Hey, it's Kenny with helicopter land ground school. We're going to give you a quick overview of how simple the course is to use and how to work through it. But first we want to show you four new people going up on the Hogs wall of fame. And we'll be right back to how our system works. So Heather's putting up four more pictures on the Hogs wall of fame. We got things moved around here as we're moving some different aircraft in and out. Got some different things going on. So we have Jordan first up, certified flight instruments instructor. He's going up first. Then we have Brandon, brand new private pilot. Nick, another brand new private pilot. And Omar, another brand new private pilot. As the Hogs wall continues to fill up. We've almost done with this panel now. This would be the fifth panel full. And then we've got panel six. Gus has some space. And then we're going to be on to panel number seven, over. Probably approaching 300 people now in the Hogs Wall of fame. Okay, so first thing, if you're brand new member, when you log in at the top of the page, there'll be a blue button where you can download our app. Okay. This works on all devices, computers, phones, iPads, any device. But there's a mobile app as well. You'll see it as a brand new member. You'll see that link at the top of the page. That's how you download the app. Okay. And then you've got resume course button right here. So no matter where you're coming from, you can even switch devices and resume course is going to take you back to wherever you were. Right. So this just took me to video lesson number three. That's where I was at the last time I was actually viewing videos. So let's back up and go to the beginning. This is designed for you to work through the whole entire course step by step. Some people ask, well, I'd like to jump around. If you just choose to jump around, then you're going to have to keep track of yourself, where you're going to go and what you want to do. Right. Because this isn't the way it's really designed. Not saying you can't do it, but that's your choice if you decide not to go through the course step by step. So know that there's 18 lessons alone in private pilot in on. I'm currently on a desktop. Okay, so you see here, lesson one through ten. Down here is a page one, page two. So here's how you would go to the other remaining 18 lessons, plus downloads, plus the private pilot, written test preparation. People ask about all that or ask about that often. It's at the end of the course, it's right here. And there's a video explaining how to use it. So that's where you find the written test. Practice. And again, we recommend you go through all the course first to get the most benefit. We want you to go through all of the training and then take the written test. If you decide to jump ahead, that is your choice. It's not how we really designed it. Because as you're going through the course, we're going to point out things to you that are related to private pilot. So let's look at lesson one, getting started. Okay, real simply here, this is lesson one as of today. This could change tomorrow with the content that's in here because we're always updating content. This is lesson one. So here are the lessons. You see 1, 2, 3, 4, and then there's a quiz. So if you look over here to the right, when you're brand new, none of this is all going to be blank. Over here, me, as I work through this and check videos. This video's got a check mark. It means I've completed it. This one has a check mark, means I've completed it. This one, I've apparently been through most of it. This shows you how much of the video is completed. Then this one's completed again. So you work through the course, click on the first one and there's an autoplay. So when this video gets it to the end, about 18 seconds later, video number two is going to come up. So you can just go through them step by step. Or if you get to the end of number one, you just click on number two and number two video will come up. So you can either do autoplay or you can just stop. Go, hey, I'm going to stop there, I'm going to eat supper. I'm going to come back and pick up video number three in a little bit. Okay? So you just lesson one, go through the videos. Lesson two, go through the videos. It's that easy. Now let's go back and look at these check marks. Because people often say, well, I've been through the course, but I want to go back through again. How do I mark things uncompleted? Or I want to go back to a certain section. I don't want it marked as complete. So you can see right here, I've completed that video. Let's click on it if you know you want to come back to review a video, click right here. See where it says complete. This is telling us that I've completed that video. When I click complete now, it says mark as complete. Okay, so let me go back and I'll probably have to refresh. But then that check mark should go away. Okay. It shows the video's been viewed but it's not completed. So this is how you would know that. Hey, I want to go back and watch this video again. The check mark means you're done, you've completed it, you don't feel like going back. However, we recommend you go through every video of all 18 lessons. The people who ace their checkrides tell us they go through every video at least once. Some people go through them two to three times. And of course it all depends on how well you retain information, how fast you're going through these, how much you're doing per week. But again, we recommend step by step every video, do what it takes, complete all the videos and take the written test. At the end when you've completed everything, you choose to jump around. That's your choice. It's not how it's designed. And you might miss some golden nuggets of things that you really need to know to keep you safe in the helicopter and pass your oral test and pass your written test. So we recommend you doing the entire course. So that was a quick overview of how to use helicopter line ground school. You can sign up for a membership 30 day, no hassle money back guarantee.
