2023 Social Media Webinar

Recording of a January 2023 webinar led by Kelly Alhooie teaching clinicians how to make social media more engaging and manageable. Kelly covers clarifying purpose (why, mission, values), choosing one platform, 15 content categories (quotes, humor, emotional stories, teachables, behind-the-scenes, client wins, reposts, collaborations, etc.), a weekly planning sheet workflow to create a week of content in ~30 minutes, using Insights to track views/likes/shares/saves, reposting tactics, scheduling tools, and pragmatic tips on roles (creator/editor/writer) and managing trolls/limits of followers. The session is interactive with live chat Q&A and examples from Kelly’s Orthopelvic/Pelvibiz accounts.

Thank you guys so much for taking your time to join me today. If you want to put your cameras on, I always love seeing your faces. If you don't. I hear you. But if you guys have any questions. What's up, Amanda? If you guys have any questions, just please put it in the chat. What's up, guys? How are. How is everyone? I love seeing everyone's faces. What's up, Aaron? What's up, Jen? So today I'm going to go over basically how to make social media more fun, more engaging. This is someone that is. It's coming from someone that absolutely has hated social media. And I've kind of been like the brains behind it on my team, you know, working. But I just, I've never been the one that's like, oh, yay, social media. So I figure this is a great course coming from someone that is just not the type that's like, yay, social. To help you guys out. What's up, Jatal? To help you guys out and give very most a lot of valuable information. So what I'm going to do is go make sure, number one, they have a pen and paper. Pen and paper, please. Bed and paper. All right. So in the chat, I asked you guys what that is you find most challenging about social media. I also want to know in the chat, like, what do you hate about social media? Can you put that in the chat? This is going to be very interactive, by the way. So what do you hate about social media? You can put it in the chat. That'd be great. Let's see. We got what do you hate about social media? Let's see. Anyone or we love it. Okay. Being vulnerable. Okay, that's number one. Thank you. Thank you, Erin. Oh, feeling demanding. Yes. 100% agree to intimidate with social social media. Yes. Give us examples. There's so much. There's so much that I can rag on social media about. Okay, great. So today we're going to go over that is how to be more vulnerable or do you need to put your face out there? Do you not need to put your face out there? How does it not feel as demanding for you? We're going to go over that. That's going to be really important. So, yeah, how. How it feels. Feels exposed or either fake. 100% agree with you, Rachel. And, and some of that is learning to be a little bit more vulnerable on social media, which sometimes can be hard and it depends on how much you want to share and then finding different content than what everyone is already doing. That one's interesting. You really have to, um, you know, you can post. I get this a lot actually. Well, so and so posted about bladder leakage. So I can't. Yes, you can. Maybe you do it in different way or you do it in the same way, but you are unique. So it is okay. If you see multiple accounts posting about bladder leakage that day, go ahead and post your content. Do you. So that's, that's super important. Amanda says the hardest part is prepping and scheduling. Couldn't agree more. So we're going to go over that today, how to prep and schedule and, and I'm. The goal today is for you guys and I want, we're going to create it today. Within 30 minutes you're going to be able to do your content for a whole week. Okay? That is the goal. Okay. That's what I've come up with the system and it's worked really, really well for me. So I thought I'd share with you guys. Alright, so number one, this is very important and then I'll get into the nitty gritty. So number one, what is yalls biggest why? If you can put it in the chat section again, I like to make this very interactive or what is your big why? So while you guys are putting this in, I'm going to share my big why. My big why is I've always struggled with my health over the last five to six years and I never had any money. So I want to teach people how to make more money and be healthy while doing it. That is my true passion. What is deep down in my soul, like that's what I feel. That's my calling to do. So what is yalls biggest why? Reaching the masses, reaching my community. So Amanda, go deeper than that. Like truly, what. Why did you start doing this? Maybe, maybe you're a postpartum mom and you're like, look, I never want anyone to experience this stuff that I've been going through in postpartum. And I want to be able to educate more moms to be able to never have to go through this again. This is very important because this will give you more value on social media. So this is why we're diving into this. Amanda said. Yeah, that's it. What else, guys? Bigger why? What is your true calling? You've got to know this. If you're having trouble, answer questions at the end of the call so that you guys, we can, we can talk about this more. Okay? And if you don't, it's just write it down. What is my true why? You may not know it just yet. The feeling of making a real impact in people's lives while also having more freedom on my personal life. 100%. Couldn't agree more. Yep. Being flexible. Enjoy balance with family. Absolutely. Love getting ladies to not feel fine, but feel amazing. Love that, Rachel. Love that. Okay, so now here's the next thing I want you to write down. So write down your biggest why on piece of paper. Now write down, what is your mission? Super, super important. Okay? What is your core value? So for me, I said, I want all women to be able to make more money and be healthy doing it. My mission statement, I want all women to make more money and be healthy while doing it. Now, if we're talking about pelvic health side. Just pelvic health, for me, I want to show all postpartum moms that there is help and that she doesn't have to suffer. That is my core mission. Okay? So if that resonates with you, put that down. If that doesn't resonate with you and you're like, look, I want to show all CrossFit athletes that they can lift them, they can max out and without leakage. Cool. Maybe that's your motto. But you got to know your core values so that we know how to promote yourself on social media. If you don't know that, you're going to be, like, all over the place and people are going to be like, oh, Jen, what does she do? What does she represent? So you've got to figure that out. So if you guys can put it in the chat section, write it down, your piece of paper. What's your core value? What's your mission? What do you feel that your calling is? You can also say, help stop moms from embarrassment. Whether or not that's dealing with DRA or whether or not that's dealing with leakage, pain, with intercourse, like, whatever that may be, that may be your core mission. So know that that's very important. And then beliefs. That's the next thing. Beliefs. So I would also write this down. What are my true beliefs? My main belief, guys, over the last three years was, I don't have time for social media. Social media, stupid. Like, that's literally my beliefs. And I had to change it because I was like, who needs followers? Like, why do I want followers? It wasn't my jam. I don't need followers to feel validated. That's just how I feel, right? So I was like, what's the point? But I started to realize that then if you have followers, you can spread your message to the masses, and that's why it's important. Followers numbers is not important, but to be able to spread the word to the masses is super important. Okay, so I always used to say this too. I'm so busy. I just can't do this. Has anyone ever said that? Can you raise your hand anyone has ever said that? Yes. Okay. Basically what we're telling ourselves is we are not making it priority. You know why we're not making it priority? Because we absolutely hate it. So why would I make it a priority? I wouldn't make it a priority. So instead, start to tell yourself, you know what? I'm going to learn to do this in the most efficient way, which we're going to learn today. The most efficient way to then be able to actually start to enjoy it. Maybe not enjoy it is the word. Like it more. Okay. Like it more. So that's what we're going to go over today. And I always say if for those. Because we have people on here that are different levels. For those that are just starting out, you just got to basically shoot your shot. So. So if you are someone that's never posted on Instagram before, I'm going to talk a lot about Instagram today just because it's easier. If you're never someone that's posted there. Start with just posting who you are. Put out a video. If you hate your. If you don't want to put your face on, fine, then put some words. Okay, just post something. If you're someone that has some following and you're like, hey, I've been doing this for a while. Okay, cool. Well, how many. Let's start analyzing the videos. And that's what we're going to start getting into is, let's see what's clicking, what's not, and how else. We need to switch it around. Okay, so, and this is for all levels. And also do this for me. Write down, what platform are you going to use? You just need to pick one platform. So what platform is that? So write that down. And then if you don't mind, just putting it in the chat as well. What platform is it going to be? TikTok? Is it going to be Instagram? Is it going to be YouTube? Is it going to be Facebook? What platform are going to be using? Ig. Ig. That's what I thought. That's why I'm doing it mainly on ig. But you don't have to. You pick your platform. Ask yourself this, if you have an account already, where do most your People hang out. Where do they hang out? Go to that account. If they're on Instagram, go there. They're on Facebook, go there. If they're on YouTube, go there. IG copy to Facebook. Yeah, perfect. Okay, cool. So let's just say the majority people. Yeah, Facebook. I know there's a lot of mom's groups on Facebook, but you can, like Rachel said, kind of put the IG to Facebook. So great, guys, fantastic. So just stick with that. Do not get overwhelmed with any other platform because I just need you to be consistent. Consistency is so key, especially when it comes to these algorithms. So you have to post one time a day. Should we all say this together? We have to post one time a day. All together. Now we have to post one time a day. Okay, fantastic. No, an actual. Okay, that's a good point. You need to post a reel. If you're using Instagram. A day Stories is only going to get the current people that you have in your audience to view you Reels is going to be where you go out to the masses and you're able to get more people. That's very important. Also, I'm testing out this thing where I'm now, starting yesterday, I'm not sharing my reels to my stories. I'm only putting it on reels and not sharing it again. The algorithm can change, but I'm testing it out to see if I don't share two stories, do I get more views on my reels? And I think that's true. Think it's going to come true, but we'll see. So just FYI, okay, again, all the stuff's always changing, but this is the premises. Okay, so again, now write down, I want you to write down 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on your sheet of paper. So 1, 2, 3, 4th, 5. Okay, we have to start evaluating other accounts that have a similar mission to you. So if I wanted to, if I want to make sure that I was targeting postpartum moms. Well, what account does that? Well, I know one Orthopelvic pt. Okay, so. Or whoever else. Right, so you're going to pull up other accounts. Who are the five accounts that you watch and you follow? Who is that? But make sure those that you watch and follow, they also have the similar mission to you because we're going to do something with this in a minute. So start to think, what accounts on social media, like, which one do I inspire to be like? Or which one is like always amazing stuff that catches my attention? Or who do I love when I see this post of this person. Who is that? And I need five of those again. This is really interactive, so I'm going to give you a second second to write that down, because this is not something where you're just going to learn. And then you got to go do the thing. Like, I'm. We're going to do it all together now. So you feel confident leaving here today? Nice.
