Lauren (Loren) Carver, from North Atlanta, Georgia, gives a first-person testimonial about Kelly Alhooie’s Pelviz coaching. So before joining Pelviz, I had just started my business, but I wasn't making any money. I'm Lauren Carver. I'm from North Atlanta, Georgia. My biggest challenge when I was looking to leave my job and find my new space was just mostly confidence. And also I just needed someone to really help me with all of the different steps it was going to take for me to get from point A to point B. Now that I've been within Kelly's coaching, I'm making multiple six figures a year. So the biggest obstacle that I had when I was hiring staff was making sure that it was the right person, but also being able to train them and teach them and be a really good leader. And Kelly really taught me how to pick the right person for my company and also really gave me some steps to create good leadership and a really good culture inside of my clinic. So by the end of the year, currently I have one staff physical therapist. I would love to have two physical therapists on staff just to be able to help more people.
