A short training safety tip by Kenny Keller (uploaded April 29, 2013) advising pilots of Robinson R22/R44 helicopters to never carry external loads unless using a proven, approved hook and to avoid attaching anything to the outside of the helicopter. Also warns to secure loose articles in the cabin — especially when doors are removed — because small objects can damage the tail rotor if they come loose in flight.