Hey, Kelly, what if I don't have that?
So what about our Mastermind group?
You may be super honest.
Yeah.
I don't get on Instagram ever.
Ever. Okay, so then here, I'll give you accounts. I'll give you accounts.
Like. Like zero.
Okay. That's okay. All right. Accounts in the chat. Number one.
Okay.
I'll give you. I'll give you everyone from Mastermind. I mean, everyone in there. I see. And again, you guys do your own thing. Like, if you're like, man, I can only think of three people right now. That's cool. But study this. What else? Amanda's account. Go follow Amanda. I mean, Amanda just. Amanda just started her account. She literally did. She's doing great. I'm putting my nice on here. Hold on, hold on. I'm. Put one more.
He's got a good one.
I know.
She's in your group. Pelvic prescription.
Yeah. Amy. Yep, exactly. Oh, thanks, Amanda. You already did it for me. Let's see. Amy's. Okay, I'll give you a couple more. Give me about another 30 seconds here.
Jennifer's is good. She posts a lot. Magic City.
Yep. But Rachel, that's a. This is actually a good point for you. You. Then I need you researching because we have. Not that I want you guys to copy anyone. That's not the case. I just want you to start to see what are other people doing? And then we're going to analyze how is that working for them and why is it working for them, which we'll get into in a second. Okay. So any of these can be on your list. Okay. And there's clearly. There's so much more. I didn't even include half of all the people. Okay. All right. Does everyone raise your hand? Does everyone have five at least? Down. Ish. Okay. Jen? Still kind of figuring it out. You're good. Okay. All right, cool. All right, so now we got our five accounts. Okay. So now what we want to do is we want to show up differently. We want to be unique, because every single person is unique. So I want you to think about this. How are you going to show up? Are you number one? I would Write this down. Number one, are you going to be inspiring? That could be with a quote. Okay, so that could be with something. Let me see if I can pull some stuff up for you guys. Let me see if I just share my desktop. This one's going now to your screen. Okay, cool. All right, can you see my Instagram? Can you see this? Thumbs up. Yes.
Yep.
Okay, cool. All right, so with this, if I'm looking for, like, a quote, can you put something like this? Can something like this be inspirational? And you guys, everything. Every person's account is different. You got to test this. We got to test the market. Okay, so that's number one. Can you do something funny? Something funny was like this. Where. This is stupid, but it's my fashion show of me at my house and what I'm going to wear. It's. It gives you no value. It's stupid. But people clearly liked it. 31 people or 33 people loved it. Okay, but maybe this is your jam. Maybe you're a funny person and you want to be funny. Okay. I mean, I'm not that funny, but I just decided to be funny today because. Okay, also, could you put something that's emotional? Something that's emotional? People want to feel. People want to click on your page, and they don't want you just talking to them. They don't want you just giving straight facts to them. They want emotion. They want to feel it, to be like, you know what? I feel that I'm going to share this with someone. So an emotional post. Like, I just made one this past week. I don't know if you guys saw my live, but she has not even asked me one single question. Was after my doctor question. And it irritates me, and I didn't mean to get that emotional. And for those that are on that, okay, you get the point. We don't need to rehash that. But it was a very emotional moment for me that I wanted everyone to learn from, from these freaking doctors. And. But it was also what I realized. Um, people went nuts over on my orthopelvic page. I didn't know. You know, clearly that was not the point. My point was to be like a teaching moment. And then it just went crazy on my orthopelvic page. Okay, so if you are strongly, strongly belief that right there is my core value. What did I just say at the beginning? My core value is to teach people to make more money and care about their health. When. When I got out of that doctor's appointment, it hit me so Hard that I was like, this is my core value. I felt it. Right? So that's why it's so important to know what the heck is your belief. Because if you don't know that, then it's hard to show that. Yeah, you can do both, Rachel. You can do both. You can do all of these. You can do everything on this list. I would start to experiment with this. This is why I'm giving you options. Okay? Number four on that list. I put adventure behind the scenes stuff. When you guys are seeing me right here, talk. Okay? This is my behind the scenes. This is how I communicate with my mastermind. So this is what I do on a day to day basis. Yours may not look like this. Yours may be like something at the clinic. So maybe you are. Let me think. You're seeing a patient and you're doing a time lapse of you treating this patient. That could be an adventure behind the scenes. Okay? Also, what's a common pain point? That's number five, common pain point. So if you're a postpartum mom and you feel like your nipples are sore because of breastfeeding. Well, let's talk about that. Let's talk about what we can do to help with that. Or you can go to like a postpartum mom. And I'm just feeling really low today. That brings emotion in and this is truly what I feel. And say truly what you feel. And this takes practice because putting yourself out there on social media to me, is never my jam. It has never been my jam. Okay? And it doesn't mean you don't have confidence. Trust me, I have confidence. It's just. It just really has been my thing. It's like, who cares? But people actually care. They actually do care. And nowadays most people communicate through social media. So show that emotion. If I was postpartum and I was breastfeeding, I was having a hell of a time and I felt comfortable with that. Say, look, I'm sitting here and my baby cannot latch right now. And this is so disappointing to me. And say, like, maybe give one tip of like, has anyone ever felt this? Or just be like, am I alone? Just ask that. Am I alone? Put a heart if I'm not, like in the comments. Okay, so something like that. I'm just giving postpartum mom. I don't know why. I just am pulling that in my head today. Okay, so let me stop sharing my screen here. So, and another thing is teach. You can teach someone. So what are the top three tips to help stop leakage? You can Also put a post. So that's number six. So I'm going to go through that again to make sure you guys got it. Number one, inspirational quote. Number two, be funny and stupid and like, I was in my pajamas with no bra on, guys, and I just posted that crap. You're welcome. Okay, number three, some kind of emotional something that truly speaks your values. It truly speaks to you. And I would also put emotional music to that behind there so that. Oh, and another thing is teach. You can teach someone. So what are the top three tips to help stop leakage? You can also put a post. So that's number six. So I'm going to go through that again to make sure you guys got it. Number one, inspirational quote. Number two, be funny and stupid and like I was in my pajama. It draws more emotion out.
Okay?
