Hi, I'm Erin Mullins. I have been working at an outpatient orthopedic clinic for a couple years now, and I'm overworked, burnout, underpaid, low job satisfaction, and I was getting desperate, and I had the support of my family. I have supported my husband, but it was not the same as finding this group. And I honestly did not know what I was signing up for. I was signing up for the Pelby Business or Pelvi Biz in person conference. Just because it's an hour away from me. I did not realize I would get such a support group from all of you ladies from Kelly. I'm so grateful that I found this. I didn't know that this was going to turn into this. I surprised myself. I quit my job. I signed up for Herman and Wallace Level one. I'm lymphedema certified, but I'm not set up to do it yet. But I'm taking the steps I feel that I was too fearful to do to start moving toward my own practice. So I'm internally grateful, and I'm really looking forward to gaining the knowledge and tools on where to go from. Thank you.
