In this motivational monologue, Kelly Alhooie addresses healthcare providers who treat chronic pelvic pain (CPP) patients. She highlights the typical patient journey—seeing multiple specialists (urologists, endosurgeons, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners) and receiving ineffective treatments such as antibiotics, hormone therapy, or extensive testing—yet still experiencing no relief. Alhooie argues that the core problem is fragmented, siloed care that fails to assemble the full clinical picture. She urges providers to spend dedicated time with patients, listen empathetically, and integrate insights across specialties to "put the pieces of the puzzle together". Leveraging personal frustration with the broken system, she encourages clinicians to channel that fire into passionate communication (especially over phone or Zoom) to attract patients, improve outcomes, and simultaneously grow their practice. The talk frames this as a win‑win: patients finally receive effective, holistic care, and providers become the “hero” who revitalizes their business by offering the solution no one else can.

And I can't tell you enough, is like, that should be so passionate over the Zoom call or over the freaking, you know, phone that they feel it. The patients feel it because they've lived it. Or, I mean, nothing's worse than like a chronic pelvic pain patient coming to see us and they have literally seen 7 different doctors. Urologists, endosurgeons, PCPs, you know, and nurse practitioners, all the things, and gotten zero results. They've been on antibiotics, they've done all this stuff, nothing has helped them. And they say to me, you're my last resort. I want those patients so freaking badly because I know that I can change their freaking life. And I need them to feel that over the phone because I am 100% confident that if they tried all those things that I know was not gonna help them anyways, that I am the go-to person to help them because I know those other people did not hit the way I hit it because they're so focused. Urologist is just gonna focus on your urine and taking a urine sample and your prostate and giving you antibiotics. It's classic. A primary care is just gonna focus on blood work and thinking you have cancer. Classic. Okay? An NP that's maybe like hormones, they may check your hormones and they're gonna focus on that. But no one is putting the pieces of the puzzle together. And that's why I think it's so key for us as these providers to spend time with our patients so that we can put all the pieces of the puzzle together. And truly give them the best outcome. Because we have all the answers. We do. I truly believe we have all the answers. We just need time with them to understand fully who they are and what they want out of the treatment or the session or whatever else. And so when I say like transform your frustration into sales, this is what I mean by that. Use the fire. I know you guys have it inside of you. Use the fire, whether or not it's your own personal frustration of the healthcare system, or it's through maybe a family member or someone else, or even a past patient that experienced it. That should light you the heck up to stand up for these people. And then in return, it's gonna grow your business. And it's going to get the patient the best freaking outcome. It's a win-win situation. So please use your frustration with this so that everyone benefits and we're not just stuck in the same healthcare system doing the same thing over and over again, getting zero results and just managing on the back end. We all know that does not work. And so please use your frustration and effectively get people to come hang out with you and treat them so that they get the results and you become the hero and you win the game. That's it, guys. All right.
