Kenny Keller demonstrates using Animoto to create short video intros as part of his "How To Build Your Online Business" series. He explains that Animoto has free and paid tiers, describes the quick workflow (add titles and pictures, preview, then produce), and shows a live example he built in roughly five minutes. He mentions paying about $29/month for the paid plan, notes Camtasia and other options as alternatives, and transitions back to teaching about selling information products online.

Foreign. Now we're going to talk about video intros. I wish I would have started doing intros a long time ago. There's a tool called Animoto that I use. You can use Animoto for free. It's limited with the amount of things that you can do and how long the videos could be. The intros can be, but you can always step up to the paid version later. I have the paid version so I can create a little bit longer. And I. Right now I'm paying about $29 a month, I think, so. Depends on my stuff I'm building. I might get the membership, use it for a couple months and then I'll back down to the free when I'm not doing quite so much filming or not creating as many videos. And I'm also talking a little bit about screen recording while I do this. So this is the button I was talking about before. This is where you webcam on, webcam off, pick your audio mic right here and then you click record button when you're ready to record. I have the laptop hooked up to the flat screen via a HDMI cable. So I'm just switching the mouse from the laptop back up to the screen. So we're going to start recording. So I'm now actually recording the screen on the laptop. So right here is the video intro that I just created for you. And I did this in about no longer than probably five minutes, if even that. This thing is so cool and just real simply. I'll edit this one so I can show you what I did. I made it in a big hurry just so I could build something to show you. And it came out actually pretty good. Here I have a title. Build your online Business by Kenny Keller. I inserted two pictures, inserted another title, pulled up two more pictures from files, put in another title, and then just clicked Preview video. That's all you do. And the cool thing is you can click Preview video. Takes just a few seconds for it to load. When it comes up, you can see what your video is going to look like. So you can see the video, see what it looks like. If you decide you like it, you just go ahead and produce. Or if you want to go back and edit, you just click Continue Editing and it takes you back. And you can go in here, click on the little settings button and you can delete it, you can change it. You can also take and move these around. You want to slide one and move it over here. Whatever you want to do. It's really neat. You add pictures, you can add video. You can pick your own music or pick different music songs from the program. And that's really it. There is no big secret to making these intros, so they really are fun to make. You know, you can be as creative as you want to be. Again, I created that in less than five minutes. And once I watched it, the random music that came up with it was pretty good. It fit. I just grabbed some pics that were in a file and boom, it was done. So that is my trick for intros. You can also be creative and build intros in Camtasia if you want. There's probably some other programs out there you can use. I'm sure there's tons of them. Why am I using Animoto? I don't know. It's just the one that somewhere along the way it popped up and I've been having really good luck with it. During hovering flight. Also called tail rotor drift, it's one of the three T's that everybody screws up. Effective translational lift, transverse flow effect and transit. So you want to learn about an online business selling your information product online? That's what we're here to talk about. I'm going to show you all kinds of cool stuff and I'm going to tell you this.
