I figured I just come on and give you the journey over the last, I would say four to five months in Kelly Alhui land. It has been a wild ride ever since May. I had a therapist leave and then I was going to have another therapist come in and she didn't pass her boards. Then I had to quickly hire another therapist on. That therapist just wasn't working out so I had to let her go. In the meantime, the therapist that didn't pass her board, she didn't pass it again so I couldn't bring her on. So so then I had to hire another therapist and she's coming on and then in addition to that, hopefully I'm having this one that is not past our boards come on right after that. So there's been a lot of movement in Orthopelvic plus my manager has been out on maternity leave so she's not there to manage. I had all these systems and people that were going to take over and that has happened but just not to the level that I have needed it to. And also I hired a personal assistant to help me just organize both businesses and get, you know, organized. I also had my father in law pass away two months ago. And that was honestly kind of. We knew it was coming, but I moved here for him. Like I moved to Virginia. And so it was just still kind of shocking and stunning that the long journey of nine years has come to an end with that. And it's just a little. I don't know, I don't know what to feel about it yet. Still kind of processing that. But it's been an interesting journey. I've had movement in my mastermind. I am putting on a webinar. I am watching the biggest event I've ever launched and it's called pelby biz in March 2024. I have two teams, so I have an orthopelvic team, I have a pelvis team. And we are just trying to make everything work right now. And it is just at the next level. I really have been trying to do self care. I was supposed to start a big self care routine. Then all of a sudden I had to let someone go. I had to put myself back in. I had to let go of my ego saying that I've been out for two years and saying, you know what, I've got to turn the culture of orthopelvic around and I got to go back in. So I went back in. Been in there for two weeks. It's been eye opening in the fact of, you know, we asked the therapist to do all these different things and it's just like an undercover boss kind of deal of like going back in and can I do it? And it's crazy, the mental capacity that has to be had when you are going from like at 9:00am in the morning, I meet my assistant at my house and we go over pelvis stuff. Then from 11 to 7:30 at night treating patients. Then after that I talk to my mastermind students, I talk to my cat program students and I help consult them on their businesses. Then after that I basically shower, get ready for bed, say hi to my husband, say hi to my dog and go to bed and then do the same thing over. And this is a season, I keep telling myself, this is a month and a half long season of can I make it? And basically can I prove to myself that all the work I've done to get my health where it's at is like, can I sustain that? That's my number one goal and only goal is can I sustain my health and not get sick. My wish on this is that I am able to keep up with My fitness routine more. I actually joined Burn Boot Camp. I'm supposed to be doing this fitness challenge because in seven weeks I have to, I think go hike this mountain. I don't even know the challenge yet. It's undisclosed to me, but I'm supposed to be doing 500 step ups a day. I have not been doing that. Instead, I've just been trying to do breath work, deep breathing, a moment for myself in the morning. When I say a moment, it's a moment. It is like anywhere. It could be a minute up to, up to 15 minutes max to where that is the only time that I have for myself. And you know, it's just trying to make it and survive and just one step in front of the other. And when you guys are like, Kelly, I don't know how I'm going to make it. Whether or not it's an employee, whether or not it's you handling things, whether or not it's life that comes up, whatever that may be, you can make it. You can make it. You just got to think about the people that need you. And even when someone may write you an email, a nasty email, or you know, say like, well, I'm not getting better in treatment, so you suck, don't believe them because remember, there's many people that are actually behind you and cheering you on, that are loved your help and love you being able to help guide them along their health journey. So don't let a negative review, negative email, you know, someone else telling you, well, you suck or whatever else. Don't let them stop you. I've also learned that along this journey, I really have, I've learned that I'm going to ask for feedback. I always ask for feedback because I just want to teach what people want. At the same time, I want to put the Kelly Alhui spin on it. And I don't want to hold back anymore. I don't want to hold back. I don't want to do it a certain way because people have done it a certain way. I want to do it a new way. I want to do it such a different way. And some people may be on board and some people may be off the board and that's okay. I've learned to be okay with that. You know why? Because I literally just do this out of like the passion of my heart. I really do. The last two and a half years I have coached people and I have not taken 1 ounce from pelvis at all salary. I'm not taking any salary, any cut, any anything. All I've done is just reinvested what people have invested in the program into other things to help continue to grow the mission of Kelly Biz and continue to help you guys out, which is why I put on big events, which is why, you know, we put out a lot of stuff on social media, which is why we continue to push forward. And I do it all because of the passion behind Kelly Alhui that you guys, some of you don't even know. You don't even know. The struggle. The struggle that I have gone through to get here, where I had to work four jobs, where I couldn't make ends meet, where I had work, was only telling me to just do the notes and not focus on the patients. Do you know how that didn't sit with me at all? Well, when they told me no, my dad had cancer, I couldn't take off for Christmas. Do you know what that's like? If you knew what that was like, then, a, you would start your own business. And B, you just do the thing. Like, you literally just do the thing. And this is why I'm so passionate about helping women, because I truly believe that every single woman listening to this can seriously have whatever they want, whatever they desire. And no one's taught us this. And it basically pisses me off because I feel like we've all been living in a lie that school didn't teach us, that our parents didn't teach us. At least mine didn't. I had a mom that was a schoolteacher, single mom. She didn't know anything about how to make money. She was just trying to survive. And it's really not about making money. Even though most of us just judge success on making money, it's really about can you truly live out your passion? And I know for Pelvibiz going forward, I. I'm truly just living out my passion. Whether or not people love it, hate it, whatever, doesn't