HOGS is adding an R22 helicopter to their Indiana flight school starting in December. A local member is donating the aircraft, and Kenny Keller says training will begin once paperwork clears. Book signing November 11.

We're going to add R22 available for our final approach courses. Many of you know we've been doing final approach courses in the R44 for the last year and a half. And as of yesterday, one of our local ground school members is purchased in R22 and he immediately approached me and said, hey, I want to make this thing available to you to use at your Indiana location to do final approach courses. So one thing we're doing for the winter this is getting ready to leave and go down to Vegas for a book signing. If you don't know yet November 11th, let us know if you'd like to join us for the book signing. And so just as we had that planned out, again, we're doing final approach courses in Las Vegas for the winter this year. So now we're gonna have an R22, but that will be based here in Indiana. So if you are interested in flying the R22 for a final approach course, we're going to open those up. The member that's buying the R22 is doing the paperwork now. He's going to go get it within a week or two and it will be available for some training. And we're planning on starting the FACS in December in the R22. So if you're interested you can reach out to Heather at 574-767-1797 and we could get you a scheduled to do a final approach course in the R22. And it's kind of exciting because a lot of people have asked for that, right? And this is all we've had so far. So when this member approached us this members again local area, he's done one checkride with us HOGS super fan and a friend. So he decided he wanted to make it available to us to use here at hogs.
