In this presentation, Kelly Alhooie explains a repeatable, gamified system for turning everyday conversations into paying patients for cash‑based practices. She stresses the necessity of daily outreach—aiming for at least 15 contacts per week—and introduces the “Big 45” point chart that assigns numeric values to specific outreach actions (email, Zoom call, DM, live streams, workshops, reels, and 20‑minute phone consults). By logging activities, tallying points, and consistently increasing weekly totals, clinicians can build momentum, overcome objections, and boost conversion rates. Longer phone consultations (20 minutes) are highlighted as a key lever for booking appointments. The overall message is that disciplined, measurable communication, treated like a game, drives faster business growth.

All right, guys, so I'm going to talk about how to get rewarded for chatting with people. This is the number one thing when starting a business. You've got to chat with people daily. I at least say at least 15 people, and you're gonna be like, Kelly, I don't even know someone. I just moved here. Trust me, it's possible, and the more you're able to do it, the better you're going to build your business quicker and be able to handle any objections and communication that comes your way. So here we go. Number 1, you're gonna send out emails to your Big 45 list. So if you have that Big 45 list and you're like, I don't know where to start, I don't know what to do, start here. Use this chart, print it out, you can even laminate it, and make sure that you're checking the boxes and giving yourself points. So you will see in this chart, see how it says 1, 2, 1, 3, 5, 2, 5? Those are points. I like to play games. I don't know about you guys, but I like to play games. So if I send an email to my Big 45 list, I'm gonna give myself 1 point. So did I do it on a Saturday or Sunday? Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. And then total up the points that you got for the week. The higher the total of the points, the more your business will grow, I promise you. Okay, so did you send a list, an email list to the Big 45? Yes or no? Zoom calls and meetings. Did you have at least a Zoom call with one person on your Big 45 list this week? You get 2 points for that. Okay, did you send a DM on a Facebook or an IG? You could do this at 9 o'clock at night if you have no time. Did you do that? That's 1 point. Did you do an IG Live or Facebook Live? That's 3 points. That's major. Okay, because you're going to get their audience and they're going to get your audience and you're going to be spreading the word to the masses. Okay, virtual, virtual or in-person workshop, 5 points because that is a massive hitter with really warm leads. Okay, reels or social media posts. Are you doing that every single day? You get 2 points. The more consistent, the better. If you can only do it once a week, just do it once a week. And then talking with new patients on the phone for 20 minutes. You want to try to keep them on for 20 minutes. If you keep them on for 5, the likelihood of them booking is very slim. The longer you can keep them on the phone, the higher likelihood it is that you're going to actually book them, and that gets 5 points. So use this chart today to make sure you're talking to people. Add up your total, and the number's got to go up as the weeks go on and on, and that is going to make sure That you are building your business. This is how you do it.
