안녕하세요, my name is Kristin. Welcome to my channel. So I've been making a channel about doing my liquid diet while in quarantine in Korea. This is day 4 of my liquid diet. If you want to go back and see the liquids that I'm— the majority of liquids that I'm drinking, you can go back to my day 1 video. Um, and so I'll say what I had today. So today I didn't feel so hungry. Um, yeah, day 4, not 8, 4. Um, but for breakfast I had this like something new. I had this instant latte for breakfast. I had one of those and then I had my like vegan cocoa smoothie hot cocoa thing, um, for extra energy on top of that because it has caffeine in it. So that's my day 1 video of the package if you go back and look at that video. And then I haven't gotten to show you guys the lemon puree yet that I've been having. I talked about it in the videos, but this is what it is. Like, basically it's like juice and then you stick lemon— the lemon slices in there, but you don't eat the lemons, you throw it away after. Anyways, and it just— it's like, it's a lemon puree kind of tea. And anyways, so I didn't have that lemon thing yet. I like to have it at night because it's like super sweet, so like I feel more hungry at nighttime than during the day. But yeah, no headaches today. Last night I felt a little bit of a headache maybe coming on, but not quite. But just as a preventative measure, I just took 2 ibuprofen because I had like an online interview and I didn't want to have like a migraine in the middle, just in case, even though I know that's kind of unhealthy. Um, anyways, so if you're curious what I did today, all day I've been literally reading all day. I'm trying to finish a book. And my Amazon Alexa all of a sudden doesn't want to play music, but I guess then you guys can hear me more. And, um, yeah, just reflecting here in quarantine. And I have— today's Wednesday, so Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday— I have 4 more days of the diet. So I guess it's— yeah, it's gonna be a little over a week, so I'm like halfway through the liquid diet now. Halfway point. Um, yeah, I feel like great. I actually feel a lot of energy and I can tell like my sense of smell is getting like a lot better. Maybe I've already talked about that before, but anyways, I ordered some packages online from Gmarket since I'm in quarantine and I can't leave my house. Oh, I can see like a delivery guy down there delivering now. Yep, so I can't leave my house, so I've been ordering things off Gmarket. So, um, yeah, still faithful, going strong in the liquid diet, but okay, that's the end of talking about the liquid diet, and if you're not curious about anything else I'm gonna say, you can stop the video now. Or I can show you what I got in the mail! Let's see, what did I order? Okay, that didn't work out so well. Okay, um, now I have this taped to my finger. I got that off. Oh, by the way, this is— I got this as a gift in Korea. It looks like very cool, and I got it as a gift from a very nice couple, and it looked expensive, but in Busan when I took a trip to Busan last year. Come on, open up. Are you kidding? Are you kidding me? I thought they were sending me an actual yoga mat. All they did is send a strap. This is crap. Oh my gosh. Okay, this is what happens when you don't speak Korean good enough. Okay, I need to learn more Korean. So now I need to order a yoga mat for my strap. Because all I got was this strap, but it's Reebok, so it's like kind of cool. Anyways, got my yoga strap, but you know, no yoga mat. Okay, well, anyways, it gives me a task I have to order. Okay, what's in here? It's Christmas, except I don't have a knife, so I'm using a nail clipper to open this. Okay, I can't. This is— it's more difficult than it seems opening up a box with Nanpupper. Okay, I really should just pause the video and try to open this. Okay, it's okay, we can be destructive. Yes! What is that? Ah, yay! So I got my Aloe Smooth Smoothing Sun Cream from— I think you pronounce it Kosher. I'm excited because I can use this, and then Innisfree came so quickly. I thought it wouldn't come so quick. Oh my gosh, I'm so annoyed about the yoga strap. Okay, next mission, learning thing. Long overdue mission. Oh, okay, um, yeah, so here's my package from Innisfree. Let's see what I got. What? Why is it so— are you— this is huge! I love this. Oh my goodness. Okay. Hopefully it doesn't show my address here somewhere. It does show my name. Okay, I got a huge thing. I love this stuff, and it's a little messed up, but yeah, this is huge. Look, my face in this thing. I usually get the 150 milliliters, but I got the 300 milliliters. This stuff is bomb. It like cleans— this cleans all the, um, makeup off my face and stuff. Then what's— there's a gift inside! Let's see, let's see. Oh, I got a bunch of like trial— uh, 3, 4 My Foundation trial things. Cool. I love it, like Korean things, they give you like the little extras. Anyways, not to bore y'all too much, but if you have any more questions on quarantine in Korea or about liquid diet, let me know. And thanks for watching the video. I'm gonna learn more Korean eventually. Have a good day and 감사합니다 for bokkeulsamnida. I have to learn Korean. Thanks for watching. Bye!
