So the ability to change your energy in one second is the bus. It is the best success in business and life. That's exactly what he said. And if you could change your energy quickly, he said there's two different things of how you do that. Number one, it's movement. Number two, he said, it's psychology. And so he said, you got to do both. He's like, you got to work on both. I'm like, okay. And so what else did he say about it? He said, let's see here. He said, it's not about how many people follow you. It's about how many people you're able to influence. You, though, you have to first lead you. I was like, oh, that's good too. You have to first lead you. You have to learn how to trigger yourself. You have to know what already influences other people to get them to move. That's what he said. The state of your mind, body is in. If you're in a pissed off state. He's like, everyone's gonna feel it. So I don't care how bad you fake it, everyone's gonna feel it. He's like, so you've gotta learn how to shift your energy. He's like, change energy. You must move. He said, even something like clapping your hands, singing, those are two big things. Like, I was like, oh, this is why I love singing, because it helps, like, just get you in a better mood, you know, even putting on, you know, different lyrics and different things. Like, different songs have different beats and that gets you going. So he said, like, that's huge. So then he did this. I thought this was fascinating. So we did this exercise. He said, all right, you're going to meet three different people that are a waste of time. And so, you know, there's all these strangers in the room. There's over, like 7,000 people there. Turn around, you go up to one. Like, okay, let's just let this waste a time. So our body language, our shoulders go in, our head goes down. It's like, hi, nice to meet you. Our tone of voice is like, right, like, it's low. We got low energy. Our breath is kind of shallow. And then you kind of feel like your stomach being like the, you know, like you don't even want to be next to the person. And then he said, So then he said, let's see here. He said, you know, go into a high state of energy. High state of energy. Notice how my voice goes up. He's like, emotion is high. I talk faster. You got more emotion in your face. It kind of feels like, yay. The energy. Like, the energy is moving, it's pumping, and energy is created with motion. He said. So he's like, if you want to be long lasting, you got to keep moving. So he said singing and movement is the best way to get in a better state. And I would say that's so true. Singing feels good because you move your body parts, like, And your head bobbing, like, love it. Okay. He's like, the state that you're in affects everyone around you. So true. If you guys want to be a leader and you have a team and you got a lead, because all you guys, by the way, if you want time and money, you. You gotta be a leader. You gotta learn how to be a leader. And if you want that, you gotta show up like a freaking leader. So I thought that was a really interesting exercise where he, like, made us go and, like, be sad towards people, made us go and be happy, made us go to people and be like.
Hi, nice to meet you.
You're my best friend. And like, these are all strangers. People are hugging each other, people are crying with each other, People are singing to each other. And I'm like, what the hell is going on? But it just changed the energy of the room. It was insane. It was literally insane. I saw it in my bare eyes. I was like, what is going on? And by the way, when he came out on stage, I have never felt a room so energized to see him. We had glow sticks. People are standing on all the chairs. I mean, without even like hyping these people up, these people were just like, like, yay, Tony. I mean, it was. It was truly insane. I've never felt that kind of energy before. And I got a lot of energy. Like, I was just kind of mind blown by it all, to be honest. So that it was so interesting. And then I'm gonna leave you with this. He said, write down all the positive and negative emotions that you feel in a week. I thought this was a great exercise too. So you put positive emotions. What positive emotions have you felt? Like, oh, I felt like the sun on my face. And that felt good. Or someone told me how amazing I was this week. So, like, that felt good. And write it down and then write down all the negative emotions. Maybe you were frustrated, maybe you felt like you were not enough. Maybe you felt like you weren't supported. Maybe you feel like someone left a hateful comment on Instagram and you're like, man, you know all that. Notice what your body does, even when you think about that, right? And he basically was saying, okay, well, here's the question you'd ask yourself. What emotion could take over the negative? So if I felt frustrated, what could I replace that with? I could replace that with my passion. I could replace it with love. So now how would that change your life? And how would that make you follow through? If you felt more passion or more loved or you felt happier, wouldn't you be able to change your life? And I was like, yeah, true. If you got rid of the frustration and you just felt happy all the time, you would just be like, hell freaking, yeah, let's go. And so overall, I'm just going to kind of summarize the speech. Overall, it really made me think about how to shift your energy. And energy was the number one thing I felt like to have a happy life, energy really is, and even have a good business, be a good leader, impact people. Like, it was all things. It all came down to energy. And for those that know, I have a lot of energy, but, like, it was kind of insane, like, how powerful energy is. And I've always said that every time I have a trainer, I'm always. They're like, you want to lose weight? I'm like, no, I just want to have energy. Like, I've always said that my whole entire life. And I'm like, okay, this is like, insane because I've just been such an energy person in general, because I read people's energy like no one's business. If someone's energy is low, I can tell you immediately it's not going to be a good day. And I could be like, let's go. Like, I mean, I could read people. I could really, really read people. And I like high energy people because I vibe off them, you know? So anyways, very interesting, fascinating talk by Tony. You guys have never seen Tony. You should really go check him out. There's so much more to the story, but I'll end it there. It's fabulous and it was a really inspiring week and hope you guys get a chance to listen to him in person because it really was just amazing. It wasn't even so much what he said, it was just the energy of the people to see Tony Robbins was insane. It's literally insane. And I just got so much out of it just by being in the room with him. That's it.
