to recognize that and name that. And we're going to be talking about some ways to deal with that. Now, another thing that can happen is there's just so much that you need to do that you're feeling overwhelmed around it all. And that is something that happens usually when you're a few years in and things are going pretty well. That's actually a good sign because when you get to that point, you realize that you're at that level where you need to scale and you need to take it to the next level. Now, another reason why you can lose your mojo is honestly just that you stop taking care of yourself as a human being. We tend to get so wrapped up in our businesses, especially as adhdpreneurs who really find their identity and what it is that they're interested in. We can get so wrapped up in the thing that we do and the way that we help people that we forget that we have meat suits that require some maintenance, that we have minds that require some care, and that we have spirits that need tending to. So I'm going to talk through the three things that you can do to get your mojo back. When any of these things or beyond is happening in your life and it feels like your mojo has deserted you forever. So, number one, so I never ever tell my clients to go and give away their work free, except when they don't have any mojo around it. Right? So Being in business, like one of the main metrics for success is how much monetary income is coming in. And that is important. Absolutely. Like if you're running a business and you're not making any money, then you're not running a business. You have a hobby. It might be a self subsidized hobby if it's just breaking even, but it's still just a hobby. For this to be a business, you have to be making money and you have to be able to pay the bills from it. But that's not the only kind of income that you require as a solopreneur, as an ADHD preneur, as someone who has to tap into their creativity regularly to keep this business going. The other kind of income that you're going to need is energetic income. Energetic income is when you go and you give a part of yourself to something. So I never tell my clients to go out and give their work away for free, except for when they have no mojo left. Right. Because here's the thing, starting a business and getting it up and running and putting yourself out there on a regular basis and not getting any feedback from the universe that this is working, that it's worth it, that you're having any impact can be soul crushing. So that takes a lot of confidence and fortitude to keep doing again and again and again. So here are some options for you to up your energetic income in a way that won't train your world, that your work is for free. Now, number one on the list, it can be related to your business or not related at all. That's perfectly fine, is go and volunteer for something. If there's a food pantry near you, go and volunteer there. If you want to join an organization like Big Brothers and Sisters, go and join that. If there's an organization that isn't even remotely tangentially related to what it is that you do, go and volunteer for that. Help organize events, do fundraising, go and manage inventory, do something where you're going out into the world, you're interacting with other human beings and you, you get to walk away at the end of the day knowing that you paid it forward in some way. So many of the people in my world are genuinely starting a business because they want to do good in the world, they want to help people. And it is really difficult to stay inspired about this business that's designed to help people when no one's signing up to be helped. And it can be really helpful for you to find other ways to impact people. People. If you are a helper, if you are a healer, if you're here to make an impact on the world in a positive way, it doesn't necessarily have to be in your business. Now, one of the ways I did this, especially during the pandemic, when everything was so scary and I honestly just needed to hop in and be a helper in any capacity possible. I volunteered with a teen leadership organization and I trained on communications to a couple different cohorts of teenagers via zoom, which, by the way, I'm never nervous before a webinar, but I was so nervous before getting in front of a bunch of teenagers. I don't know why, but, like, my brain was obsessed with the fact that they wouldn't think I was cool. And of course, like, no, they're not going to think I'm cool. Just so you know, like, if you're motivated at all to go and work with teenagers, just be prepared that they are judgy af. And you may not get the level of energetic income that you think you're going to get from volunteering with them. However, they are some of the people that need the most support. I think we can all remember being a teenager and remember how miserable it was. So if you are at all called to work with teenagers, go for it. And also be prepared that your rejection sensitivity dysphoria is going to be off the charts because they are going to roll their eyes and be stuck narci af. And it's just how they are. Oh, the other way in which I volunteered during the pandemic was I was a member of this organization called Women in Revenue. So it was women in marketing and sales roles, which I had