Kenny Keller unveils the H.O.G.S. Wall of Fame, a digital honor roll for helicopter pilots. All right, we're getting right to it. This is the new digital Hogs wall of fame. We'll continue to make changes because, you know, we're always changing things up, making them better. But there you go, Everybody. This is CFI. CFI 2 are all on that screen. We have the instrument pilot rolling on this screen. We have the new fancy schmancy hogs neon logo in the middle. We have commercial rolling over here, which we're going to switch that because for anybody it's best to start and do Private, then do your instrument, then do your commercial, then do your cfi. But that's okay. So here's a look. So there's the commercial pilot and we're going to get ready and we're going to roll through these here in just a minute after you get done hearing me talk. So that's the new digital wall of Fame. As you know, we're super proud of this, but it was full and we're going to downsize all the pictures and we thought we're just going to run out of space again. So what we're going to roll for you right now is everybody that's on that's been previously on the Hogs Wall of Fame. And we're adding Steven Carlson, who was our sixth final approach customer. We just finished up Steven last week. Initial Private, he was number six. We've done six ratings this summer in the R44. And then we've got. Who else did we add today? We had somebody else to Private, didn't we? Yes. Who did we add today? Brad Scott. Brad Scott got add to Private. Is that it? So we should see him up here. So as we let these roll through, we'll throw in some music. We want everybody to see that they're up here. If we missed you, we'll get you up here now because we maybe we missed an email through the years or we had 300 pictures up here that we had to copy and we went through and found the original photos because the photos were, as you can imagine, deteriorate over time. Anyway, we've spent several months now rebuilding this so that everybody gets to see yourself. And before I start rolling that, we're approaching Labor Day weekend, we got specials going on on Private Pilot, Smoking hot deal, cheap as it's been in two years on a yearly. And there's also some pros down there and there's offers available on all of them right now. So we're going to go ahead, I'm going to step away and you can kind of zoom in on that, Heather. And we are going to roll through every single person in the private pilot HOGS Wall of Fame. Sorry, I was eating some Cheetos. So there you go. That was everybody. Everybody that's currently in the private pilot. So we're going to show you coming up over the next three days. Tomorrow we'll do all the instrument people and then the next day we'll do all the commercial people and then the next day we're going to do all the cfi. So there you go. And then don't remember or don't remember remember behind me over here. Look at that sexy dude sitting there. This thing has been pretty much flawless. We've got a member coming for two and a half hours and then we got FAC number seven coming now right before our 100 hour mid September. And then we have a hundred hour and then we have Dave Faulkner coming for two days or three days. He has 1800 hours in R44s. He's gonna go out with me and show me some tricks and things he's learned instructing the last 1800 hours. And then Todd Ketterman is coming back the end of the month for CFI number eight. So that will be eight ratings we've done between May, June, July, August, September. Not bad. And there's the new Hogs Wall of Fame digital, easy to update. And yes, we're going to have. We have like four or five new members we've added since we tore the old wall apart. So we've got, we're going to highlight everybody this week that's getting added that has sent a picture in the last couple of weeks. So we'll be adding all of you and we'll name those people. So everyone's going to get a chance to see themselves up there. We're super proud of it. And I'm not say it's 100%, but it's pretty, it's, you know, we're always growing, changing, building, making better and how can I show you the homey area here? So just so you understand what's been working out so well. Okay, here's where we sit and do ground. All right, so right there we sit down, we pull out our stuff, you know, pts, everything we need is here. You bring your stuff too, but I have backups. We sit down and day one we just start going through the paperwork. It's a nice laid back setting. And then over here is our log for our daily log for logging our flights, our oil, our paper towels, fire extinguisher, maintenance records. They're right there in the cabinet. We grab them, boom. We sit back down, go through the maintenance records, put them back in, and then we need the poh. Boom. Jump over there, grab the poh, pull it out, come over, sit down, look up, what we need to look up, and we're at the poh. It goes back in the helicopter. And then of course, down there on the other end is our bathroom, shower, our main studio area. Everything's right here. And then I'm wrapping my cord around here. When we go out, we just push out the door. I mean, this thing, we got the easy wheels. Thank gosh, they talked me into buying those. We move this thing out in like 30 seconds and we push it out, we call them for fuel. Those guys dispatch like fire and ems. Boom. They're right outside. We get the fuel, we fire up, we go in the pattern, we start training, going round and round. Everything you need is here. This is a one off experience. Nobody has left unhappy. Everybody has left with their helicopter rating and they've all been HOGS members. Okay, this is part of the deal is you get inside the HOGS site and you go through the videos. We do a couple zooms ahead of time. So I'm going through the zooms with you and we're going. Okay, let's get the PTS out. Do you have this? Do you have that? Okay, now let's go through the requirements. Solo time. Tell me, show me how long was your cross country. You got to make sure that stuff is right. So much emphasis we put here on pts, all the books, all the requirements, everything that you got to have. And this is where a lot of people are lacking. I'll say it. My examiner says there's a lot of bad instructing going on out there. And it's a fact. Right? There's a lot of bad instruction going on out there and there's a lot of good instruction as well. Okay. I mean, that's part of it and great for those of you that are doing it right and flight schools that do it right, great. It's the way it should be. There's a lot of places that aren't doing it that way. And we're hearing every day the problem with examiner shortage around the country. People can't get a checkride in. So sometimes it's not the flight school specifically. You might be happy with the training you're getting. You might be happy with your instructor. You just can't get a dang checkride because of the examiner's not available or you got too many students on the schedule and you can't get in. And we hear every horror story there is. We hear them all. That's why we've created what we created here. It's my 22 years of experience of beating my head against the wall, number one as a student felon. The first time struggling through all my ratings, getting my first job, 9, 11 happening. That puts a damper on my first job a month into it. World changed then and then all along the way. Financial problems, my helicopter accident right when I got to 2,000 hours, you know, oh, hell, there goes my career, right? I've been through all the stumbling blocks and I've taught in a ton of different aircraft. I've beat my head against the wall for 22 years getting people check rides because this is what I do and it's what I'm passionate about. So we can get you done. Go down below for specials. Private pilot, commercial pilot, instrument pilot, cfi, all of the ratings links down below. Grab those specials. We went back to discounts from like two years ago. Crazy discounts ending Labor Day. So that's all I got for now. Peace out.
