Since joining Pelvibiz, I am now making around 30,000amonth and on track for a $400,000 year. I am Erica Crafts and I live in Moses Lake, Washington. Before joining Pelvi Biz, I was making around a thousand dollars a month in my job as a side hustle. And now since Pelvibiz I'm making around 30,000amonth and on track to make 400,000 this year. So before joining Pelvib would have imagined myself as a leader or having my own clinic. Kelly really encouraged me to take a side hustle to a full time business. And not only does she tell us how to be good leaders, but she shows us through her actions. And with that I feel that's where I've honestly learned a lot of my leadership skills. One false belief that I had about having a business in a small town was that people were not going to want to pay for for my services, that they wouldn't have the money to pay for my services. And I have been able to successfully increase my prices at my business now for the third time and still, you know, maintain a full schedule and haven't lost any patience so far. I have seven children, so we have four full time and the other three part of the time. Those are my three stepchildren. Thankfully we have a good age range so our older kids are very helpful with the younger children. I fortunately, as a business owner have been able to make my own schedule so that I can drop my kids off at school and pick them up and I'm able to take them to all their activities and still run a business. So it's given me a sense of freedom for my family.