been in for about 10 years at that point anyway. And so I volunteered to be on their advisory board. And when the pandemic hit, my number one thing was, people are getting laid off left, right and center. They're gonna need support to process all this. And so I literally hosted a support group call every single week. And it was a great way for me to just hold space for other people, which made me feel better. Now, of course, because I was a coach and these were people who are busy executives and all this stuff. Like, I'm not gonna lie, I got a couple clients out of it. But that wasn't the intention. The intention here was to get some energetic feedback that I was actually helping others in the world. But I want to name that, like, just because you're volunteering in something that's a little different from what you normally do doesn't necessarily mean it's not Going to help your business. Another thing that you can do to volunteer is find a way for you to volunteer your professional skills within the capacity of your business. Lawyers do this. Lawyers actually will volunteer their time for a certain amount of hours every single month. If you go to any legal aid office, chances are there are several lawyers who hold office hours there who help people file paperwork, fill out reports and basically giving access to those who can't afford a lawyer. Access to a really good lawyer. It's a great way to get some energetic income. I know a lot of coaches volunteer their time supporting teachers and nurses, especially during the pandemic. Website designers, you can absolutely volunteer your time and expertise to help a nonprofit design a killer website. Doing these things, it's you giving away your service for free. However, you're giving away your service for free to people who will really, really appreciate it. And because it's something that they desperately need, you're going to get that energetic income back. Whenever I think of volunteering, I reminded of that Friends episode where Phoebe is on a volunteering kick and she's explaining, like, how it's so selfless to go and volunteer. And I think it's Joey and Chandler who get her all flipped out saying, well, volunteering actually isn't selfless because it makes you feel good. Squirrel.
I'm sorry, Pheebs. I just, you know, I just wanted to do a good deed like. Like you did with the babies.
This isn't a good deed. You just want to get on tv. This is totally selfish.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. What about you having those babies for your brother? Talk about selfish.
What? What are you talking about?
Well, yeah, it was a really nice thing and all, but it made you feel really good, right?
Yeah, so.
Well, it made you feel good. So that makes it selfish. Look, there's no unselfish good deeds. Sorry.
Yes, there are. There are totally good deeds that are selfless.
Well, may I ask for one example?
Yeah, it's. You know, there's. No, you may not. If you really want to volunteer in a selfless way, you have to volunteer in a way that makes you absolutely miserable. And because I know people can. Can get a little flipped out about this, about volunteering for their own benefit. And I just want to own that. Like, you get to volunteer to make yourself feel better. That's okay. The fact that it's beneficial for everyone involved is actually a good thing. There's no need to find, like, the worst thing that you could do to volunteer on. So volunteering is one way that you can up your Energetic income. Another way to up your energetic income in your business is to actually mix it up and do some different things in your business. Okay, so if you've never hosted a webinar before, guess what? Go and host a webinar. If you've never done live videos with other experts in your field before, go and do some live videos with other experts in your field. On one hand, if you're hosting these pop up trainings or webinars, you're inviting your potential clients into a a lower pressure space where they get to experience you on a different level. You're also able to help them in a lighter way so you can really see what lands with them and see the impact that you have. Likewise, getting in touch with the business besties that you have. The other people in your field who can inspire and show you different perspectives can help you mix up your own business and find different things to be excited and inspired around. Now, another way that you can up your energetic income is honestly to reach out to people that you've worked with in the past, former clients, anyone who's ever attended any of your webinars or pop up trainings in the past to look through old testimonials and just remind yourself that the work that you do is needed. It is important. It has impact because it's so easy to forget. So number one, you have to up your energetic income. Now. Number two, if you've lost your mojo and this is going to be great for my ADHD folks who love getting hyper focused on a new thing, you can go back and get more training. Learning a new thing is a great way to infect use more excitement and motivation into your business. Now I personally did this recently because I, I was finding that a lot of my clients struggle with their relationship with money when they're starting a business. And it's part that I do work on