Because people will remember you. Then number four, an adventure where you're filming you and your patient in clinic on a time lapse. Number five, common pain points that you may be feeling. That's your core value. That may be someone else's core value. And you guys can bond over that. And number six, teach them three tips on whatever your jam is with no bra on, guys. And I just posted that crap. You're welcome. Okay, number three, some kind of emotional something that truly speaks your values. It truly speaks to you. And I would also put emotional music to that behind there so that it. And remember this. I think this is very important. It's not what I want them to know. Okay, I'm gonna say that again. It's not what I want them to know. I am not preaching at them like, you must do this today. Like, it's not that no one will literally watch your videos. And the way this stuff is going now, it's all not trending audios that much anymore. It's more of, like, unique, valuable information that people can actually relate to because they want to feel something. It's all about feel. They want to feel something. Okay. It draws more emotion out. Okay. Because people will remember you. Then number four, an adventure where you're filming you and your patient in clinic on a time lapse. Number five, common pain points that you may be feeling. That's your core value. That may be someone else's core value. And you guys can bond over that. It has to be relatable. So think about when you post something. Would someone else share this right now? Like, when I posted Rachel, I'm going to answer questions at the end, if that's cool. When I posted something like that. Funny Video per se. I didn't think. And go, if someone to share this that was purely just meant to, like, put a smile on someone's face, that's it. However, most of my other content I think about. Huh? Would these quotes or would these pictures or these videos be inspirational for people so that they want to share and be like, hey, I can do this or I can, you know, inspire someone else? Yes. And number six, teach them three tips on whatever your your jam. And remember this. I think this is very important. It's not what I want them to know. Okay, I'm gonna say that again. It's not what I want them to know. I am. That's what I think about. All right? So remember that. Now here's another thing. This is very important too, and we're gonna write this down. So know your role. So we have some people on here that have a team and we have some people on here that don't have a team. I'm going to start. Start with a non team people so that it's just you, your posting, you're doing everything. So you have to think about this. Number one, do you want to put your face on the camera and start talking? Okay. Do you like. Or you're like, no way, Kelly, I'm never putting my face on that thing. All right, I would recommend you do that, but if you don't want to. I hear you. So number two, do you want to be the editor to where you're not preaching at them like, you must do this today. Like, it's not that no one will literally watch your videos. And the way this stuff is going now, it's all not trending audios that much anymore. It's more of like, unique, valuable information that people can actually relate to because they want to feel something. It's all editing everything. You're putting the words. Is that your role? Like, know your strengths? That's what I'm trying to get to. And I'll get to that a little bit more. Number three, are you a writer? If you are a writer, then are you going to write like amazing long captions? Like, personally, I'm not a writer. I hate writing. So my captions is like about feel. They want to feel something. Okay. It has to be relatable. So think about when you post something. Would someone else share this right now? Like when I posted Rachel, I'm going to answer questions at the end if that's cool. When I posted something, one sentence and that's it. Because I know my strength. My strength is actually Talking. So for me, I would make more videos of me talking. That's why you'll see me holding up my phone talking. Because I present better that way when I talk compared to writing. But if you're a writer, could you put more quotes that are really impactful on the screen? If you're a writer, could you put bigger captions to where people can feel what you're feeling through the actual computer screen? Okay. If you're someone that you're like, look, I want to look cute. I have this amazing brand and I look cute. Put your face all over that Instagram, go for it, like whatever you want to do. Okay. Number four, like that funny video per se, I didn't think. And go, is someone to share this. That was purely just meant to like put a smile on someone's face. That's it. However, most of my other content I think about, huh. With these quotes or with these pictures or these videos. Be inspirational for people so that they want to share and be film yourself doing things. So film yourself doing workshops. Bring a tripod, take your camera, put it on that thing, hit play. I personally, when I do workshops, I hit time lapse if. Because then that way it's shorter and it will give me like an hour work. Like, hey, I can do this or I can, you know, inspire someone else. Yes. We'll give me a 30 second clip and I will either just put that on there or I will put the clip and then words over it. Okay? So this is an easy way if anyone's doing workshops. That's your social media for the day. Super easy. Let's, let's double dip here. Okay. Also you can do. That's what I think about. All right? So remember that. Now here's another thing. This is very important too. And we're going to write this down. So know your role. So we have some people on here that have a team and we have some people on here that don't have a team. Film yourself at work treating patients. And if you don't have patience and it's online, what I personally have done is I have taken. I don't know if I can move this, but I have taken a camera, my phone, and I've taken my phone, guys, and I've put it in front of my computer like this so that it faces me. Okay, I'm going to start, start with a non team people so that it's just you. You're posting, you're doing everything. So you have to think about this. Number one, do you want to put Your face on the camera and start talking. Okay, do you like. And I record myself, like, on this zoom. Right now that thing is recording me not on zoom because it looks kind of funny because we're all like this, but it's recording me. You're like, no way, Kelly. I'm never putting my face on that thing. All right, I would recommend you do that, but if you don't want to. And now I have footage of me doing a workshop that I can post. Isn't that crazy? Okay, does that make sense? Is everyone following me? Yes. Okay, so there is a camera behind my computer that is filming me just doing this. So when you're sitting down and you're typing notes and you absolutely hate it, put your camera there. Okay. And be like, no time. Like, that's. That's your social media. It doesn't have to be that hard. Okay, I hear you. So, number two, do you want to be the editor to where you're editing everything? You're putting the words. Is that your role? Like, know your strengths? That's what I'm trying to get to. And I'll get to that a little bit more. Number three, are you a writer? If you are a writer, then are you going to write, like, amazing. Okay, what number am I on? I think I'm on six. So number six, podcast filming. You can film yourself. Again, the camera is behind me. I'm on the screen doing zoom. And I can film myself making a podcast or I can film myself doing. Doing a live with someone. So instead of just getting the live shot, see long captions like, personally, I'm not a writer. I hate writing. So my captions is like one sentence, and that's it. Because I know my strength. My strength is actually talking. So for me, I would make more videos of me talking. That's why you'll see me holding up my phone. Talk. Film it behind the scenes. People want to see behind the scenes. They want to see real. Okay, interview people. That's number seven. Number eight is reaction videos. Have you guys seen, like, the chiropractors that are online? They're, like, cracking people's back and they're like, like, doing all these crazy faces, and they're, like, looking. Because I present better that way when I talk compared to writing. Oh, now doesn't that draw? I mean, for me, I hate those videos. But then I. It draws me in and I'm like, why am I watching this? Why am I watching this lady go like, I don't care? But I do care, because I'm Watching it. So a reaction video. Or maybe you're watching a video and you're like, like, whatever. It may. Put your face all over that Instagram. Go for it. People watch that stuff. So maybe do a reaction video. That's another option. Number nine, sitting at work typing your notes, typing up a plan of care for someone, saying, can't wait to send out this amazing exercise program to you guys. Or make this course and you're sitting there tight, like, whatever you want to do. Okay. Number four, film yourself doing things. So film yourself doing workshops. Bring a tripod, take your camera, put it on that thing, hit play. I personally, when I do workshops, I hit time lapse. Okay. Number 11, maybe you're going to share a quote that you, as a postpartum mom are like, man, why aren't people saying this? That every postpartum mom wants to say, but you have the balls to say it. That's the quote that I would put online. Like, we have many where it's like, kegels don't work. Okay, yes. But go deeper than that. So it draws emotion to what truly speaks to postpartum moms. That kind of speaks to them, but not really. Okay. They want to feel they're lonely. They could be depressed, they could be in pain if. Because then that way it's shorter. And it will give me like an hour workshop, will give me a 30 second clip. And I will either just put that on there or I will put the clip and then words over it. Okay, so this is an easy way. If anyone's doing workshops, that's your social media for the day. Super easy. Let's. Let's double dip here. Like, there's many different things. Start to talk about that. Okay. Number 12, post old videos. Like, we had a video that I did at Orthopelvic. It was. I was doing abs on a Bosu ball. It hit 2 million views. Okay. Recently I'm like, I should repost that. I repost. Okay. Also you can do film yourself at work treating patients. And if you don't have patience. And it's unlocked again. And it got 10,000 views. It didn't get millions. Got 10,000 views. But at least that same video. If that popped one time, it's going to pop again. So in a minute, I'm going to give you guys this sheet to see how you're going to analyze this stuff. But wine. What I personally have done is I have taken. I don't know if I can move this, but reposting it is going to be key. The videos that are actually popping, I have taken a camera, my phone, and I've taken my phone. So this is why we got to analyze it. And I'll show you that in a second. But I just want to get to the bulk of this feature. Clients. That's number. That's number 13. Ask. Ask your clients. Hey, can I film you? I. I know that sounds kind of weird, but can I film you? Because you have made so much progress. And I. Guys. And I put it in front of my computer like this so that it faces me and I record myself like on the zoom. Right now that thing is recording me not on zoom because it looks kind of funny because we're all like this, but it's recording me. I just want to show people that they can get the help that you actually are getting right now. And they're like, yeah, that those people are going to inspire your people. Okay, number 14, share another provider's story. So if you have a chiropractor that is in your town or if you have a massage. And now I have footage of me doing a workshop that I can post. Therapist doula, like post them on your social media. Give them a shout out. Make sure your social media name is like on the actual post as well when you tag them like right below theirs. Because when they reshare, you also want yours to be pretty. Isn't that crazy? Okay, does that make sense? Is everyone following me? Yes. Okay, so there is a camera behind my computer that is filming me just doing this. So when you're sitting