Private Pilot Membership Summer 2016 Helicopter Online Ground School

A 2016 promotional/overview video by Kenny Keller describing the Crater Helicopter (Kenny Keller) online helicopter ground school for private pilots. Keller summarizes the training curriculum (about 20 lessons, expanding to ~22), demonstrates site features (progress-tracking bars, device-optimized site, member library/store), and explains membership tiers: Private, Commercial (includes Private + original modules 1–10), and CFI (includes Commercial + Private + original modules). He emphasizes lifetime membership (site launched March 1, 2012), a 30-day 100% money-back guarantee, aircraft-specific add-ons (Robinson R22, R44, instrument content), upgrade policies, and contact methods (email and SMS).

Are you working on your helicopter private pilot rating and overwhelmed by this great big pile of information in front of you? Books, apps, this and that. Well, that's what we're here to help you with. I'm Kenny Keller, the Crater Helicopter Airline Ground school and I'm going to give you a quick look at the private pilot ground school membership that we have for you. Summer 2016. If you just take a look around our site or around any of our sites, anywhere you can see our customer testimonials. They're all real. Our members are having great success with their check R. I want to read one to you. Just came in last night, summer 2016 and this gentleman's been with us for quite a while. He is a member of Our original modules 1 through 10 which is included with the private pilot membership at this time. You get both our original training and the new private pilot training. And I was excited because he sent me a message last night. Hi Kenny. I took my checkride this weekend and passed on my first try. My biggest problem was you had me so prepared that I began to answer the questions before the examiner finished his sentence. About five questions regarding the R44, he started to go off on tangents and ask questions about fixed wing aircraft. I think I knew more than him. Thanks for all the help. That's real testimonial. This is the kind of things that we get. Again, I'm saying our testimonials are all real. You can see them in our awesomeness report which is available under the store on our page. It's a free section. You can go ahead and take a look at and read first hand what our members are saying. So this is about how we can help you get through all this information. I failed my first checkride back in the late 90s and I'm like most of you out there, you know, I was overwhelmed by the information, thought I was ready, instructor thought I was ready. And then once the pressure of the checkride was on, I failed and the examiner was even fair, even stopped the test a couple times. Let me calm down, go outside, talk a little bit, come back in and I still failed the checkride. And it was just due to that pressure of the overwhelming of sitting across the table answering the questions to someone that you don't really know who you know knows the answer and you're trying to prove to this person you have the answ. It's not an easy task. So I built helicopter land ground school. Went live with it March 2012 and now we have under the private Pilot section. I'm going to give you a look here real quick is right now we have 20 different lessons. It's going to end up about probably 22 when we're done and we go right through with an introduction. We go to general aerodynamics, aerodynamics of flight, helicopter flight controls, and the list goes right on down the line. We took the training that we called our practical test standards and basically took everything that we had reorganized it into lessons. And we're also adding in new content as we are with all of our sections, private, commercial and cfi. So we have a new system that we launched just this past winter. I'm going to give you an example here by clicking on one of the aerodynamic sections. So this is cool as I can show you how the progress tracking works. I occasionally watch the videos and I always updating and so once I update a new video until I watch it, it's not going to show this blue bar right here. So as you're working through the presentations, you can look right down here to see whether you've covered that video or not. You see the full blue line if you've made it through the entire video. These if, say I made it through half of this one, you would see half the blue line. So you can quickly come back in, work through it step by step and see what have I watched and what have I not watched yet. And of course you can always go back and watch, you know, the same video as many times as you want. But this is handy for somebody going through the whole progress of training or process of training, getting ready for the check ride. It's very quick and easy to tell in this section how much stuff have I covered. Again, we're continually building and adding to these sections more and more new content all the time. We're really proud of it. We're really proud of the fully optimized site so that no matter what device you're on, you'll be able to navigate pretty much across devices. It changes only a little bit. It's not that hard to figure out once you get in there and start using it. You work through each category and each category has specific lessons under that category that go through step by step. Next, I want to mention that we have three basic memberships. Private, commercial and certified flight instructor. And within these sections you can add Robinson R22 specific, Robinson R44 specific or instrument specific information if you'd like to to get aircraft specific information to help you prepare for the checkride emergencies, limitations, you know, things about the aircraft that you need to know for the checkride and therefore you need to know to be a safe and prudent pilot. Another important note is if you're just going for private pilot and that's all that you're ever going to need, you're good to go with private pilot. If you want to be a commercial pilot and or cfi, you get the private pilot along with the commercial pilot. If you decide to go for the commercial pilot membership, that includes the private pilot membership, that includes our original modules 1 through 10, our original training. Same thing with the certified flight instructor. If you want to go for cfi, that does include commercial, that does include private, and that does include original modules 1 through 10. So the best value is going to be to go for the CFI if you're wanting to go the professional pilot route because most everybody gets their cfi, starts building their time and of course if you want to upgrade later, you can always contact me. If you want to go for the private now and then you want to upgrade later, whatever the cost difference would be, just email me and I could upgrade you to that. There's no actual upsell in the site to move you to the next membership, but I can certainly take care of that for you. Our training is a lifetime membership. Has been since we launched March 1, 2012. We may change that at some point in the future. Jury is still out on that one. But as of right now it is a lifetime membership. So once you join, you keep the information. So if it takes you six months to get your rating or a year and a half to get your rating, or two years to get your rating, I know one guy's been working on rating for five years. The training will be here for you. So yes, it's lifetime membership. We also offer a 100% money back guarantee. We've had that in place since the very beginning back in 2012. We honor that. It's no hassle, money back, 30 days. You go in, you try the training out. If it's not for you, just not what you were looking for. It's a simple request for refund. There's no hassle. I don't bug you and go, oh my God, what didn't you like? Or why didn't you want it? Very simple, you just request a refund through email and I refund your money. That's it. But you have to notify me before the 30 days is up. So if you'd like to go with the private pilot membership, we do have over here on the right private pilot membership, straight out for just the private pilot and you can add the R22, the R44 or I'll slide this up for you. Down here is the NSTROM specific section so you can add any one of those to the private pilot membership. Then when you click the purchase, offer something else I want to important I want to show you. So this is on the checkout page. What I want to show you is make sure you click yes. Add me to your mailing list so we can email you with training updates as we add videos. As we update older videos, you need to click that so that we can notify you when we have these updates. And I already mentioned you have the 100% guarantee. So that is the basics of our memberships as of summer 2016. Again, we're always adding, we're always updating, we're always building more new training for our members. We continue to build the site through member feedback. That's how we make the site better. It just is amazing. You know how many people we've been able to help. We can help you in the same manner. You know this is training that you can consume at home. You know, while eating cereal at home in your pajamas. You know it's you can log in anytime from any device. You do have to be online in order to view the training, but in this day and age there's not many too many times we're left without wireless service. What I want to point out next is you get to our other products and services by clicking the store. And then once you become a member, all you do is go to my library to see the products and service that you have that are available to you. So I'd like to see on the inside of the members area. If you're on the fence and you got a question, send me an email@kennyelicopterground.com I'll respond to you as quick as I can. You can also send me a text at 574-453-7669. Might be a faster way to get a hold of me. I'm recording every single day and I work mainly alone. So like right now I have the cameras running, my ringer is off. So majority of the day, you know, if you're just trying to try to leave me a message, I won't probably return it until that night. Text is a lot faster and a lot easier for me to communicate. So again, email text is best. 574-453-7669 have any questions, let me know. Otherwise, click that button, get started and we'll see you on the inside.