with my clients, but I was starting to get a little stale with what I was doing with them. And not that it wasn't effective and impactful, it's just I got kind of bored with the same old conversation around relationship with money. So I actually recently went back and got trained in two different modalities of money coaching. Okay. Not just one, two. This is the ADHD way. We go big or we go home. So then the first one was trauma of money. So it's this incredible program where you really dive into how you can help clients get through any trauma that they've had in their relationship with money. Okay. It's incredibly powerful. It's Also very deep, intense work. On a lighter note, I also recently went through this training called Sacred Money Archetypes. And so it's basically a personality test where you're able to go and figure out what your money archetypes are and then learn how you naturally operate within those archetypes when it comes to money. Now that's a lot more fun. I started taking a lot of my clients through it, and I've actually designed a whole Wealthy Weenies Money program based on it. And it is so insightful. And it helps a lot of my clients understand, like why they've made financial mistakes in the past and how they can really hack their money operating systems to do better in the future. And just learning new things gives you more things to find talk about. It helps you vary the conversation so that you're not just getting bored repeating the same old things over and over and over again. So for you, I want to preface this because it can be very tempting, especially for new business owners who've just gotten trained in a thing to keep going back to get another training, to get another certification to give themselves more credibility. Because you feel like each one of these certificates just makes you more worthy of more money. And yet the pitch that people often fall in is they never feel ready, they never feel worthy. They keep thinking, okay, well, one more certification is going to do it. I'll get trained in this other thing and then people will want to hire me. Okay, don't get in that cycle. I want you getting trained and certified in something, whatever it is, going and starting the business, and then wait for the business to take tell you what your next certification should be. Your clients will come with common questions. For instance, in my business, a lot of my clients were having issues with their relationship with money that informed which trainings I was going to pursue. Say you're a Pilates teacher and you have a lot of clients who are coming to you because they're having trouble with their sleep. Maybe there's a sleep coaching training that you could go do, or maybe they're struggling to stay on a healthy diet. Maybe you could go back and get training as a nutritionist. Your clients are really going to tell you what they need from you. And it's also going to make you so much easier to be the person that they just hire again and again and again because you keep adding new offerings to your business and you keep staying relevant and necessary to them where they're at. Also, can we just own that aspects of adhd? When we learn something, we just get so excited about going and sharing what we've just learned with the world. It's that hyper focus. It's like when I was in high school, I was absolutely obsessed with the French Revolution. I think I've talked about this before. I was that obsessed that I talked about this numerous times on this podcast. Anything that was even remotely related to the French Revolution, I'd be jumping in and talking about it saying, hey, did you know this fun fact about ex, X, Y and Z? My friends were so bored of hearing about the French Revolution from me, but it gave me something to talk about and remember as business owners. Oh, what am I going to say next? Go to weeniecast.com hyperfocus all one word, that's weeniecast.com hyperFocus. And remember, as business owners, we do not have a marketing problem, we have a memorability problem. Even if what you're talking about isn't interesting to those people who are following you, the fact that you're showing up and talking about it is gonna keep you top of mind for them. It's gonna remind them that you exist. Right? And we have to remember that for people to become your clients and hand you money, the bare minimum is that they have to know that you exist. I also wanna name that getting more training doesn't necessarily have to be in your business. Sometimes we've just gotten really stale in our day to day practices. So maybe going and getting new training is you learning a new skill. If you've ever wanted to learn woodworking, go and take a woodworking class. If you've ever wanted to learn interpretive dance, go and take an interpretive dance class. But please do not invite me to your recital. I love you and I support you in doing this, but I'm just not interested in interpretive dance. I just can't sit through it. I'm sorry. Say you've always wanted to be a rock star and you've never had the Chance to learn the electric guitar or drums. Go and learn that. Just switching up, like, the parts of your brain that you're accessing is going to help infuse more excitement and up your mojo for everything in your life. You know, it's funny, during