down and you're typing notes and you absolutely hate it big, so people know, oh, who is this person? And they check you out. That makes sense. Everyone with me? Yeah. Okay, so cross collaborating. I'm. Put your camera there. Okay. And be like, no time. Like telling you it works. And then number 15 is the last one. Here have a phrase. Like, for me, it's game on. I love playing games with business. So I'm like, game on. When I say game, that's. That's your social media. It doesn't have to be that hard. Okay. Okay. What number am I on? I think I'm on six. So number six Podcast filming. You can film yourself. Again, the camera is behind on. That means watch out, because I'm in go mode. And it's going to be like, game on. So many people have different phrases, but what is a phrase that. That just in your daily life you say a lot and maybe you don't have one and that's cool, too. But if you do start to brand that, start to market it, and people are like, okay, game on. Let's go. That means let's go. For me, I'm on the screen doing zoom, and I can film myself making a podcast or I can film myself. Okay, so that's. That's important there. All right, so I'm going to pull up my. I'm going to pull up a sheet. So I want you guys to make sure you have pen and paper. And again, you're going to write this down. So let me just share my screen. Doing a live with someone. So instead of just getting the live shot. Okay, can everyone see my social media new 2023? Give me a film it behind the scenes. People want to see behind the scenes. They want to see real. Okay, interview people. That's number seven. Number eight is reaction videos. Have you guys seen, like the chiropractors that are online? They're like, thumbs up if you can. All right, guys, so is it big enough? Can you guys see this? Is it big enough? Good. Okay, so this is a sheet that I made, and on the left hand side of the column, it has the date. So let's say today I'm going to post a video before I post cracking people's back. And they're like, like doing all these crazy faces and they're like, I'm going to plan. This is something I never did before. I thought, this is. I'll just do it every single day. Oh, now doesn't that draw? I mean, for me, I hate those videos. But then I. It draws me in and I'm like, why am I watching this? Why am I watching this lady go? But it never happened because I hated it and I never made it a priority. So if you're saying to yourself right now, I, I don't need this sheet. I'm just going to post every day and I'll be good. I don't care. But I do care because I'm watching it. So a reaction video or. It doesn't work like that because we all get busy and we don't do things that we hate. Okay, so what I like to do is just put the date. So I'd put the date here, 1:28. Okay. And then this is important. I have many different categories, but this is kind of the script that I follow. So what does a client win that you have this. Maybe you're watching a video and you're like, like whatever it week. And this is if someone. If you had your own business, if you don't have your business, whatever may be people watch that stuff. So maybe do a reaction video. That's another option. Number nine, sitting at work, typing where it is. What is a client win that you had this week? So put it in the chat section, guys. What does a client win that you had this week? And your notes, typing up a plan of care for someone saying, can't wait to send out this in. Can you get a video of this person? Can you just get a picture of this person maybe doing a lunch? Like, what can you get? And ask this person so that you can show people that this person. Like, maybe I'll do before and after they come in on initial evaluation. I film them squatting. They come in on the 6th visit and I film them squatting again. And they can get lower. And maybe I do a before amazing exercise program to you guys. Or make this course and you're sitting there typing. Okay, number 11, maybe you're going to share a quote that you as a postpartum mom are like, man, why aren't after video during the show someone with hip pain? If you have hip pain, people saying this that every postpartum mom wants to say. But then. And we're going to be able to get you from here to here. Show them the initial eval. Show that at six weeks, what's happening, That's a big, big impact. People want to see that. So I just gave you a hook. A hook is something that is going to catch someone's attention and make them stop. So what I mean by that, you have the balls to say it? That's the quote that I would put online. Like, we have many where it's like, kegels don't work. Okay, yes. But go deeper than that. So it draws emotion to what true is. It's something that is the caption kind of right on the front page that's like blaring at you like, hello, click on me. And speaks to postpartum moms. That kind of speaks to them, but not really. Instead of just saying, hey, guys, it's me. Welcome to my channel. Like, no one has time to listen to the two seconds that you just said. So instead, you have to hook them in two seconds. So instead, what I would say is, did you know by 2050 that 28 million people in the US will have leakage? That's okay. They want to feel they're lonely. They could be depressed, they could be in pain. To hook, people are going to be like, what 28 million people are going to have leaking. Like, there's many different things. Start to talk about that. Okay, number 12, post old videos. Like, we had a video. Okay, then the middle part here for this client win is going to be a situation like patient with hip pain, couldn't squat past 90 degrees or couldn't sit down, because you know that I did at orthopelvic, it was. I was doing abs on a Bosu ball. It had hip pain. And then the end part is going to be now is able to sit with his family, and you're going to show the video of him not being able to sit. And then now him being able to sit for 40 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever it may be. So whatever the pain point is. So for hip pain, a lot of times they can't sit and work because they have so much hip pain or they can't squat. It's gonna be one of those. At 2 million views. Okay, Recently I'm like, I should repost that. I reposted it again and it got 10,000 views. It didn't get millions, got 10,000 views. But at least that same video, if that popped one time, it's going to pop again. Okay, so that's client win. And I repeat this. So in a minute, I'm going to give you guys this sheet to see how you're going to analyze this stuff. But every single week, so when I scroll down, you see the yellow line. Another client win. So now this is my second week. I'm going to put another client win here, and it just goes down. Now, what's a fear? What fear? I want you guys to think about this because we're doing this all together. So think of a client when. Make sure you put that down. Your piece. Reposting it is going to be key. The videos that are actually popping. So this is why we got to analyze it. And I'll show you that in a second. But I just want to get to the bulk of this feature. Clients. That's number. That's number 13. Paper. Now, what's a fear that a patient has? If you can think about one, put it in the chat if you can. What's a fear that a client has. Asked your clients, hey, can I film you? I know that sounds Kind of. Okay. What fear does a client have? So here's one. Here's a hook. Abs not coming back together after pregnancy. Doesn't most women want their abs coming back after pregnancy? Is anyone with me? Yes. Raise your hand if you are. Yes. Okay. So don't you think that's going to help someone? It's weird, but can I film you? Because you have made so much progress and I just want to show people that they can get the help that you actually are getting right now. And they're like, yeah, that those people are going to inspire your people. Okay. Notice how I didn't say hi. Like, that's not next. So you have to hook. You have to be very quick. Number 14 Share Another provider story. Abs not coming back after pregnancy. Question mark. Okay, now middle of the thing you have to stress the tissue is making a change. So in the middle of that, what I'm going to do is show a video of someone probably weightlifting. So if you have a chiropractor that is in your town or if you have a massage therapist doula, like post them on your social media, give them a shout out. Make sure your social media name is like on the actual post as being pretty heavy. So that I can drive home the point that it's okay to lift number one and that number two, you have to stress that tissue to make a change to the actual abs. Right. So you've got to stress that. So I would show a video someone like power. Well, when you tag them like right below theirs. Because when they reshare, you also want yours to be pretty lifting. Because we see a lot of CrossFit athletes anyways. But that's what I would show. And then the end of it, I would say instead, try learning how to. Or I would say try learning how to activate your deep core and heavy lift. Because there's. So there's such a big conception of like don't do sit ups. Right with this. So maybe in the middle you would say big. So people know, oh, oh, who is this person? And they check you out. Have you ever been told not to do sit ups if you, if your abs are separated? That's enough sense. Everyone with me? Yeah. Okay, so cross collaborating. I'm telling you it works. And then number of another hook. That's a hook. Okay. And then you would show someone doing a sit up. Maybe there would be some coning, maybe there wouldn't be. And then at the end you can say like sit ups are, are okay if you know how to manage pressure. 15 is the last one here. Have a phrase like, for me, it's game on. Sure. And then you would show an amazing person doing a sit up that they have no pressure issues or whatever else because that is fear driven. The person is fearful that they shouldn't be doing sit ups when they have a dra. Okay, so I plan this out. I literally just write this out. If you're like, look, I love playing games with business. So I'm like, game on. When I say game on, that means watch out because I'm in go mode and it's going to be like game on. So many people have different phrases, but what is a phrase that just in your daily life you say a lot and I suck at writing. Well, then you can hire a VA for like 15 bucks an hour and they can help you write this stuff. And then you just make the videos. Okay. If you don't have one, and that's cool too. But if you do start to brand that, start to mark, that is something you can do if you're like, look, I don't even. I hate thinking about this, but you have to like, this is something that I realized has made the biggest difference, that I'm able to post in 30 minutes for a whole week. Because if I didn't have this, I just kept pushing it back and I would never post because it just wasn't a priority. So I hit it and people are like, okay, game on. Let's go. That means let's go for me. Okay, so that's, that's important there. All right, so I'm gonna pull up my. I'm gonna pull up a sheet. So I want you guys to make. Had to like build this in like it was a patient and that I had to fill this out for the week. So then we go down to problem. Okay, what's the problem? Sure you have pen and paper. And again, you're going to write this down. So let me just share my screen. A personal one maybe like you like, I shared my personal one with my dermatologist. So maybe you share that so people get to know you more. Or maybe you share a problem that a patient had. Maybe the problem was embarrassed to go to the gym because you leak question mark. That's many people. Okay, can everyone see my social media new 2023? Give me a thumbs up if you can. All right, guys, so is it big enough? Can you guys see this? Is it big enough? Good. Okay, so this is. That's like 20 million people in the US by the way. Okay, for real leakage is Massive. So embarrassed to go to the gym because you leak. That's the hook. Middle part. Try this one. Hack. Dot, dot, dot. Running on a sheet that I made. And on the left hand side of the column it has the date. Treadmill, leaning your chest forward. So I'm gonna have a video now of the person running on the treadmill leaning forward. And then the end of it. You might find your leakage has diminished or stopped. Let us know