In this solo YouTube monologue, Kelly Alhooie argues that treating business coaching as a mere expense is a fundamental mistake. She explains that not investing in a coach keeps entrepreneurs stuck, leading to costly mistakes, wasted time, and limited earnings. A coach, having already succeeded in the desired outcomes, can anticipate problems, provide solutions, and accelerate progress. Alhooie emphasizes that growth requires two major investments: people (paying skilled staff) and business skill sets such as effective hiring, digital marketing, and objection handling. She positions her company, Kelly Biz, as experts who deliver ready‑made sales, marketing, and digital systems to clients, saving them effort and energy. The video concludes with a strong call to action, urging viewers to overcome fear of spending, invest now, and push themselves against the "wall" to unlock greater revenue potential.

If you're looking at business coaching as an expense, well, let me tell you, you got it all wrong, because here's what the reality is. By you not investing in coaching, it's actually keeping you stuck because here's what's happening. You don't realize the problems that are ahead. You don't realize the mistakes that are ahead. A good coach should actually be able to help say, like, these are the problems ahead. And by the way, here's the solution so that you don't have to go through all the pain and the time and the energy and the effort, and that they can walk you through that path so much faster because they've been there and done it. And so by you not investing in coaching, that is basically you saying to yourself, I'm okay with spending more time to get my problem solved. I'm okay spending more money, a lot more money to make mistakes, and I'm okay just trying to figure it out and get frustrated and then feel like I'm gonna give up. That's typically what will happen. And so I find, guys, people that do not invest stay stuck, stay broke, and think like this is just what they're meant for, and they're only meant to make $10K a month, they're only meant to make $20K a month, and they just are like, this is it, I reached the top. And the reality is they're not even close. You just reached first base. And the investing— there's two things that you massively have to invest in: people and skill sets. People, skill sets. So people give you time, but you have to pay the people. So to pay the people, you need money. The skill set is learning a new different business skill set, not clinical, a business skill set. For example, how to hire properly so that that person gives you back your time. For example, how to learn digital marketing. Another example, how to actually be able to handle objections. Those are the investments I'm talking about. And here at Kelly Biz, that is what we do really well. We are really experts at getting you to handle sales, marketing systems, digital marketing, like all that stuff we actually do and have in place that we just hand you because you invest. It is handed to you and say, here you go, we just saved you so much effort, time, and energy. And so if you're still stuck in, no, this is so much money, or I just can't invest because I don't have it, It's not until you actually invest that your company will grow. I promise you that. And that's why I tell everyone, put your back against the frickin wall and watch what you're capable of, because I know you can do it.
