Hello, my name is Maddie Roth. I just started coaching with Kelly two weeks ago. I was averaging about eight patients a week two weeks ago when I started coaching with her, and Now I'm averaging 16 patients a week literally in two weeks. It's insane. I tell everyone that I talk to about this. The biggest thing for me has been she has helped me a lot with my marketing and sales and, and I'm doing a lot better, mostly with phone calls with patients that call asking about questions. Kelly has it all laid out, every single question, every concern. She has a laid out script for how you can respond on the phone. And that's been huge because if we want to save all the pelvises in the world, that's great. But until we can get patients in the door, we need all the help we can get. So I started coaching with Kelly. The main reason was because I was stuck at around eight patients for the last couple months per week. And I was like, ah, should I take insurance? I was going back and forth and I just felt like personally it felt unethical to take insurance because I know it leads to a lot of surprise bills for patients. And I just felt like I couldn't do that. I knew I would feel a certain way, that I'd have to bill a certain way to be able to take insurance. So I think for the best patient outcomes, cash pay is the best. And Kelly has shown me that there is a way to make this possible. I'm in a lower income area, more of a rural setting, so I was just scared that this wasn't going to work out. I was going to have to take insurance. But Kelly has shown me that it's definitely possible and there's proof because in two weeks my business has exploded. So I'm so excited for the future. Kelly has it completely laid out. How many patients I need before I can start hiring an admin, how many more patients I need before I can start hiring a pt. She's got workshops and how to do what to say during different workshops. So everything's really set up for your success. And I would totally recommend Kelly, if you're ready to explode your business.
