In this coaching session, Kelly Alhooie guides participants on how to consistently book patients into full care plans. She emphasizes setting weekly booking goals (e.g., 7 out of 10 patients booked for a 12‑session plan) and reporting progress in a dedicated Facebook group. Kelly introduces a Sunday audit form that members fill out to identify gaps and plan next‑week actions. She highlights the group’s resource library—consent forms, session templates, and other tools—that participants can pull from to streamline their workflow. The core advice is to prioritize client scheduling above all else, using the community for accountability, support, and quick answers to recurring questions. Participants express excitement and appreciation for the supportive environment, and Kelly ends with a motivational push to "crush it" and keep her updated on progress.

Period. That's it. That's the goal this week.
Okay.
That's it. And then, and this is what the Facebook group is really good about. Okay. Now, hey Kelly, guess what? I booked 7 out of 10 patients out for a complete plan of care. I like, that's a goal. Like I need you to book them out for like 12 sessions. If they're like, you know, new. Okay, great. I did that. And then you're gonna tell me that in the Facebook group and then you're gonna be like, okay, now this week I want to focus on this. How do I, answer this question that I keep getting or whatever else. And then I'm like, gonna make you a video and I'll tell you so that way you're never stuck.
Yeah. Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
But update me because the more you can update me, I mean, I keep— I literally keep up with y'all's businesses. And you'll see on Sunday there's an audit form that goes out, it will have your name on it. And you go, you can go in there and fill it out. I prefer if you do that every single week. So you can start to also see where are the gaps and what you need to be doing the next week. It helps you audit.
Okay.
Okay. And it's in the Facebook group and it will just be posted and you'll see it.
Okay.
Okay. But, yeah, I mean, this is great. Just focus on the clients first, get them scheduled. That's the number one focus right now.
Okay.
Okay.
Yeah, I'm excited.
And then any of the resources that you need, you can pull from the library, the consent forms, like all that's there for you, the template of how to write a— Like, it's all there.
Yeah. Awesome. Okay.
You're gonna crush it. You're gonna crush it.
I cannot— No, I feel, I feel really excited and happy to have support because I think my husband is, I like using him as my sounding board and he's the teacher and he's like, I, it's like you're crushing it, but like super supportive, but like, yeah. And friends who own businesses too. It's like, I know a lot of them, but they have their own stuff going, you know, like it's—
Right.
They're like, oh, ask me questions. But like, I don't wanna, you know, unload everything. It's just like there's a limit to what I can ask.
So—
Yeah. And utilize the group. Everyone in the group is super supportive too. And be like, hey guys, I'm feeling this. Like Abby put in there, hey, I'm kind of feeling like this employee like really is blah, blah, blah. And everyone's like, oh, I feel that way too. And like, it just like, oh my God. People feel this way, thank God, you know.
Yeah, awesome.
So yeah, okay, well, go out, get— go get after it. Let's freaking crush it. Keep me updated.
