Kenny Keller announces H.O.G.S. is expanding to Las Vegas with new one-day training sessions, a mountain flying course in the R44, and team-building events. Instructor Taz Chrisman, 2018 Flight Instructor of the Year, will lead sessions. Book signings start November 11.
So the Robinson R44, the yellow R44 that's normally here is in the air right now over Arizona working its way to Las Vegas with Taz Dan, Taz Chrisman and one of our time builders named Jason. He bought the entire trip all the way to Las Vegas. Build time on the way. And we just did our 18th final approach course and it's our first one in the Robinson R22. It arrived Friday. Today's Wednesday and we've already. And we did a CFI today and tomorrow we're doing an SFAR sign off instructor sign off for one of our past FAC customers who did commercial and cfi. Oh because I didn't mention. Oh Hunter who just passed his checkride. We all took pictures. We're all wearing a new Hogs zip hoodie. Brand new to all of us. We've always had the pullovers. And Hunter got one of these today when he got back after his check ride. Oh yeah, I was supposed to do the whole spin. Well, you can leave this in. I was supposed to do the whole spin. While I was talking I forgot. And we're all getting ready to go home. It's late in the day, we're tired, been a long week pulling off this last checkride. And we just want to give you an Update that the R44 is within a few hours. We'll be in Vegas. The book signings November 11th. So what's going on? We're getting ready to. You're going to be hearing us talk about Hogs Vegas a lot. We're going to talk about the final approach courses that are happening in Vegas with Taz Chrisman and myself depending on what you need and when you would need one. But we've already, we're already scheduling stuff down there. We are going to be introducing a day with Taz where if you want to go to Las Vegas, spend a day with 2018 of the 2018 flight instructor of the Year, Dan Christman. Dan is a wealth of knowledge, retired lieutenant colonel from the Air Force. He's flown everything under the sun, been flying helicopters for A long time. He started out as a hogs member to do his helicopter add ons. Taz is a wealth of information. So we're going to have a one day package. You want to spend the day with Taz? We'll have the same thing available for me as well. Checkrides now in the R22 as we just mentioned, our first one just finished today. Team building executive events. We brought in a group of people, corporate executives and did an evening cookout in the grill and went out for karaoke. And the next day they did some corporate planning and used our hog's wall for put on some presentations. Then we gave 10 of them intro flights in the afternoon. And these people loved it so much that they're talking about it and they're spreading the word. And we've decided to put these on not just here in Indiana, but we're going to put those on in Vegas because these people have connections to a lot of employees in Vegas and they're like, we put stuff up in Vegas all the time. Can we do it down there? And then we had an offer from another good friend of ours and a flight school in California if you'd like to do an F, A C or a time building. Not time building. Well, you could do some time building but Southern California, we're going to offer final approach courses and also the team building executive experience. Oh yeah, and then something else we just dreamed up. Taz got here a few days ago as we mentioned already. They were getting ready to leave and it came up in our conversation. We were talking about flying in the mountains and Taz introduced me to that six or eight years ago and I'm like we should do a mountain course. And Taz is like, yeah, absolutely we should. So we're also putting together a mountain flying course with taz in the R44 that's going to be offered in Vegas as well. So not only do we do that, we do helicopter online ground school. This thing where we help you get through your ratings will help you with the knowledge. This has just been kind of an added thing that we've done in the past two years with the final approach courses. But don't forget that we are helicopter online ground school.