below. And then they would comment below so that we can start getting interaction with them and start having real conversations. So let's say today I'm going to post a video. Before I post, I'm going to plan. This is something I never did before. I thought this is. I'll just do it every single day. But it never happened because I hated it and I never made it a priority. So if you're saying to yourself, okay, next one, mindset, start thinking about right now. I don't need this sheet. I'm just going to post every day and I'll be good. This, guys, as I'm going through this, I really want you to literally use this time to do this. So what problem did you have now? Mindset. Mindset means like learning how to adapt to the environment to be successful. Or maybe it's a belief issue that one of your patients had. It doesn't work like that because we all get busy and we don't do things that we hate. Okay, so what I like to do is just put the date. So I'd put the date here, 1:28. Okay. And then this is important. I have many different categories, but this is kind of the script that I follow. So what does a client win that you have this. And this person has been. She has, I seen, she's been to, you know, 20 different doctors and she's like, how can you help me? Maybe we need to hit that and overcome that. So it's not just tips on how to physically solve an issue. You can also give tips on how to reduce anxiety. Doesn't many postpartum moms have anxiety in a week? Then this is if someone, if you had your own business, if you don't have your business, whatever it is, what is a client win that you had this week? So put it in the chat section, guys, what does a client win that you had this week? And depression. So why aren't we talking about that? Why are we not hitting that? That's going to make them feel, they're going to be like, oh, I can relate to that. So that's Here in the mindset shift. That's where I want you to put that. So hook scared your pain in. Can you get a video of this person? Can you just get a picture with sitting Won't ever go away. That's a hook. That's for hip pain of this person maybe doing a lunch. Like, what can you get? And ask this person so that. But you can talk about that too. Because I'm terrified. Maybe it won't go away. And then here's. Here is the middle part. Try sitting on a bar stool to help decompress the hip. You will thank us the next time you have to sit for three hours. Okay. That's what I put. You can show people that this person. Like, maybe I'll do before and after they come in on initial evaluation. I film them squatting. They come in on the 6th visit and I film them squatting again. And they can get lower and maybe I do a before. But you can also hit it from anxiety, depression. How to just be able to get out the door with your kids in the morning. Like something like that. A mom, Amanda, a mom is going to relate to that. I'm always late with my kids, you know, and this is my problem. Who can relate to. They're going to relate to that and show the kids, like running off an after video to show someone with hip pain. If you have hip pain, come the door. I mean, if you're comfortable putting your kids on social media, but like, show them running out the door then. And we're going to be able to get you from here to here. Show them the initial eval. Show that at six weeks, what's happening. That's a big, big impact. People want to see. Okay? And you scrambling with your cups, your waters, your bags. All the things people want to see. That that's behind the scenes and all it takes. Tell your kid to hold the freaking tripod and just say, let's go. Hit the kid. Hit the camera button. Okay. Or the on button. See that? So I just gave you a hook. A hook is something. Okay. Next thing, last thing is health. Okay? With health is patients. Patients share with us their own, like, health struggles or maybe your own health struggles that you had. I think this is very important. And what does it look like? So I put hook. Am I too busy to focus on my health thing that is going to catch someone's attention and make them stop. So what I mean by that is it's something that is the caption kind of right on the front page. That's like blaring. At you like, hello, click on me. And how many people always say that? Just like social media, I'm too busy to put me first instead of just saying, hey, guys, and it's me, welcome to my channel. Like, how many moms say that? A lot. Don't you think everyone can relate to that? Remember what I was asking myself when I post? How many people are going to be able to relate to this? A lot. Okay. And if you don't know, then just start posting and see what. That's what we're going to measure what pops, which I'll get to in a sec. No one has time to listen to the two seconds that you just said. So instead you have to hook them in two seconds. So instead what I would say is, did you know by 2050 that 28 million people in the US will have leakage? Second. Okay, so in the middle, what are you really telling yourself? Is it not a priority? And at the end, instead of sipping tea in a quiet room in the morning by yourself without. Oh, instead, try sipping your tea in the morning with the hook. People are going to be like, what? 28 million people are going to have leak without your cell phone? And that can help with their health. Okay, now what I'm going to do, so I just write all this out and this shouldn't take that long. Like, I just went over, but I went over it very, very thoroughly. So you guys, you know, knew how to do this. Okay, now I'm going to go to my Instagram. I'll show you this. Okay, Then the middle part here for this client win is going to be a situation like patient with hip pain, couldn't squat past 90 degrees or couldn't sit down because he views, shares, comments. And if you're picking one platform yet hit pain. And then the end part is going to be now is able to sit with his family. Just put Instagram down. Okay? And you're gonna go through your videos that week and we're gonna see how many views, shares, comments they had. So I'm gonna go back to Instagram. Okay, so on here, I'm gonna go to my reels. Can everyone, everyone see where I posted or where I got that? And you're gonna show the video of him not being able to sit. And then now him being able to sit for 40 minutes, 30 minutes, whatever it may be. So whatever the pain point is. So for hip pain, a lot of times they can't sit and work because they have so much hip pain or they can't squat. It's Gonna be one of those. Is everyone with me? I may not be able to do it. Well, I guess this thing shows it on the computer version. It's interesting. On the computer version, on the phone version. Just so you guys know where this is at. Hold on, let me see if I can share my phone version because it is different in that I want, I want you guys to really know how to, how to find this. Okay, so that's client win. And I repeat this. Hold on, hold on. Let me pull this up. Okay, so let's go to. Okay, can you guys see my phone version? Yes. Thumbs up. Okay. Every single week. So when I scroll down, you see the yellow line? Another client. So with that, if I'm here and I go, client win. So now this is my second week, I'm going to put another client win here and it just goes down. Now what's a fear? What fear? I want you guys to think about, to hold on. If I click on the video, I'm just going to click on Lauren right here. If you just click on this because we're doing this all together. So think of a client win. Make sure you put that down on your piece. The video on your home screen. So I would click this video right here. Lauren yawning. Okay, do you see if I scroll down that this says view Insights. I'm going to hit view insights. So 844 people saw this paper. Now, what's a fear that a patient has? If you can think about one, put it in the chat if you can. What's a fear that a client has? Write that down. That's the views. So when you go back to that column, Views844. I put down eight people liked it. Okay, what fear does a client have? So here's one. Here's a hook. And one person shared it. This tells me this video, at least for us, was not that valuable to our audience. Okay. And I'm just saying that because I know our numbers that this is pretty. A low, a low hitting reel for us. Okay, so that's. Okay, so now abs not coming back together after pregnancy. Doesn't most women want their abs coming back after pregnancy? Is anyone with me? Yes. Raise her. Now we're going to get out of that. We're going to scroll down. Raise your hand if you are. Yes. Okay, so don't you think that's going to hook someone? Okay, so let's see now. Okay, so here's here. Notice how I didn't say hi. There's my crazy emotional personal story. We're going to hit View Insights. Okay. And this was all this week we saw 2,000 people saw. And this was a live. I did but normally lives don't give you that many views. Just FYI. I think just the after posting on 55 comments. 55 comments tells me that this like that's how I got next. So you have to hook. You have to be very quick Abs not coming back after pregnancy. Question mark. Okay. Now middle of the thing you have to stress the tissue is making a change. So and resonated with a lot of people that they took the time to respond to this. That's important. Then you write down the likes. Then you write down the shares. And then people also saved the middle of that. What I'm going to do is show a video of of someone probably weightlifting. Okay. So with that. Okay, cool. Now let's see this one. Okay. This is a postpartum moms. And you see how I have a big caption postpartum watch till the end. I put watch till the end so that they continue to watch towards the end. And that video gets picked up more if they stop halfway pretty heavy. So that that I can drive home the point that that it's okay to lift number one. And that number two, you have to stress that tissue to make a change to the actual watching your video. Instagram will not show that video. So this is another hook. Watch till the end. That's going to get them to come in abs. Right. So you've got to stress that. So I would show a video someone like powerlifting because we see a lot of CrossFit athletes anyways. But that's what I would show. So this one no one commented on. So this didn't really. People didn't really feel because the emotion was not there. It's still pictures that I put in a video form. They didn't feel that they wanted to comment on this. Do you guys see the difference? Okay. But some people did find it was valuable because they actually saved it so they can. And then the end of it I would say instead go back to it. And a lot of people because I put watch to the end. I think that's why it has this. This views on it because people watch to the end. They try learning how to or I would say try learning how to activate your deep core and heavy lift. Because there's so there's such a big conception of like don't do sit ups right with this. So maybe in the middle you would say listen, you got to tell people what to do. Okay. So you know, these are just examples of. I need you each week to. Have you ever been told not to do sit ups? If you. If your abs are separated, that's a. Go back and write down what videos popped. So now let's just say like, like this was the bosu. Another hook. That's a hook. Okay. And then you would show someone doing this one that I talked about. Guys, this one got 10,000 views on it. Okay? 10,000 views. This is also the one that got 2 million views the first time I posted it set up. Maybe there would be some coning, maybe there wouldn't be. And then at the end you can say like sit ups are okay if you know how to manage pressure. And then you would show an amazing person doing a sit up that they have. No. And then look how many people found that it was valuable. 525. 