Day 286 copy of Kenny. You know what's even scarier than what we did to our studio today is what we did to our studio for the Halloween cell. Let's take a look. And then we're going to take a look at how scary it is learning to hover.
All this work to the new studio, getting it. So beautiful, so cool. And look what you did. We destroyed it. No, not really. We didn't destroy it, but no fun. We had so much fun for Halloween last year. I mean, we had the most fun we've ever had. And going on eight years now, helicopter land, ground school, we had so much dang fun. Ow. And all good fun. This is what it may look like when you first start learning to hover. But don't feel bad because it happens to everybody. You're gonna have a moment or two where it looks good and then all of a sudden you're gonna go, whoa, whoa. And then you're gonna be all over the place. That's because the helicopter acts like a pendulum. Due to that pendulum action, you're going to over control. Because in the very beginning, that's just nature. That's just how it is. What we do as you're learning is we give you the pedals for a little bit and then the collective for a little bit and then the cyclic for a little bit. And then we'll let you start putting those together and you're going to have those moments where it's going to look pretty good. And then again, because of that pendular action, pretty soon you're going to be whoop, whoop. And you're going to be all over the place. Some people only takes a few hours. Some people it might take five or six or seven. Some people it might take even more. So don't get scared and don't stress over it. Just know that you got to keep working through it. And sometimes when you're watching, when you're the instructor outside watching another instructor or watching somebody first getting a lesson, you're like, oh, my God, what are they doing? Oh, my God, what's going to go on? Are they going to crash? It just looks really bad a lot of the time. It's really amazing. So just know that when you're learning how to hover, it Is a little scary at first. Takes you a little time, but you will get it. You just have to stick with it and keep after it. And pretty soon you'll be looking like this. Look at that. You will get there where you have nice hover going, a nice height, stopping, clearing and telling your turn or clearing your turn.