the pandemic, one of the things that I took back up again was tennis. But there was no one who I could play tennis with. So I would literally just go with my racket and three balls and go hit against one of those backboards. And I'd practice and I'd practice and I'd practice and I was terrible. Most of the time I was hitting the balls into the woods behind the backboard and then having to like climb through bushes hoping I wasn't getting any ticks or bites from spiders to find these fucking balls. And I just. They were hidden everywhere. And of course everything's green. So it's just like half the time I'd go out with three balls and come back with one and just be like, cool. Or I'd play until I lost them all. But there wasn't one time that, that I did that that I didn't come up with like 17 different ideas for my business. So training, going for training. It doesn't necessarily have to even be a class. It could just be something that you are on your own working to get better at. Because we have to remember that our minds are meaning making machines. Our minds are constantly presented with data every single day that we turn into meaning. This is essentially what rejection sensitivity dysphoria is. We wave to someone who we know and they don't wave back. We are meaning making machine brains make up that they don't like us anymore, that the last time we spoke to them we told that joke and that joke probably offended them. And now they're never going to speak to us again. They're probably going to turn like the whole town against us when in fact they didn't see us. Like, that was just the data that they didn't wave at us back or wave back at us. They just didn't see us. So let's use our adhd, meaning making machines that likes to make up bad stories about ourselves and apply it to our businesses, connecting weird things that shouldn't connect at all for the sake of upping our mojo. Also bonus, if you do something that's physical, then you're also taking care of your meat suit. And exercise is one of the best things that ADHD preneurs can do to, to help their ability to focus, to sleep better to be more creative in their business. There's so much science behind this. I actually want to do a whole episode about this. But forgive me, because I have to organize that, which, as someone with adhd, is not my forte. Stay tuned for that one. So if you're, if you've lost your mojo, go and get some training. Just go and infuse some new ideas into your life. Do something that's outside of your normal routine. You're going to thank me for it later. And for those of you who are like, but I'm busy, I'm running a business. I don't have time for that. Honey, make time. Make time. Because you working for the next six months with no mojo, guess what? That's not going to do shit for your business, right? Make time to mix up your routine, learn something different. Because I can pretty much promise you that with that excitement, with those new ideas, you're going to have way more results in two months than you will in the next six months with no mojo. Now lastly, if you have lost your mojo in your business, one of the things that could be happening is you could just be burned out. And when you're burned out, you tend to start questioning, is this what I actually want to be doing? You start questioning if you've committed your life and your business and your livelihood to something that was just a short hyper focus that is now over. And that is terrifying because it can feel like, okay, well, you left your job, you burned some bridges, maybe, or it feels like you did. Whenever an ADHD preneur quits their job to start their business, the story that they generally make up in their head is that they burned a bridge. They burned a bridge. They can never go back to being employed. And guess what? That's so not true. That is literally your rejection sensitivity dysphoria coming up with a whole elaborate story about how like a whole industry is going to say you're not worthy of hiring again, take a deep breath. It's not true. If you need to or want to go back and get a job, it is always possible for you. Like, you could absolutely be done with this. This could be a hyper focus that ended, or you could just be burnt out. But how are you going to know? The third thing that you need to be doing when you've lost your mojo is you have to spend some time on some kind of mindfulness practice. Because a, if you are burned out, investing some time in a mindfulness practice is going to help you recuperate, rest, regenerate. And also if you're done with this business. If you. If it's gotten old and there's no mojo left, it's never coming back. You're going to need some time and space to really check in with yourself and see what it is that you want. If it's not this now. There are so many different mindfulness practices. I'm just going to list a whole bunch of them and you can take one off this menu or you can make up one on your own. I'm not picky, but as I'm going through them, I want to just name that. I am not being prescriptive here. I'm not saying that the way I describe anything is the right way to do it. There's no right and wrong way. When you're an adhdpreneur, there's a right way for you. So if I name something and you're like that, well, okay, that sounds kind of