77 shares. A couple people commented they felt like they needed to calm on it. Commented on it. And some people. This is controversial and this is why you have to be okay with people being trolling you. Just FYI, this thing said want flatter abs. Who can pressure issues or whatever else because that is fear driven. The person is related to that. Who wants flatter abs. Okay, most of us. But of course you have some trolls that are like, you can't just do this. Fearful that they shouldn't be doing sit ups when they have a dra. Okay, so I plan this out. I literally just write this out. If you're like, look, exercise and get flat abs. There's only so much you can say in a two second video. I suck at writing. Well, then you can hire a VA for like 15 bucks an hour and they. And you have to be okay with people trying to troll you. And don't let it bother you. I know it sounds crazy, but don't let it bother you. Okay, now let me also state this too. I have a team behind Orthopelvic. I am the brains behind Orthopelvic. I don't really show my face on Orthopelvic. So if you're going to help, you write this stuff and then you just make the videos. Okay. A person that's like, look, I don't really like to be on social media. Okay? That is something you can do. If you're like, look, I don't even. I hate thinking about this. But you hire people to do your social media. But I'm the thinker behind it all. People don't know that, but I am the visionary behind it. So I Have to like, this is something that I realized has made the biggest difference, that I'm able to post in 30 minutes for a whole week. Because if I didn't have this, I just kept pushing it back, tell my team, hey, this is what we're going to do. And then they just execute it. So if you're one of those people that are like, look, long term, I don't want to have to do this. You don't have to. You can have a team that does that. So I have my team focus on orthopelvic and I only have one other person, no two other people on my team for Pelvibiz. But I'm the one really putting out my face on Pelvibiz page. And I would never post because it just wasn't a priority. So I. Okay, so there's different ways depending on your strengths. Remember that had to like build this in like it was a patient and that I had to fill this out for the week. So then we go down to problem. Okay, what's the problem? Do you perform better? Talking. Do you perform better when someone's asking you a question? A personal one maybe? Like you, like I shared my personal one with my dermatologist and interviewing you, Is that how you can present better? Do you perform better with still pictures of you doing something? Do you perform better when no one's watching you, don't know anyone's watching you and you're just like interacting with people. Show that side of you. So maybe you share that so people get to know you more. Or maybe you share a problem because that's what's going to actually be really authentic to you. Not what this million dollar accounts doing over here. Because that's not authentic to you. And it's going to be so different for every single person. Okay, so speaking back on that a patient had maybe the problem was embarrassed to go to the gym because you leak. Question mark. That's many people. That's like 20 million people in the US by the way. Okay, for real leakages of that, of that chart you're going to go through. Let me go back to that chart just so you guys can see it. And then, so what I do is each week, okay, I'm going to go through and put the view. Shared comments. How many? I'm going to put the number here at the end of the week, I'm going to highlight if. Let's just say passive. So embarrassed to go to the gym because you leak. That's the hook. Middle is fear. One of abs really popped. I'm going to highlight this and I'm going to repost this video. If this was my top performing video, I will repost that that same the next week. Okay, this part. Try this one. Hack. Dot, dot. Running on a treadmill, leaning your chest forward. So I'm going to have a video now of the person running on the treadmill leaning forward. And then the end of it. You might find your leak. Anyone on this, on this video, have they ever reposted videos? Probably not, no. Yeah, I know. And we're missing this to where we can post.
Can you go over how to. How to repost it? Because I just go back to my old videos and just share it in my story to try to get more people to click on the real.
Yep. So let me go over has diminished or stopped. Let us know below. Then they would comment below.
Just like literally post it again.
You literally post it again. So I will show you how to download that. So let me show you. Let me pull up my phone again so you guys can. So that we can start getting interaction with them and start having real conversations. Okay, next one. Mindset. Start thinking about this guys, as I'm going through this. I really want you to literally use this time to do. See, stop sharing that. Hold on. Let me pull iPhone cable. Oh, you're gonna be challenging now. Okay, here we go. Come on. There we go. All right, so let's just say I. So what problem did you have now? Mindset. I want to repost. Let me go to my thing. Okay, let's just say I want to repost. Lauren yawning and this video actually did well. So what I'm going to do is go to. Hold on. Where is it? Mindset means like learning how to adapt with Adapt to the environment. Give me one second. Not there. Where's my feed? And to be successful. Or maybe it's a belief issue that one of your patients has and this person has been. She has. I seen. She's been to, you know, 20 different doctors and she. Okay, go to the video. So you're going to hit reals having a hard time. She's like, how can you help me? Maybe we need to hit that and overcome that. So it's not just tip falling asleep at night, which is making you tired. You're going to click on that video, create a bedtime routine. Then do you see the three little dots down here? Time. It's best. You're going to click that and it. See how it says on how to physically solve an issue you can also give tips on how to reduce anxiety. Doesn't many postpartum moms have anxiety and depression? So why aren't we talking about that? Amanda, save to device. You're going to save to device, and then once you save it to device, you're literally just going to repost it like it was a new video that you put. Okay, all right. Okay, so let me get. Why are we not hitting that? That's going to make them feel. They're going to be like, hold on. So we stop hearing that. All right, let me stop sharing this. All right, Is everyone with me still? Are we all with me? Yep. Okay. We're hanging in there. I'm almost done, I promise. Okay, so we got that. Did any. Does everyone have a little bit of ideas of what they're going to post this week? Yeah. Oh, I can relate to that. So that's here in the mindset shift. That's where I want you to put that. So hook scared. Your pain with sitting won't ever go away. That's a hook. That's for hip pain. Okay, good.
We're posting every day.
Every day. Okay. So now with this also. But you can talk about that too, because I'm terrified. Maybe it won't go away. And then here you guys right now. I mean, you should be put. You should put your Instagram handles in the chat so that you guys can cross collaborate and start referring to each other in. You'd, like, promote each other. So if I was you, I would put my Instagram handle in the chat and that way you guys can start following each other and see. Oh, I really. There's. Here's the middle part. Try sitting on a bar stool to help decompress the hip. You will thank us the next time you have to sit for three hours. Okay. That's what I put. Liked what Jen did. I'm gonna. Now you're not gonna copy her. Okay. You're gonna be like, hey. But you can also hit it from anxiety, depression. How to just make a version of that that actually fits me. Cool. Do it. Jen's not gonna mind. Be able to get out the door with your kids in the morning. Like something like that. A mom, Amanda. Okay. Jen probably is not gonna even see it, to be honest. Okay. Because there's just so many. So much stuff that comes out. Okay, so that's number one. Number two, make sure that you're using these keywords. Now we're starting to get into more and more research on this. I don't have stats on it. But I do believe that SEO a mom is going to relate to that. I'm always late with my kids, you know and this is my problem. Who can relate. They're going to relate to that and show the kids like running up is starting to show up on Instagram TikTok all the things. Well I know it is so like using pelvic floor therapist or tell the door. I mean if you're comfortable putting your kids on social media but like show them running out the door. Floor rehab or incontinence. These are key words that Google will recognize your stuff more and I and it will be okay. And you scrambling with your cups, your waters, your bags. All the things people want to see that that's behind the scenes and all it takes. Tell your kid to hold the freaking. Sometimes they'll be shown more. So that may be a reason why some videos are shown more than a pod. Just say let's go hit the kid. Hit the camera button. Okay. Or the on button. Okay. Next thing, last thing is health okay with health is okay. And then what else do I want to tell you? Let's see. Followers aren't everything. I think that's the other big thing. Followers aren't everything. People trust me. I work with a lot of pelvic health therapists, patients. Patients share with us their own like health struggles. People that have over 100k followers on Instagram guys are. Are most of them actually don't make crazy amounts of money which there's a big misconception because everyone wants to make an online product and they think I'm going to make an online product and this is going to be it. It's. It takes consistency. It takes a lot of goals or maybe your own health struggles that you had. I think this is very important understanding how things work and it's a. It takes time. It takes and what does it look like? So I put hook. Am I too busy to focus on my health? How many people always say that? Just like social media. I'm too busy to put me first years to make six figures online. And I'm just being real with you guys. Okay. I'm not saying it's not possible but it's also not about the followers. So you guys don't and I don't. I don't own Instagram. You don't own Instagram. So you want to take your clients off of Instagram, get their contact. How many moms say that? A lot. Don't you think I've information and start nurturing them. This is a Whole nother webinar, but start nurturing them. And in an actual email series or something that you are, you know, emailing them constantly so that you're able to talk to them offline where all the distraction is. So if you're not putting up like a question box of like, hey, can relate to that. Remember what I was asking myself when I post? How many people are going to be able to relate to this? A lot. Okay, hey, drop your email here or hey, what kind of questions can I answer? You're missing the boat because it's truly not about the followers. It's about how many contacts that you can. And if you don't know, then just start posting and see what. That's what we're going to measure what pops, which I'll get to in a second, get from social media to then drive them to something that may be a product of yours or maybe to come into your clinic or whatever that may be. So you really need to be using social media very wisely and don't think that it's always going to be there because it's not. It will change. Okay, so followers are not everything. I have to say that I think that's very important. All right, guys, I'm going to open it up for questions, comments, concerns, please let me know. Okay, so in the middle, what are you really telling yourself? Is it not a. Let's see, you got some in the chat. Do you do any posts at all or just reels? Oh, good question. So sometimes I'll do post like just a one thing, but mainly reels because I'm really trying to reach the masses. You're trying to reach the masses. You've got to do priority. And at the end, instead of sipping tea in a quiet room in the morning by yourself without. Oh, instead try sipping your tea in the morning without your cell phone. And that can help with their health. Okay, now reels and even like quotes. Like, even if I'm doing quotes, guys, you'll notice it's a real. It's not just a still picture what I'm going to do. So I just write all this out and this shouldn't take that long. Like I just want to. You can. Hannah, my person that works for Pelby Biz, she will put them static. I don't, you know, I'm like, hannah, she can we not do that? But you know, it's okay. You can make it as a reel too. So we test it and see which one pops over. But I went over it very, very thoroughly, so you Guys, you know, do.
