Where do you want Helicopter Online Ground School to go in the future?

A short interview segment from a YouTube video (July 11, 2017) in which Kenny Keller outlines his 10–15 year hopes for Helicopter Online Ground School (HOGS). He does not expect to fully retire but wants to slow down, delegate day-to-day operations to colleagues Gary and Steve, create more video/content, grow HOGS into a household/industry standard, secure financial stability for his daughter, and have flexibility to work fewer hours while still contributing creatively and interacting more with members.

Where do you want hogs to go in the future? Not necessarily endgame, but 10 to 15 years from now, where would you like to see?
Honestly, I can answer that question very quickly. I hate to admit this, but I'm 52 years old and I don't see myself ever really retiring because I'm just an active person. My dad was that way. He was active in this. I get emotional. My dad was active till he was 80. He died at 84, but up to about 79 or 80, that guy was non stop. He was doing carpenter work, he was doing all kinds of things. My dad never quit working. He retired from a school teacher, but then was always doing something. I'm sure I'll never retire, retire. But the goal already is, I'm gonna be transparent here. When this came up a few months ago about Gary helping me, he goes, honestly, Kenny, he goes, gary's a police officer. Gary knows what I went through. He knows how hard I worked. And he worked night shifts. So he was like. He noticed when I wasn't staying here working all night, he knew things better. And he's been with me for five years, flying now. He's going to work for me. And he goes, dude, it's time for you to slow down a little bit. Not work 10, 12, 14 hours a day. He goes, I'll be there for you. I'll be there for you Monday through Friday. And he goes, you come in when you want. He goes, I don't care if you come in three days a week. I don't care if you take off with your daughter. I will be there for you and I will run it. So getting to that point where Gary can run hogs, Steve can run BYOB and they can direct me, you know, Steve's taking care of those members, Gary's taking care of those members. I come in and Gary's like, hey, Kenny, we need a new night video. Let's do that. Okay. Hey, Kenny, let's work on the instrument course today, okay? Steve says, hey, let's build a new video on Apple tv. Okay? I can create, do the videos, interact with people. A lot of things I miss out on is just like, members coming. Gabriel's still sitting here. It'd been nice to spend more time with him. Same thing the last few days with Lance and the others that have come through. I get to see these people, but I only have like, I'm real quick running through, going here, going there. And I don't get a lot of time to interact. I don't get to capture a lot of video. I don't get to capture a lot of things that go on with us day to day that I'd love to shoot and have available for not only our members, but for like on our YouTube or just daily things going on that people can see more about what you do. So 10 to 15 years, I'd like to say that tentative dean years. It's a household name. It's a standard in the industry. And I can work when I want. Maybe my daughter will have some interest in becoming a pilot and running it. Maybe not. I want to have some money in the bank. All my debts are paid. I want to be able to leave my daughter something so she can go to college, do what she needs to do when I'm gone. I want her to have something. Maybe she'll still own it. Maybe they'll still be running. I want to create wealth, put money in the bank and start slowing down. If I just worked an eight hour day, I walk out going, I only worked eight hours today. Hey, this is pretty cool. I like this. Or if I come in four hours, you know, Gary says we'll be there at noon so we can shoot this video. Okay. It.
