Hi there! So I might look a little tired today because I only got 6 hours of sleep last night. I'm one of those people that I need like tons of sleep. Anyways, I forgot to introduce myself. In case you're new to the channel, my name is Kristin and I'm a 23-year-old in Seoul, South Korea in the mandatory self-isolation quarantine currently. And, um, I'm doing a liquid diet. Like, I thought it was going to be around 7 days, but I guess it's going to be around 8 because I want to do it until the end of my quarantine, like kind of like a halfway quarantine diet. Right now I'm on day 6 of my diet. I've only been having liquid for the past 6 days, and if you want to do it too, you can do it as long as you have, um, like make sure, um, like with— I didn't check with my doctor, but if you're worried, maybe check with your doctor. It's okay for you to do it. Um, anyways, so day 6, I was definitely feeling like hungry around like 7 AM this morning because I didn't fall asleep till like— oh wait, I said 6 AM. Yeah, but 7 AM. I didn't fall asleep until like 7 AM because I was like working on my business and like fixing the website and a bunch of to-do lists because and then I slept from like 7 AM to like noon basically. Um, but I'm a type of person, like, if I get— if I don't get enough sleep, I get like hella hungry. And yeah, so maybe I just need to get more sleep, but I was like, do more work, because like finishing the work makes me feel good, and sacrifice sleep, or get sleep and not feel hungry. But like I had nothing better to do and like I watched a YouTube video by this girl named like Sunday Love with an Aya. It was my first time watching her video last night. She's a young American girl starting a business in Japan and like she just motivated me. Like it just made me feel like I just like, hell yeah, like I have a to-do list and I need to get it done. I have like 3 more days of quarantine. I'm gonna get it done sooner rather than later. Do this freaking bullshit. Did not say a bad word. Get this work done and so I can feel good. And yep, so yeah, I had cravings, like kind of early morning, no sleep cravings today. I was like thinking like ramen, and I have like ramen right there. I didn't eat it. I have snacks here. I did not eat a single thing. I'm hungry. But actually, I'm not that hungry anymore, but I was definitely hungry this morning. Then I thought about Indian food. But if you're also doing this liquid diet and you're on day 6 as well, just know you can do it too. Like, if I can do it, you can do it. It's my first time in my life doing a liquid diet, and it's like one of those things. It's like getting yourself out to do that run. Like, it's like pretty hard in the beginning, but like once you get in the moment, like, it gets better. And definitely like making these videos has helped. So if you're watching, like, thanks for watching. It's like you're encouraging me by watching it, actually. So thanks for watching, and if you have any questions, just leave them below. Anyways, so yeah, today I was working on my website, and I still have more work to do that I gotta get done. Um, but yeah, so I'm gonna go to the immigration office on Monday, so Please pray for me! Incense. Please pray for me. Today I've been collecting all the things I have to bring to convince them why please keep me in Korea, please. And I've been wanting— I didn't put this on the to-do list, but I've been wanting to get this done because I want to learn Korean. But I think I have to finish the other stuff on my to-do list before I can get started on this. At least like one more thing. Obviously you can see I'm a little scatterbrained right now because I haven't slept that much. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight. I'm also feeling like super excited because I only have 2, kind of like 2 and a half, 3 more days left of this diet and quarantine. So I'm super excited to get out. That's like, it's like that feeling when you're like going on, about to like go on a vacation to like Italy when like Corona's not going on, or like you have to go on a vacation to like the place you've been dreaming for, like a Mediterranean cruise. Like, oh my gosh, I can't sleep. Or you have that test in the morning, it's like Oh my gosh, I can't sleep. Like, that's how I'm gonna feel. That's how I felt like last night, and I still have 3— I still had like 4 or 3 days left, kind of. And so we're gonna see how long this lasts, if I can sleep tonight. Oh, anyways, what I'm opening right now— I got a package! Let's see what I got. Actually, I want to open that one last. So I got toilet paper. By the way, if you're a foreigner in Korea, I ordered this off Gmarket. It was like $6, and this 3-ply toilet paper with 30 rolls. Cheaper than Daiso. It cost me 5,000 won. I mean, it was like, it's almost the same but slightly cheaper. Like, Daiso, I bought like toilet paper 3-ply for, I believe it's 3-ply for 5,000 won for 18 rolls. So it's not that big difference. Okay, first off, I think I got my yoga mat, but not sure. Hopefully it's gonna be okay. Let's see. Either that or fan, I hope, because it's hot in here. Color is okay, it's kind of like salmon-esque-y. Oh yeah, it's actually kind of cool yoga mat. Woohoo! I can exercise finally! Slash have less excuses right now to exercise. Woohoo! Yoga mat! So yeah, now I can use that was useless yoga strap, now useful for carrying this yoga mat if I want to go to Hangang and do yoga or some sort of exercise. You can see I'm trying to go crazy in quarantine. Um, sweet. This is actually a really nice color. It was like kind of expensive for not being like something of a name brand, I think. Like, I don't know, it's my first yoga mat experience. First yoga mat. I think it was like— oh my gosh, it's made in China. You can see here, but it was stocked in Korea, I hope. I don't know. Yeah, anyways, but I'm gonna refrain. But yeah, I love this color and I like like I usually don't see like yoga mats with these kind of like designs. It's flat on the other side. Super duper excited. I like— I see like I don't really like exercising, like I don't like getting into the exercise, probably the same as like I don't like getting started on the diet. Alexa, play next song. Um, but I love like the stretching of yoga and it's like morning salutation. Maybe I should start like home Korean yoga videos. First I gotta learn myself some Korean. Level 2. Fighting. Long journey, but we'll get there. Anyhoozies, okay, let's see what I got in the box. Hopefully it's the vinegar because there's like some like stank stink coming from my bathroom drain, and I think it could be mold and mildew. Hallelujah, I'm fucking doing this tonight. I think I should not curse. Okay, please excuse that, but if you don't excuse that, I guess I just have to make another video. Anyways, yeah, so there's like this trick I read online, way to get like rid of like moldu and mildu from drains. Home remedy is you get baking soda and let it sit for a certain amount of time, and after that you pour down white distilled vinegar. So I ordered like an American kind. Oh, darn it, this is hard to open. Yes! Oh, they printed on here, America's favorite. America's favorite Heinz white white distilled vinegar. And it's actually glass, that's why I did it like that. Anyways, so I guess I got myself another task. Staying there strong, um, and hopefully tomorrow will be a more energized day. Thanks for watching! My Instagram is @travelwithkristin and like and subscribe and I'll be happy. Thanks for watching anyways! Bye! Oh, if we're Korean, 감사합니다! And fighting, fighting to learn Korean eventually. If you can help me, let me know. Thanks, thanks for watching. Bye!