You use like, magical or the Meta business page or anything? Or are you doing everything live?
Okay, say. Say that again. Jen, tell me like, so like they're like metrical or the new. How to do this? Okay, now I'm going to go to my Instagram. I'll show you this. Views, shares, comments. And if you're picking one platform, just put Instagram down. Okay. And you're going to go through your videos that week.
Meta Business page that you can go on there and create things ahead of time and write the captions and then like tell it to schedule later.
Great point.
Or are you doing it right?
Then I'm scheduling. That's a great. That's a great point. So what I have done, let me pull my thing up again so you guys can see how I do. And we're gonna see how many views, shares, comments they had. So I'm gonna go back to Instagram. Okay, so on here, I'm gonna go to my reels. Can everyone, everyone see where I posted or where I got that? This. Everyone with me? I may not be able to do it. Well, I guess this thing. Okay, let me get my phone back on. Okay, so what I do is if you guys go into your account. So like the homepage here, click on these little lines. Okay. Do you see how it says schedule content? This is a new feed. Shows it on the computer version. It's interesting. On the computer version. On the phone version, just so you're for Instagram. They used to not have this. You schedule content and then I don't schedule it for orthopelic because I have my team do it. But you can hit schedule now and you can literally start putting stuff on there. Guys know where this is at?
Hold on.
Let me see if I can share my phone version. Because it is different in that I want. I want you guys to really know how to. How to find this. Is that. Hold on, hold on. And you just book it out. So my orthopelvic, I schedule everything on orthopelvic. And I mean on pelvis. So it should even state. There should be a post. Let me show you. Hold on, let me go back here. You'll see them in the queue. See, I have these queued up. Let me blow this up. Okay, so let's go to. These are just for today. I post four times a day. But that's me, you know, I don't need to do that yet. And I did. I didn't do that. I just started doing it. You least need to post one time. Okay, can you guys see my phone version? Yes. Thumbs up. Okay, so with that, if I'm here and I go day. So all these are going to go out today. One at 1:45, one at 6, one at 9, and the other ready to go. So I do tee them up for pelvis. Hold on. Because again, it's just me. If it's just me, this makes it easier. So great question. Okay, what, what else? If I click on the video, I'm just going to click on Lauren right here. If you just click on. Go ahead, Rachel, if you're there.
I am, I am.
Okay, so is there a video on your home screen? So I would click this video right here. Lauren yawning okay, do you see if I scroll down that this says View Insights? I'm gonna hit View Insights a certain time.
That's better to like put out content.
No, you're gonna have to test it. So with that, like personally and you guys, I mean you guys can unmute yourselves. Let's have an open conversation here. Personally. Personally, I have better views on the weekends on both accounts. That's just me. Does anyone else I know on the.
Meta business page, it'll like, when you pull up the calendar, it'll highlight what time most of your people are on.
So 844 people saw this. I would write that down. That's the views. So when you go back to that column views 800.
So during the week it's usually like 10:00am that's best for me to post 144.
I put down eight people liked it.
And then like the weekends at 10:00am is not a good time for me to post.
And one person shared it. This tells me this video at least for.
So that's a good thing to look into.
Is the meta 1 us was not that valuable to our audience. Okay. And. And it's different for everyone. So.
Okay, so how do I. I think that my frustration has been that like I can't tell you how many patients have come in and I mean there's no surprise. I'm not a social media person.
I'm just saying that because I know our numbers that this is pretty a low, a low hitting reel for us. Okay, so that's okay. So now we're going to get out of that. We're going to scroll down.
I. My presence has been minimal at best. And so as far as like patients coming in, they're like, oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I saw pelvic floor this and public for that on Instagram and And they think that, like, it's enough content to like, get them through. Does that make sense?
How do I. So let's see now.
Okay, so here's why not take my in clinic value away by posting on Instagram? And how do I continue to boost profit, not reduce profit?
Because here's my crazy emotional, personal story. We're going to hit View Insights. Okay? And this was all this week. We saw 2,000 people saw. And this was a live. I did. But normally lives don't give you that many views. Just FYI. I think just the after post, I'm.
Giving them the value to give them the perception that it's just enough to get by. Does that make sense? Because my goal is not to have them just be good enough or. Yeah, I'm fine Ish. Okay, well, pain with intimacy every single day of your life for the rest of your life is not fine ish. So like. So like the hard part is, is.
It goes against on 55 comments. 55 comments tells me that this what.
My goal is in PT itself. If they feel like they can get by fine ish with the content that I put out, does that make sense?
Like resonated with a lot of people that they took the time to respond to this. That's important. Then you write down the likes, then you write down the shares. And then people also saved.
Like, that's been the biggest, like, conflict with me wanting.
Okay, so with that. Okay, cool. Now let's see. Yeah. So this is the thing. It's a belief thing. Guys, do you hear what she's saying? It's a belief thing on her. And it's not Rachel's fault. It's just she believes because she's had experience in the past that maybe someone has told her that, that, hey, I already watched your videos. I'm good. And that irks her because she's a really good therapist and she knows. No, no, no. Like I can get you to where you actually want to be. It's nice one. Okay. This is a postpartum moms. And you see how I have a big caption? Just you watch that video and then you're done. Right? So I always say this, and this is very postpartum. Watch till the end. I put watch till the end so that they continue to watch towards the end. And that video gets better. Picked up more. If they stop halfway through watching your video, Instagram will not show that video. So this is another Horton. I had a mentor tell me this one time, and it always stuck with me. Put out your Best content for free. Put out your best content for free and you're gonna think, Kelly, why would you do that? Because people, when you present with two people, they should see the best version of you. They should see the best side of you. They should know the best information about you. Put out your best content for free and don't worry about oh, they're not going to come to me. Or no, they're whatever. If hook watch till the end that's going to get them to come in. They feel, if they feel that, wow, this person. So this one no one commented on. So this didn't really. People didn't really feel because the emotion was not there. It's still pictures that I put in a video form. They didn't feel that they wanted to comment on this. Do you guys see the difference? Really knows their stuff. They're going to be like, I need to come see this person. And if that person is not attracted to you, Rachel, and they're like, oh, I got your stuff or blah, blah, you don't want that person anyways. That's the Walmart version. I don't need the Walmart version. No, thank you. I want customers that value their health and actually want to get their problem solved. Maybe that client but some people did find it was valuable because they actually saved it so they can go back to it. And a lot of people, because I put watch to the end. I think that's why it has this views on it because people watch to the end. They look, not everyone wants their problem solved. Not everyone wants to problem solve. You got to remember that. Okay, listen, you got to tell people what to do. Okay, so. So maybe this client just wants to spend one second on oh, this is going to help me so I'll just do that. Maybe there isn't a deeper why for this person. We can't fix everyone either.