good. I'll try it. But doesn't feel like the right fit for you. It's never going to work. Full invitation here to take whatever ideas I come up with in the next couple of minutes and make them your own. Now, number one is meditation. I personally practice Transcendental Meditation. I learned it in college. It has been at times a life raft that has gotten me through some really rocky seas, and at other times it has honestly just been a solid foundation for me to get to know myself better. There are rules around it and it creates some structure, and I'm really good at fitting myself into structure, not so good at creating it for my myself. So if you're looking for some kind of meditation practice that has that structure, Transcendental Meditation could be a great option for you. You do have to hire a trainer or teacher to learn how to do it. However, now there are also so many other kinds of meditation. You can download a meditation app and do one of their guided meditations. You could also just go for walks without your phone and focus on the greenery and focus on finding living things out in the world. That can also be a meditative practice. For some people, meditation is honestly just doing something that doesn't require a lot of thought, but takes your focus. This may sound crazy, but one of my favorite relaxing activities is honestly to separate colors of those little tiny beats. You know, you get like a massive jar of beads and then you take some out and you try to separate them into different piles. The reds, the greens, the blues. Something that just takes enough of your focus that you're invested in it and you're really like wanting to move through and make everything organized, and yet my brain can flip to different ideas throughout this whole process. Doing puzzles can be a meditative practice. Meditation can be two things. It can be you being silent with yourself and letting things come up, or it can be you being in flow with something. Now you can also go for actual mindfulness meditation. There are so many different activities that you could do within that formal structure. I urge you, just go and find a mindfulness meditation training program. There are going to be a ton of different things you can do. My favorite activity in mindfulness meditation is the grape one or the raisin one, where you have two raisins and you literally spend about 20 minutes in the process of observing them and appreciating them and eating them. You hold the raisin and you observe, like, all the different colors in it. And when you really look at it and you hold it up to the light, there are so many different colors in a raisin. And then you look at the texture, and then you think about, like, what it took for this raisin to come into being, like the different minerals that had to be in the soil and how that seed had to take root and how that plant had to grow and how the flowers had to bloom. And then after the flowers bloom, each grape started sprouting and how there had to be a farmhand who came through and watered it and tended to it and then eventually picked it up. And how that grape then had to end up in some kind of shipping mechanism to end up at a place where it would be dehydrated into a raisin, and so on and so on and so on. That's not even the tasting bit. The tasting bit is the whole thing in itself. Now, just forcing yourself to go through all these details of very, very small things does bring you into this mindfulness state. And I just urge you to go find a mindfulness raisin activity. And, you know, even if you don't like raisins and you don't want to eat it, just. Just try it. It's interesting. Other mindfulness practices could be exercise. I am not a yogi. I have tried yoga several times. I just can't get into it. For me, Pilates does it for me, or even lifting weights for other people who are a little crazy. In my opinion, running does this for them. No offense to the runners out there, but I just don't understand. I don't get it. If you're an ADHD business owner having a hard time building consistent habits on social media to promote your business, I have something for you. One of the biggest challenges for ADHDpreneurs is that our dopamine levels often dictate how much stuff we get done in a day, along with our available time. On low dopamine days where we also don't have a lot of time, it's really easy to fall off the social media posting wagon, which leads to a downward spiral thinking that you're a complete failure and that your business is going to go nowhere. So to fix this, I have actually designed a social media consistency matrix that helps you discover what you should be doing every single day. Depending on how much dopamine you have and how much time you have available. This is perfect for those days where your executive dysfunction has taken over and you're feeling like there's nothing that you can do in your business. It's also amazing for those days where you have all the time in the world and feel super inspired but aren't sure what you should be spending your time on. To download this matrix, Please go to weeniecast.com adhdsocialmedia when you submit your name and your email, we'll be sending that along. And in case you didn't have a pen handy, you can find that link in the show Notes I had one client who sometimes