Short YouTube ground-school clip by Kenny Keller introducing the three stages of a thunderstorm (Cumulus, Mature, Dissipating). The presenter stresses that examiners commonly ask this on pilot checkrides (private, Part 135, EMS) and urges viewers to memorize the sequence; the clip closes with a call to action and a preview of a 30-day video series.
Starting off, we're going to do the three stages of a thunderstorm. I'll pretty much guarantee you about 99.9% chance that he's going to ask you on the private pilot checkride. An examiner might ask you on a 135 checkride. If you're flying EMS, they're going to ask, what are the three stages of a thunderstorm? Cumulus mature and dissipating. So commit those to memory so that you'll always know it. Any checkride they ask, Boom. Cumulus mature, dissipating. So stay tuned for the next 30 days for 30 more short videos on the helicopter 3s.
