Vemma Affidavits

Hi everyone, Kevin Thompson here, mlm, attorney and co founder of Thompson Burton. And I was recently retained to play a limited role in Vemma's defense. And one thing that would be helpful, it's the collection of affidavits. This is where Vemma and us as lawyers, we have to go out there and get proof. So due to the limited time, we need help from the Vemma community in general. So here goes. People say, how can I help? What can I do? Just do this. Okay, I'm providing a link. You click the link, you'll download a Word file and what that Word file is. It's an affidavit. It's a. It's a sample affidavit. There's a lot of fields that are highlighted. Where it's highlighted, delete those sections and insert information that's unique to yourself, like your name or the state that you're in and the county. Also I give you some examples of questions that you might want to answer on your affidavit. If you're a customer, for example, questions like when did you become a customer? How long have you been a customer? Did you receive good value for your purchases? And did you ever have a desire to build a Vemma downline as a customer? Things like that, just tell the truth. That would be very helpful. If you are an affiliate, you can also provide an affidavit. Answer questions like, did you feel the prices were fair? How much product did you typically order each month? Were you on auto ship? If you were on auto ship, did you subscribe mainly to qualify for bonuses or did you subscribe because you wanted to replenish consumed product? What was the reasons behind the auto ship subscription? Were you ever informed of the average earnings before you joined? Things like that. Just state the truth as you know it. This is not, this is me warning you. This is not an opportunity for you to express frustration about the FTC's action. That's not what we need. That's not what we want. So just talk about your experience with the product. Why did you buy it? Were the prices fair? And as an affiliate, why were you on autoship, etc, etc, etc. We need a lot of these. More is better. I like to get a thousand. So for all my networking friends out there, get these instructions to people. Here's the thing, it's a Word file. Delete the highlighted section. You're going to have to type a little bit, not much and save it. It has to be notarized. When you're done, print it off, get it notarized if you have a friend who's a notary, that's great.
