Hi, welcome to another day in the life of Kristin's quarantine. No, so here's another day of the liquid diet. And yeah. Um, no, so I will tell you a little bit how I'm on day 2, and I'll tell you how day 1 went. So I drank all the stuff I provided in the day 1 video that you can go back and look at on my channel. And, um, I was doing pretty good the whole day. I didn't feel like a lot of hunger, um, but, um, at nighttime, like around 10 PM or 11, I started getting these like really bad headaches, and, um, the headache wouldn't go away, and I was like trying to sleep, I couldn't sleep, um, and then I was reading online, can I, like, on the liquid diet, can I still take an ibuprofen or painkiller, like, despite being on an empty stomach? And like, some things are like, "Oh, it's not good," and stuff like that, but, um, like, if you take it once, maybe it's not bad on an empty stomach? But I just couldn't stand it, like, I couldn't fall asleep, and these days I like to like try to start mellowing down to get to sleep like around 9 PM in quarantine, so I'm not like up all night. Anyways, it was like 11, maybe past midnight, I don't know, and I just had this like— I usually don't get migraines, maybe it was a migraine— and it was piercing in my head like on this right side. So I ended up taking 2 ibuprofens. I don't know if you'll get that too, those symptoms, if you decide to do the liquid diet. But I didn't really feel hungry, like I felt like, oh yeah, I could use like some spaghetti ready, but I'm not gonna die of hunger, I'm gonna die of this freaking headache. That's what I felt. Anyways, so now it's like around 3 PM or so, and I've only had water so far today. Um, I haven't been hungry yet because I've been really busy, like, with like Visa and Workstop calling, and I'm gonna have my Starbucks drink soon. So anyways, that's— oh my gosh, I get so annoyed of these freaking cars going through the streets, blah blah blah blah blah blah, advertising it, the stuff. I don't even know, the computers, all kind of PC. Maybe you'll hear it.
I'm gonna look down.
It's going down outside my apartment. So right now that truck is screaming, "Buy my stuff!
Call this number!" Oh my gosh. Okay.
Anyways, so yeah, day 1 was fine except for that terrible headache at night that I had to take ibuprofen for, so fingers crossed I don't get it tonight. Besides that, I don't really feel— oh, the truck is selling fruit! The truck is selling fruit!
Announcement! There it goes.
Anywhosies, day 2, yeah, I haven't felt really hungry. I haven't like exercised either because I'm in quarantine, so I guess I'm not using a lot of energy. Then— I'll have my— what I'm going to have now is my coco, the coco drink powder I showed in day 1. So if you want to see what that is, look at my day 1 video. I'm having the coco protein smoothie shake powder thing right now. I'm having it as a hot cocoa. And, um, I don't think I have much to say other than Courtney's a little boring and that I get out of this quarantine on May— May 10th is my last day in quarantine, so May 11th I'm released and I can go into the public of Seoul. And then they said I will have to go to the Gangnam— because I live in Gangnam— I'll have to go to the Gangnam— anyways, a hospital near Gangnam, Gucheong. It's like tense. And then they have to test me for COVID. And I tested negative last time, so I just been in quarantine this whole time. So they'll test me again on the 11th in the morning, and then I can do whatever I want in Seoul. So if you have any tips for something I should do to celebrate my after quarantine and after liquid diet, because my liquid diet will end on the May 11th too, let me know what delicious food I can I should eat in Seoul, South Korea, or what I should do. Anyways, thanks for watching this video, and if you like it, like, like it below. And if you have any comments or questions for me, just leave it in the comments below. Thanks for watching, bye!
