I get this question often from my online ground school members and members of the general public asking me about how I did it and these ideas that they have for starting their own online business. I'm Kenny Keller, the creator of Helicopter Online Ground School and author of the Amazon bestseller Helicopter Checkride. In my Helicopter Online Ground School, we have a membership site and I'm getting ready to break 500 members worldwide. And that is incred. I went live March 1, 2012 with my helicopter Online Ground School. It's online training, an online membership site. And I can tell you, three and a half years later, it's absolutely amazing. I had a vision, I had a dream, I had an idea and I've turned it into reality. So due to the people that have come forward or people that have emailed me or called me and said, oh man, hey, I want to teach people how to be a flight paramedic or I want to teach them how to do this or all kinds of things across the board. And the beauty is, no matter what it is you're wanting to teach, whatever you are an expert at or authority on, you can use basically the same system that I've used and I've learned from trial and error how to make it work. In this new membership site, we have five modules of training and I walk you through step by step. Basically what I did from the first day, I took a little flip video camera and set it up on top of a cereal box and did a video with my whole entire head in the camera. The most horrible video of all time. Well, I've learned a few things since then. I've spent hundreds, thousands of hours over three and a half years. Basically about five years ago when I started building the first online training that I have out there. Now I am a helicopter pilot and instructor and I help people learn the ground knowledge, the things that they have to know to become a helicopter pilot. For all ratings, private commercial instructor. And the need for online training is just, it's growing.