Okay, I have lots of questions. Does someone else have questions? Okay, I'll go.
So you know, these are just examples of I need you each week to.
Okay, so then the question I have then is if I'm putting out content, how do I not alienate clients? I've seen some people go back and.
Write down what videos popped. So now let's just say like, like.
This was the Bosu put out more like opinions. And I feel like I don't care.
That I talked about guys, this one got 10,000 views on it for that.
I think that keeping it more factual. But how do I not alienate clients just because I put content out there? Because the hard Part is, is my biggest other focus. Like whenever you asked like what is my like why? What is my mission? My mission is to like love on people and get them to feel okay.
10,000 views. This is also the one that got 2 million views the first time I posted it.
Amazing. Not just fine, but like in a comfortable space, like whatever that means for them. And.
And then look how many people found that it was valuable. 52577 shares. A couple people commented they felt like they needed to call mine.
So I don't want them to feel like they are in a space that would be judgy. That's never ever, ever, ever, ever what.
I want commented on it. And some people. This is controversial and this is why you have to be okay with people.
And so in the Midwest it can get that way. And so I want to break those barriers. So how do I make sure to not alienate people? Like is there a certain way that I like minimize content on a certain platform or direction?
So I don't like being trolling you just FYI this thing said one flatter abs.
Who can look make them feel like they're judged because they did or didn't breastfeed.
Relate to that. Who wants flatter abs? Okay, most of us. But of course you have some trolls that are like you can't just do this.
That makes sense.
100%. 100%. And let me tell you this, this is a short answer. Short answer is you're never going to please anyone. I never want to feel that I am exercising. Get flat abs. There's only so much you can say in a two second video judging someone that I'm standing for this. Some people can get very political on their stuff. That's cool. That's your thing. For me it's not my thing. Don't put me in politics. I hate politics. I live in a D.C. area where there's freaking politics everywhere. I absolutely hate it. Okay. I keep it out of my life because it's to me negative energy. Other people are like, no, it's what empowers me. Cool. You do. And you have to be okay with people trying to troll you and don't let it bother you. You, you put that on social media. Okay. For me I actually think, no, it sounds crazy but don't let it bother you. Okay? Now let me also state this too. I have a team behind Orthopelvic. I am the brain. And I want you to think about this. It's maybe another belief thing. I think those personal quotes behind orthopelvic I don't really show my face on orthopelvic. So if your that people are actually showing the people who their true authentic self is and someone that maybe not agree with that quote or whatever else, maybe they just don't follow that person. Maybe they just, you know, they don't vibe with that person. But, but I don't. I also think, Rachel, this. Sometimes if you don't show that authentic self and you stay in the very person that's like, look, I don't really like to be on social media. Okay, hire people to do your social media. But I'm the, the thinker behind neutral ground, which I stay in the neutral ground. I definitely do. But there are some posts out there at all. People don't know that. But I am the visionary behind it. So I there like I said that AB1 that I put out, that one was controversial because people were like, why would tell my team, hey, this is what we're going to do. And then they just execute it. So if you're one of those people, would you ever say that you can do sit ups and have flat abs? People were coming after me and was that meant to be a controversial post? Not at all. Okay. Not at all. I'm just trying to say this is how you work your abs. But people got. They will take things however they want to take it and you cannot please everyone. That's what I've learned that are like, look, long term, I don't want to have to do this. You don't have to. You can have a team that does and you cannot let those trolls stop you from posting because you want to be. So I have my team focus on orthopelvic and I only have one other person, no two other people on my team for pelvis but I'm the one really putting out my face on pelvibiz page. Not judgy or you want to be neutral or whatever else you're actually then hindering. Okay, so there's different ways depending on your strengths. Remember that people then connecting to you then.
Okay, can I ask one more question? Okay, so as far as content goes, people, apparently I say really stupid funny things in the clinic.
People are like, do you perform better talking? Do you perform better when someone's asking you questions?
You should say that. But I'm not in general, I don't want to feel like I have to.
Keep that up then interviewing you. Is that how you can present better? Do you perform better with still pictures of you doing something? Do you Perform better when no one's watching.
Does that make sense? Because sometimes, like I joke about, you know, during Christmas time, you know that the Santa Claus movie where he's like, does this look like a little bit of weight to you?
You don't know anyone's watching you and you're just like interacting with people. Show that side of you.
Like, I have so many moms who are like, oh my gosh, I want to get rid of this, like, tummy space. And I'm like, yeah, I know. Do you ever like, correlate with like that. That when Santa Claus like all of a sudden plumps up and he's like, does this look like a little bit of weight? And they're like, yes. But like, that's not what's trending on. On Instagram right now. Like that type of stuff. Like, how do I like.
Because that's what's going to actually be really authentic to you. Not what this million dollar accounts doing over here. Because that's not authentic to you. And it's going to be so different for every single person. Okay, so speaking back, how do I.
Take that and even make that a post? Does that make sense?
You do exactly what you just said. You literally do exactly what you said. And then you put a picture with it. You're talking and you got that. Of that chart you're going to go through. Let me go back to that chart just so you guys can see it. Just put that picture of that image of that person. I don't know that person. But you put that picture with it and people can relate. If your moms are relating in clinic, they're then going to relate to you. They're going to relate to that post. And it doesn't have to be trendy. Don't look at trends. Be you. That's what I'm trying. That's what this whole thing was about, is how to be unique to you. It. And then. So what I do is each week. Yeah. Amanda said she started doing testimonial. Okay, I'm gonna go through and put the view shared comments. How many? I'm gonna put the number here. At the end of the week, I'm going to highlight if. Let's just say the Tuesdays post and it helped to add more information. It's great. This fear one of abs really popped. I'm going to highlight this and I'm going to repost and then we share it. Great. You can do client wins. Client wins. Do that every Wednesday. Put out a win. Winning Wednesday.
I have a Couple sports athletes and I have it planned to where I'm going to go to some of their tournaments to see application wise how they're doing or this video.
If this was my top performing video I will repost.
Medically and and how it's impacting their can like their pressure system so that.
That same the next week.
Okay, like is it, is it. What are your thoughts on like posting.
A video of like anyone on this, on this video. Have they ever reposted videos? Probably not.
Their volleyball serve and saying like cool.
And do behind the scenes. Yeah, I know. And we're missing this to where we can post. Rachel, bring every single one of you guys should go to Amazon right now and get a mini. I don't have mine right now in front of me but a literally it's like a hand thing and you put your video, you put your camera on top of it and you can fold out the little hand thing and you.
Can you go over how to. How to repost it? Because I just go back to my old videos and just share it in my story to try to get more people to click on the real.
Yep. So let me go over lay it like on the bleachers or on the floor. And you guys should be filming but.
Like literally post it again.
You literally post it again. So I will show you how to download that. So let me show you. Let me pull up my phone again so you guys can hide in the seeds of what you're actually doing. Not just the thing, not just the volleyball player, but film also behind the scenes. It's easy to get content that way. It's called B roll. You want B roll? Okay. All right guys, if anyone has any other questions, you know, just DM me. You know where to find me. Hopefully DM me, but anything else? Was this helpful? Raise your hand if this was helpful. Bible. Okay, cool. All right. And make sure you guys follow each other on Instagram too. So see. Stop sharing that. Hold on. Let me pull iPhone cable. Oh, you're gonna be challenging now. Okay, here we go. Come on. There we go. All right, so let's just say I. Alright, cool. All right. Bye guys. Have a great Saturday. Yeah, it's Saturday. Thanks for hanging. Want to repost? Let me go to my thing. Okay. Let's just say I went out with me on a repost. Lauren yawning and this video actually did well. So what I'm going to do is go to. Hold on. Where is it? Hold on. Give me one second. Not there. Where's my feed? Okay, go to the video. So you're going to hit reels. Are you having a hard time falling asleep at night, which is making you tired? You're gonna click on that video, create a bedtime. Okay. Then do you see the three little dots down here? Okay, you're gonna click that and it. See how it says amanda, save to device. You're gonna save to device. And then once you save it to device, you're literally just going to repost it like it was a new video that you put. Okay, all right. Okay, so let me get out of.
Lauren, hold on.
Yeah. Okay, good.
We're posting every day.
Every day. Okay. So now with this also, you guys, right now, I mean, you should be put. You should put your Instagram handles in the chat so that you guys can cross collaborate and start referring to each other and you, like, promote each other. So if I was you, I would put my Instagram handle in the chat and that way you guys can start following each other and see. Oh, I really liked what Jen did. I'm going to. Now you're not going to copy her. Okay. You're going to be like, hey, I can make a version of that that actually fits me. Cool. Do it. Jen's not going to mind. Okay. Jen probably is not going to even see it, to be honest. Okay. Because there's just so many, so much stuff that comes out because that's number one.
