You can get of course your weather briefings, you can get weather info, ATC clearances, they assist lost aircraft. You can get a DF steer if you're lost. There's a whole bunch of things that flight service provides to you and you get those on 122.2 is the common number for flight service frequency. Now Flight Watch is basically for weather. You can get weather information, you can give pilot reports which they encourage. If you go out flying and you run into some unforecasted weather that might be pertinent to other pilots are going to be flying through the area. They really appreciate you calling in and giving reports on 122.0. So short and sweet to the point guys get confused last minute and stumble on a checkride.
