In this testimonial, physical therapist Brandie Freeman shares her experience after joining the Pelvi Biz program to launch her own private practice. She emphasizes a mindset shift, realizing she is capable of far more than she imagined when surrounded by supportive mentors. Within four weeks of opening, she already has 30 patients scheduled for the next week, charging $200 per visit, which projects her to become one of the top earners in her state. She credits Kelly and Pelvi Biz for rescuing her from a low‑paying contract that would have limited her earnings to about $70k annually, instead positioning her to earn three to four times that amount. Freeman highlights common barriers for PTs—management constraints, insurance limitations, and self‑doubt—and explains how Pelvi Biz provides mentorship and strategies to overcome these obstacles for both new graduates and seasoned PTAs.

My biggest takeaway from the program so far is just that you can do and attract and build so much more than you think you can. And the thing is, you really may not be able to achieve what number of patients you want to do with your business by yourself, but when you support yourself and surround yourself with people who have done it and who have been there and who have built up their own business, that it makes it so much more attainable and then you know that you can do it, too. And so my biggest takeaway was that I am so much more capable than I ever thought I would be. And I'm already past my goals for a year, you know, a month in. So just. Biggest takeaway is you can do it. I have been open for four weeks. I didn't even think about opening a business until, you know, less than two months ago. And I'm already seeing 30 patients next week. And I'm charging the full price for someone with our level of doctoral training. Right. So at $200 a visit. And so if you do that math, I mean, I am going to be probably, you know, one of the top earners for physical therapists in my state. I mean, that's just the bottom line of it. And that, like I said, I didn't think that was possible, but just the hard facts, like the actual math of it, that's the situation for me, and it's just unbelievable, but it's happening. Kelly actually saved me from a contract where I was going to make 70k a year, and I thought that was a good offer for. I'm a new grad, so I thought that was a great offer for a new grad for a pt, and she saved me from that. And so, you know, I'm going to be making this year three or four, that amount because of Pelvi Biz. And so, I mean, this much investment for this much return, it's not. It's not really hard math. So Pelvi Biz, I think, would be great for someone that just, like, deep down inside, you know that you're being limited by your management, by the organization that you're working for, by insurance companies, and that, you know, you have a skill set and you have something to offer people that you're just not able to do that because of the structure of what's kind of confined you in your current job. And so it doesn't matter if you just graduated or you've been a PTA for 20 years. We get this mindset and it constrains us. We think that we can't bring in people because they want to take and, you know, they want to use their insurance or they don't think that people can afford them. And so if you think that, you know, you can be better and that you want to grow a business, but you have all these little objections, these questions about yourself, you can come in and be supported by Kelly and by Pelpe Biz and get over those things and find out how to kind of clear those turtles one at a time.
