Each episode, Khaled amazes me, answering some of the difficult CRO questions, dropping insights like, it's no big deal, while pretty.
Much every episode will take on a new set of conversion rate optimization questions that are not easy. We will talk strategies, we will talk process, and we will talk tactics. Simba will be bringing all the questions.
Oh, man. I bring tough questions like, do a B testing results fade over time? How do you go from low to high testing velocity? How do you measure the success of a conversion funnel? And how do you align your CRO program with a growth strategy? Yeah, Khalid, these are very, very tough questions.
Yes, they are, but we always answer them here. And if you love conversion optimization like we do, and certainly like Simba does, subscribe to the CRO Live hour podcast today. Wherever you listen to your podcasts.
Can you use CRO as a competitive advant? Yes. CRO can be a competitive advantage. It can be a huge competitive advantage. Ultimately, people who are buying from you, your potential customers, are increasing day after day. And what most sites do is copy each other. So the experience that's on site A is available on site B is available on site C. If you're able to give people that comfort of, okay, here's the common patterns that everybody follows, but you need to sprinkle a little bit of magic, a little bit better usability. People are surprised, people smile and people.
Say, oh, wow, I like this.
You stand out. You can stand out in so many different ways, different from one brand to the next. But conversion optimization ultimately is about providing a better user experience. You provide better user experience. Guess what happens? Your conversion rate increases. Your conversion rate increases. You're generating more revenue. And all of this happens within the context of your brand and your positioning and what you need to do. There are instances where, where the brand is very transactional. I want to do this very quickly. I want to move on. I don't want to really think about this. Sometimes the brand is very intentional. I want somebody who's coming to my website to spend a lot of time and depends on the material on what people are buying and selling. What is the right brand for you based on your visitors, based on your markets, using CRO with the right branding and be very powerful to establish yourself in the marketplace.