matter to me because I'm going to put it and do it in my own way that I truly believe is missing in the marketplace. And that's what I'm doing going forward. If people don't like it, bye, you're out. Same thing in my clinic. Any negativity, you're out. I'm done. Like, I do this stuff because I truly, truly enjoy it. And when you can do things that you truly enjoy and truly love, and you're not doing it for the money, you're not doing it for the people, you're not doing it for anything or anyone else except for the passion and Joy that you get out of doing the thing. You're unstoppable. You literally are unstoppable. And that's what keeps me going. Because I know someone behind this camera right now. I know at least one of you guys. You need me. I know that. I've learned that. And there is someone behind this camera. Whether or not it's one person, whether or not it's 20 people, whether or not it's 300 people, that I know that they need my help. And they are like me, waiting on someone to just show them the path. That's how I was. I knew there had to be a different way, but I just literally had no freaking clue there was another way because no one ever even exposed me to it. No one exposed me. And when I started to Google and I saw there was coaches that help out with this, I was like, oh, my gosh, what the heck? This is what I've been looking for. I immediately signed up for them and I was like, all right, game on. I'm ready. But I didn't know unless I was exposed to it. And that's what I'm trying to get you guys to do. Because the world and the schooling of pelvic health therapists, we were never exposed to what we could truly have come true or what our true potential is. We were never exposed to it. And I want to expose you guys that you can have $100,000 a month business, you could have a seven figure practice, and you could have all your time back to where you're not treating patients and you can hang out with your family. It's 100% true because I've lived it. And I'm probably one of the only pelvic health therapists that has actually lived that. And the reason why is because I truly believe that I can teach every single one of you guys what I've been able to do and the systems that I've been able to put in place. And I know it can come true for you because I've improved that it can happen. And I'm coaching lots of people in my mastermind on how to actually do it. And it's coming true for them, too. So I don't know what this is supposed to be about today. I guess it's just maybe me documenting and I don't know, it's like all the emotions, it's a lot of hard work. It's lots and lots of hard work. It's the hardest I can say I've ever worked in business. I'm not Kidding. And every day I take a breath and I take one foot in front of the other, and I just say, you know what? Like, what's my next move? And I can't even look at the whole day because there is so much I cram in one day that it would overwhelm anyone. Instead, I just say hour by hour, minute by minute. I have alerts that come on my cell phone, what I have to do the next minute. Not kidding. So it alerts me at 15 minutes before it happens and alerts me at one minute. And it just tells me what to do in my next step. So I don't even have to think, because thinking takes energy. My phone can automate that. And I just listen to whatever my phone says. It will say, call this person, do this, record this, post this, do whatever I need to do. It tells me what to do. And when you're in the hard season, you need something like that to help organize you and progress you so that you don't get overwhelmed. And you just say, screw it, Let me just quit. Trust me, I thought about it. I thought about giving it all up. I did. But I can't because it's only the freaking beginning. And I know who's ever behind this camera, I know they need me. Because if I didn't have a coach who I truly needed, I didn't know it at the time, there's no way I'd be doing what I'm doing today and truly having impact on people. And I can truly say that is my calling. Like I said, going forward, it's going to be a very different way than most of you guys have ever seen, because I have a big vision, and I want to continue to keep moving that mission forward. And whatever it takes is what it takes. And it's a lot of hard work, but I love it. I absolutely love it. And when you guys send me those messages of Kelly, you don't understand. You allowed me to have the confidence to quit my job today. I got one of those last night. It was amazing. And I'm filling up this workshop. Those are the moments, and those are the people that just keep inspiring to move forward because you have to do the work. And every single one of you guys that is listening to this right now, you must continue to do the work as business owners. If you are one, you better be listening to this. If you're not doing the work, maybe your people are doing the work. But there are so many women out there and men that need us and that we can truly help solve Big, big problems. And you just have to continue to just keep pushing forward even in the tough times. Because the tough times are actually what's going to set you up to have amazing times. And when those amazing times happen, you'll forget about the tough times till it happens again. And I believe in this season that I'm in right now that this tough time is like a reset. It's setting me up for something greater than what I've been able to accomplish and do. And the impact. It's setting me up to pause, even though I'm not pausing, but slow down a bit, really dive into it, make some corrections and do it better, even though I thought I had it completely dialed in. But there's ways that I can do it better. And it's showing me that because I'm in it. I got a lot to say tonight, but guess this is a little update. Halfway into the journey of being back into the clinic and doing all the things, it's just really interesting. Like I'm seeing all these patients, right, as a full time therapist, but it's almost like my side hustle, it reminds me of that where I'm just doing that on the side because treating patients, as we all know, is very easy for most of us. Okay. Compared to running a business, it's a lot harder. It's a lot harder. But I, you know, realized I enjoy running the business. I like running the business. I like being the visionary. And so right now I have to be all of it. And it's a season. My husband knows, my dog knows, my mom knows, everyone knows that it's a season. My mastermind knows we'll come out stronger and I'm going to learn and gain so much knowledge and insight from this. So lessons of the night that I just wanted to share and bring to you guys. And if you guys are needing help, if you are struggling, please reach out. DM me. I've been there. If you're really uncertain about if entrepreneurship is for you or if you want more opportunities to grow, come to Pelviz 2024 in San Diego. Either one of those events is just going to be amazing. Hopefully. You guys have a good night. I consider myself a business and life coach. Are you ready to live the life of your dreams as an entrepreneur? If so, let's chat. See the episode notes below and go ahead and book a call. See you all next week.
