I contracted out to a place inside Manhattan and then I was also working three days in my business. So with that I made about $9,000 a month. The Pelvi Biz community has been completely instrumental with my confidence. Having meetings every other week to get questions answered in addition to Kelly and the group's availability daily on the Voxer app has helped me. I'm not alone. It helps me understand what other people's struggles are, people who came before me and people who are slightly past me, so I'm able to learn what to do for myself at the stage in the business where I am. One of the biggest challenges I faced was having to phase out one admin administrative assistant because she graduated from college and was moving on to her bigger and better things. So I had to hire a new admin in July and and through the Pelvibiz community, I was able to know exactly what to ask in the interview process, know what type of skills I was looking for, and then also have the guidance to properly train them so that they could embody the philosophies of my company.
