Keller tours the space (digital wall of fame, multiple monitors, work/lounge area, reference materials and demonstration helicopter), describes available supplies and student amenities (kitchen, shower, grill, drinks), notes recent course success (five students passed), and provides logistics about scheduling and maintenance. He closes with a call-to-action and contact phone number for students needing to finish helicopter ratings.

All right, we were gonna wait till this wall was complete, but final approach, customer number six is arriving tomorrow. I'm going to the airport to get him. We got the Hogs courtesy car all cleaned up. Oh, it's moved it outside. There's the helicopter. Here's our work area, our two couches. And now you guys and girls will get to see yourselves. So here's a better look. There's more monitors coming. More panels will come back into play with the short version. Here it is, the new logo. In the center of the wall, there's going to be more screens. But for right now, through the videos, you get to see yourself. Private and instrument are all on this screen here. Commercial and CFI are all on that screen. And we're going to break them down even farther. And there will be more monitors when we're done. But that is the new digital Hogs wall of fame. So we had our reservations about it. We worked really hard, didn't we? You know, tearing down 300 pictures really was. We weren't sure what to do about that. But, you know, you. You rarely got to see yourself. Now if you send us a picture, these are gonna. These walls gonna be in the background, so you'll be able to see yourself as you send in your testimonials. You will now for sure get to really and truly see yourselves in hugs videos. And we got hanger doors cracked front and back because it's hot today. So it looks a lot better when you're. When the hangers closed with the right lighting, but it's still pretty darn cool. This is our hangout area. Got everything cleaned up. So our final approach. We've done five. Now we've got a video interview of number five. That was last week or the week before. We'll release that soon. And got another gentleman coming in tomorrow. So we got everything cleaned up. And here's the beauty. It's all right here. We sit down, we open up our books, start doing the paperwork. And over here we've got. Oh, the helicopter for demonstration. Reference materials. You bring all your reference materials. Oh, oh, let's grab the poh. We have a question. Boom. Right over here. Poh. Oh, engine oil over here in the cabinet. There were towels in the cabinet. Fire extinguishers, windshield cleaner, flight logs, flashlight, student records, oil. It's all right here. Maintenance, logbooks. In here, we chase nothing. We have absolutely everything we need right here to do all your training. Everything we need to do. And then, of course, we have bathroom, shower, kitchen, microwave, grill, horse, little Grill, honey, dandy little grill. And yeah, it ain't don't look like much but you know what, people are loving the food here off the grill. And again we're still rearranging but we feed you on the final approach course every day. So we've got refrigerator full of drinks, we got ice, microwave, coffee maker, George Foreman air fryer, everything you need. So this is the revamped freshened up hogs hanger getting ready for final approach course number six. And yes, all five have passed with flying colors when we left. Examiner said sure enjoy working with your people. People show up well prepared and looking good and having good checkrides, that's the way we do it. So there you go. If you need to finish a rating and you want somebody that's going to get you done and no dicking around, right? Here it is. And, and the thing is we, we don't overbook. We're keeping a spacer each week in between so maintenance guys can come in, do what they need to do, get the aircraft cleaned up, make sure everything's good to go, need anything, gets parts ordered, get it back in service, which hasn't been a problem with only 70, I think 78 hours on the aircraft now. Couple little minor things we've had to do, but that's it. Staying on top of the maintenance, keeping it clean, running good. So there you go. Text or call Heather. 574-767-1797. If you need somebody to finish up your rating that you've been messing around with for six months, a year, two years, three years, four years or more, we'll get you done. 574-767-1797 Peace out.
