Let's talk about unlocking success and the formula that I believe most female entrepreneurs need to make sure that they are doing to just stay in the game and become successful. Now I think success can mean many different things and it could look very differently depending on what you are wanting out of your journey of entrepreneurship. A lot of times people start entrepreneurship, they're just looking for money quick wins all the things the true entrepreneurs are looking for impact.
Something that they can build that lasts for a long time and truly self development and always willing to learn. And that's okay. If at first that you're, you know, in it for the money, that's okay. But eventually it will start to become something else. And so I think the, I don't think I have realized and come to realize the true success does not come from a business tactile module or more con ed. It actually comes from you developing yourself. And this is why Pelby Biz is just set at such a high standard, which is why we cost more. Because I truly believe if I can just elevate the version that you're already bringing me and we can.
Evolve a newer version of you that is so much better than already how amazing you are. Everything else will 2 to 3 to 4x in your life. And so I feel like as a coach in the entrepreneur space and truly like formulating something of.
Making people successful, number one is actually getting them the results that they're looking for. A lot of my clients want to get out of student loan debt and make money. So we do that for them. You know, we make them 22k on average. If they're with us per month more than what they come in at, you know, if they're with us for a year and they're committed to the, you know, they're committed and doing the thing.
I can also say that what we also do, which I feel like is successful, is we are able to create an asset and get them to be able to pull themselves out of the business. And to me that's even more successful than making the money. It's them being able to spend time with their family, them getting time back with their spouse, then getting time back for themselves to get themselves right. And the biggest hack that I could give you of being an entrepreneur is self care and you taking care of you.
I remember my colleagues told me for four years straight, Kelly, you're gonna die because you're not taking care of yourself. I'm like, yeah, yeah, whatever. I'm just gonna focus on the business. That's it. But what I realized is, holy shit, they were right. They were right.
But I was just able to push through so long, so long, so long. Thinking it had no effect. I was Superwoman. But the reality is, it mentally took a toll, it physically took a toll. It emotionally took a toll. Because I was. I was thinking I was trying to take care of that by. I hired a chef and a personal trainer and a psychologist, and I thought I was taking care of it, but I wasn't actually.
Creating space to allow growth to happen. I was going through the motion. There's a difference. But I wasn't truly, intentionally working on myself. I was just like, well, I need the chef, because, like, I don't have time, so I'm just gonna put the chef on, rather than saying, I have the chef so I can intentionally eat well so that I can decrease inflammation and be able to have more energy that's more intention focused, versus I'm just doing it because I want to spend more time in my business. Do you see the difference? And for me and for a lot of other people, it's about, well, what's the thing that's going to help me in the business? What's the next thing that's going to help me? What's the shiny little object? And it's not about that. It's about leveling you up, having you actually change your mindset to say, I'm committed to being different. I'm committed to actually going and taking care of myself every single morning, no matter how I feel. It doesn't matter how I feel. And then that goes to. Then leads on to emotional resilience. I call this being able to control your emotions when things piss you off, when things aren't going your way, when you're, you know, when the client volume is going down, can you still show up and be like, all right, I got this, like, team, we're going to get after it. Are you going to show up like, you guys suck and you guys get out of here because we can't do anything. Like, that's the difference. And so you want to be able to learn emotional resilience so that you can take yourself and your family to the next level, so that you're not snapping at your kids, you're not snapping at your spouse, that you're able to take what you have learned about yourself and then enhance that to grow the business. That. That's key. And. And so the. The part of being an amazing entrepreneur and being able to create something that's going to last forever is Actually implementing it in real life, not just business. And that is the beauty of truly true entrepreneurship is someone that's always seeking learning and always seeking development and always wants to grow and be the best. That's true entrepreneurship at its finest. And so if you're looking to unlock success and entrepreneurship, the number one thing I can advise you to do is keep investing in you. That's going to the gym. That's maybe hiring on someone for meal prep. That's you maybe hiring on a therapist, like mentally. That's actually you taking time to invest in yourself. Invest in time with group meetups where you're going to go meet other people that are like you. Invest time in coaching because that's going to elevate you to get you unblocked of things that maybe you didn't even realize was a block. So when we're talking about success, it's all about doing things and being comfortable every single day of your life and being able to just keep putting one step forward, even if it feels uncomfortable. And always being willing to try, always being willing to go outside the comfort zone, always be willing to say, you know what? I'm taking care of me first before anyone else. My team, anyone else. You got to put you first. And for most females, they. That is super hard. I know it's very hard for me to do, but if you can master that, if you can master leading you first, you win entrepreneurship. But you have to lead you first on the things that you need to take care of before you start taking care of everyone else. And if you can do that, you stay in the game for however long you want. You're going to get whatever you want out of it. That's truly it. So to me, the number one success is. Is all about you. Can you lead yourself? That's it. I want, I want to leave you with that question today. Are you actually leading yourself to become the best version of you? That's it.
