In this solo presentation, Kelly Alhooie explains how she discovered that she was applying the same underlying clinical method to a wide variety of pelvic‑health conditions—chronic pelvic pain, urinary leakage, pregnancy‑related issues, and more. Recognizing that the method, not the specific treatment, was the common thread, she realized she could group patients together and deliver the method via group coaching. She describes the “aha” moment when she mapped the method to a group format, ran a time‑audit, and saw the potential to solve systemic clinician pain points: limited time, burdensome documentation, low reimbursement, and burnout. Alhooie argues that patients now have AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity) that give them answers, but they still crave certainty and community—needs that one‑on‑one visits cannot fully satisfy. By moving to group coaching, clinicians can provide community, shared learning, and a scalable way to deliver a holistic method that addresses not only exercises (lengthening, strengthening) but also stress, diet, nutrition, supplements, relationships, work, and daily activities. She cites treating over ten thousand patients with a consistently high success rate, emphasizing that the method is reproducible and not dependent on any special practitioner, and that when patients receive the full, integrated solution they become satisfied, loyal customers.

And so what I realized is because I had a method, then I was like, well, I'm doing the same method for chronic pelvic pain person, a leakage person, a, um, uh, what else, a pregnancy person. I'm doing the same method. It doesn't mean I'm not— I'm doing the same thing, guys. It's a— I'm not doing the same thing. I'm doing the same method. I'm not doing the same treatment. It's different. Okay, so I started to realize, well, if I'm doing the same method, then everyone follows the method. So then if everyone follows the method, then why don't I group people together? Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding! That's when I was like, ah, group coaching. Those words came to my head— group coaching. Okay, well, let me put them together. And this is then when I started to do the math and started to do the problem solving and started doing the time audit and all that stuff. I was like, oh my gosh, all the stars freaking aligned. Like, this is freaking amazing. Like, this is amazing. And now I just need you all to do it because I figured it out. I feel like I broke the code of changing healthcare, and I'm on a mission to freaking change healthcare. For real, I really am, uh, because I feel like we— everyone complains about time, everyone complains about notes, everyone complains about, um, low pay, less reimbursement. So why don't we change it? Why don't we change it? And group coaching is the way. It's different. They have answers now. Patients have answers now in their pocket from ChatGPT and Perplexity. They can literally solve complex problems through an app. Why the heck would they want to come see you? Why? Because they want certainty. Guess what else they want? Community. Can you provide community when you have one-on-one in your box or one-on-one online? I mean, you could maybe online through like a Facebook group, right? But you're not getting community while you're in the session. They don't have anyone else to talk to and relate to, so they again feel that they are the only one that have— that has this problem. Everyone always thinks they're the only one that has this problem, and the reality is we know that's not the case. Because I've treated 10+ thousands of patients, okay, um, I could tell you the method has worked over and over, and I have very, very, very high success rate, and I'm not anyone special. I've implemented the method. And when you implement the method, then you get the results of what the patient is wanting. And when the patient gets what they want, the patient is a very satisfied customer, is very happy. And, and the method does not just consist of exercises, lengthening, strengthening. No, the method consists of Putting all the pieces of the puzzle when it talks about stress, diet, nutrition, supplements, uh, partners, relationships, activities they've been doing throughout the day, what their work is like, what their kids are like. All of that matters. It all matters. And that is part of the method.
