In this solo presentation, Kelly Alhooie outlines a practical social‑media marketing framework. She first stresses the need for daily, consistent posting to keep the audience aware, but clarifies that sales are generated in direct messages (DMs), not from the posts themselves. To streamline content creation, she introduces a proprietary AI bot that can generate copy, select images, and auto‑post, eliminating the need for tools like Canva or elaborate video production. She then highlights the importance of an internal lead‑management system to track DM conversations, follow‑up, and prevent prospects from slipping away. Beyond organic reach, Alhooie discusses external tactics such as workshops and paid advertising, recommending ads only for businesses that can answer inbound calls within five to sixty seconds—citing statistics that delayed responses waste up to 80% of leads. Finally, she compares Google Ads and Facebook Ads, noting that Google typically yields higher‑intent, hotter leads because users actively search for solutions.

Now, that's just one way to do marketing. The next thing is social media. As you guys know, you must be posting consistently. I believe daily, okay? I believe every single day you should be posting, and basically when you post, all it's doing is saying, "Hi, I'm here, remember me, pay attention to me." That's it. The DMs is where all the sales happen, so don't think you're gonna post and you're gonna get a sale. The DMs is, is huge. So the front-end marketing is what post are you creating that's attracting your ideal client or speaking to them so that they say, yes, me too, and they start to relate to you. And we have created the first ever, that I know of, AI bots that actually can create the post with your head, your images, whatever you want, um, your writing, and it will actually do the posting for you and take care of your social media. And it's the first time ever that it's gonna save you tons of time, effort, energy. No Canva use, no hair and makeup if you don't want to. If you want normal videos, we can use, you know, normal videos like from your iPhone, that's fine too. But basically it handles all the behind the scenes so that you can post, get people in the door, get people to say, "Oh, I remember them, let me call them." And And then in the DMs, that is more of the internal system of what do you have when someone follows you? Are you reaching out to them? What does that look like? Are you having these conversations? Okay. How are you keeping track of that? Most of you guys are not keeping track of any of it. And so then these clients and customers get lost. And so that, that's huge. You know, that's more internal. Uh, there another external thing thing. Again, I talked about social media, I talked about workshops. Another external, um, factor that you can do besides social media is you can do ads. Um, and I recommend only for the clients that are ready for it, meaning that they can answer the phone in less than 60 seconds or less. Otherwise, you're wasting money on ads. There are stats that if you cannot answer your phone in less than 5 seconds or less, there's an 80% chance that you will not get that lead. Even if they filled out a form on your ad and everything. So that means you're wasting money. So unless you have that dialed in, I recommend not running ads. Okay. But that is a form externally to help build your caseload. Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Google Ads typically outperform Facebook Ads because they're hotter clients, because they're going to Google and specifically saying, hey, I have this problem, can you help me? And so that's key. They're not necessarily saying that on Facebook. Okay.
