This is a first-person day-in-the-life transcript of Kelly Alhooie, a pelvic health clinic owner, describing her daily routine: morning preparation, focused strategic planning for the next six months, leading two teams (named as a pelvic team and an ortho-pelvic team), running/teaching Mastermind sessions at midday, checking Slack for cohort questions, and evening time at home with a pet named Lulu. The tone is practical and managerial with personal moments interleaved.
Foreign.
It is like around 6 o'.
Clock.
Just get dressed, put on my sweatshirt and stuff and get ready for the day, have my breakfast and get the party started. All right, so now thinking. Now it's my thinking time and learning time. So right now I'm going to strategize on what's to come. I have my calendars printed out and I'm strategizing on what the next six months look like and making sure that I lead my team. So I have to lead two teams. My pelvibeus team and I got my ortho pelvic team. So every single week, I make sure that I have a plan ready to go before the week starts and then we execute it. Now I'm going to go over Mastermind, what I'm going to do today, what I'm going to teach today. I always am studying first and then teaching. So I teach at noon and then I also teach at 1:15 today. All right, guys, now we're doing our cap call right here. So I have my cat program. And mastermind, Mastermind call today and you want them to be in right field.
All right, going to work now. Want to check in on the crew. So here we go.
Oh, hi. Now I'm back home with Lulu. Say hi. We're eating the dinner now.
Just checking slack and just slacking. Mastermind slacking. Cap, they have any questions that come up throughout the day, I just answer it to keep moving them as well in their businesses. Just going to chill out, take a shower and go night night, night with Lulu, this guy and watching basketball.
