Kelly Alhooie advises on practical small-business growth: focus on fully maximizing a single location (optimize treatment-room revenue and hours) before opening another site. She recommends starting mobile to build clientele, actively talk to everyone as potential customers, record their problems in your phone notes, and convert those problems into products, programs, and packages to drive business growth.

It just depends on when you're ready. So when you. I always say I have one location. I want to maximize every single thing I can squeeze out of that before I take on another rent. So I look at it, every single treatment room should be making me a certain amount of dollars a day and a month. And if I can maximize that from 6:00am in the morning to 7:00 clock at night, six days a week, then once I fill that, then I move on to the next location. So that's how I kind of look at it from a strictly business perspective. I started mobile, so I just started mobile and then I started talking to people. And that's literally it. I just want every single one of you guys to think about anyone and everyone you meet could be a potential customer. And you just want to become best friends with them. And it's as simple as that. There's no tricks. Just talk to them, figure out their problems. Once you know their problems, put it in the notes section on your phone, go back to the notes section, create products, programs, packages, and that. And that's going to move. Going to move your business forward because you already know the problems and you come up with a solution, that's it.