would show up to our calls feeling really scattered, overwhelmed, and I would literally tell him, cool, go do a hundred body weight squats and call me back. And I'd hang up on him and without fail, about four or five minutes later he'd call me back, feeling more grounded, a little out of breath, but feeling more grounded and more able to focus on what needed to happen in his business. Exercise. It doesn't necessarily have to be you changing clothes, driving to the gym, doing a workout, knowing how to do all the things, and then coming back, showering and then getting with your day. Exercise can literally be you taking two minutes to do a bunch of jumping jacks. It could be you doing a wall sit, it could be you doing squats, it could be you doing push ups, something that makes you focus on your body. And then let's talk about the spiritual element of this. For those of us who are spiritually inclined, either with organized religion or our own flavor of it, spending time focusing on your spirituality every day is a beautiful way to check in with yourself, whatever your higher power is. Often those who feel a connection with their higher power, they also feel this immense connection to their intuition. And for some ADHDpreneurs who feel they've lost their mojo, it's really, that they're just not listening to their intuition and to their higher power spending time in whatever this looks like for you. It could be prayer, it could be communing with the other side, it could be pulling tarot cards, it could be going to your place of worship and honestly just sitting there peacefully. It could be tapping into your spirit guides. And if you want to hear more ideas for how you can integrate a mindfulness practice into the daily running of your business, then go and check out episode nine where I dive deeper into this topic. Whatever is that practice for you that makes you feel connected to whatever power you believe is in the universe is an incredible way to tap into yourself to see what is going to be next for you on this journey. With all of these things. When we lose our mojo, we often want to seek outside approval. We often want validation that we're on the right track. We want reassurance from those who are around us, who see us every day, who love us. And so here's just a small word of caution to not look for this with everyone. There are going to be family members and friends who love you to death and they want the best for you and they also don't see the vision of what you're up to. They are going to should you into doing something that is not right for you and not from a malicious place, just from a place of loving and wanting you to be safe and supported in a way that they would feel safe and supported. Find the people, people who understand what you're up to, who see your brilliance and will cheerlead you along the way and ask them for reassurance. Now sometimes they may actually give you advice that is counter to what you're working on. They may actually have a valid devil's advocate point of view that says, hey, listen, this may not be working the way you want it to. Why? Why don't you try this? You need these people in your business and in your life. Now. They may not always be right, but they're giving you honest feedback about what they see. Maybe getting in your way and you don't have to take it as true, but listening to it and being curious about it and really seeing if it is happening in your business is one of the most powerful things that you can do. Starting a business requires a certain level of confidence and also a certain level of humility. We need to have enough confidence to go out there and say, yes, what I do works. It's really effective. We also have to have enough humility to say, okay, cool, the way I'm doing this may not work. And if it doesn't work for long enough, I need to find a way to pivot. Having business besties who understand your industry to a certain degree, who know the struggle of starting and launching and scaling a business, and who also have been down this road before and know where you can get stuff stuck is going to be incredibly helpful here. They, unlike me, who's just a person, a voice on a podcast telling you different ideas, they're going to have a lot of different ideas more personalized to you as to what can help you get out of this mojo free vacuum that you've landed yourself in. And I also just want to remind you that we all go through seasons. We go through seasons of being massively inspired in our business. We also go through season seasons of just being kind of ho hum, you know, bored. And that's normal. It doesn't mean you're broken. It doesn't mean that this business is going to stop and fail here. It just means that you are a human being. Also, if there are any non humans who listen to this podcast, I'd love to just hear. You know, I'm really hoping that vampires are real at some point because I do want to live forever. And if you guys could like come out and just tell me that you and then give me a few months so that I can go and work out and get in the best shape of my life and then we can talk about me becoming a vampire, that would be amazing. Thank you very much. Squirrel. Squirrel. Lovely. Oh, there I go again with my impression of your British accent. Potato. Squirrel.
